This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Reason for reporting: Apparently a sockpuppet (Category:Sockpuppets of Saranphat chaiphet) created for block evasion, because this user and all the users in the mentioned category have been trying to upload the same copyright violation files which are related to Nan Province, not to mention that this user has "oil" in his username in the same manner as the sockpoppets in that category, such as PickOil (talk · contribs), Pickoil412 (talk · contribs), PickOil9386 (talk · contribs), etc, which indicates their relationships.

Pal-lon-cin

Reason for reporting: Keeps requesting files for renaming, although they are declined. Uploads the same files in the title they want, removes redirects from moved files, and keeps doing that, after warnings and other thing, by multiple file movers. @Inertia6084: I see that a fair number of the changes involve disagreement over the name of a person portrayed in an image, and it is very hard for me (or anyone not involved) from what you have written here to quickly determine if they are usually wrong. You don't provide any diffs at all, and this is about a pretty active editor. This does not seem to be simple vandalism, and I strongly suggest that instead of taking this up here at COM:AN/V you take it to COM:AN/U, and inform Pal-lon-cin that you are filing the complaint. - Jmabel ! talk 18:21, 21 December 2024 (UTC)

@Jmabel: - It's about changing the language with file moving. That's declined multiple times, on multiple files. Then he uploads the same file(s) under his (their) wanted name. Also removes redirects from file moving, which have to be restored by filemovers or others. I'm not the only one who has these problems. I have more things to do, so if you don't see it, than I leave it to the others, although it's possible, my last warning helped. Thanks for the mention. I'm not entirely sure what the user's intention is, but I don't think he actually wants to vandalize, because there are also some good and useful edits.
