There is a consensus at Commons:Village_pump/Copyright#Children's_homework, a discussion of these files, that in the absence of permission from the student authors (or their parent/guardians) these files are copyright violations. In addition, there are privacy concerns regarding the public distribution of underage students' personal writings without evidence of permission to do so.

- You have overcome significant obstacles in making this image but that is not a criteria for contributing an image to Commons. The image per COM:COMW should be the following:
- ‘Is it likely to be useful to a Wikimedia Foundation project? For example, can you point to a Wikipedia article that would benefit from this file's inclusion?
- If you don't answer YES to both questions, maybe your file does not belong here. Commons:Project scope contains more details about what is suitable to be included here.’
- My perspective is that given the quality issues (significant, blurry obscuring vegetation and an overall unsharp image), this image will not find utility in a Wikimedia Foundation project. I do not see any way that you can fix this image except to go back to Parque de Maria Luisa and find a position with a clear view to take a sharp image. - Keep A better image might be conceived, but this one is the only image in Commons of this clearly notable ceramic coat of arms (and likely the only free image of it in the Internet), so it's potential educative and cultural value is quite high. Delete There's a claim here that this image is available under creative commons attribution 2.5 because it comes from Chromium Developer Documentation. However, the claim is invalid. This logo is almost identical to the Google Chrome logo (see File:GoogleChromeLogo.png on Wikipedia). the only thing that's different is the colors. The image is essentially the same otherwise. This is a derivative work of the copyrighted original. Therefore, the claim of Chromium Developer Documentation is invalid, and this image is a copyright violation. Keep Check the Chromium Project Site policies (part of Google code web pages) [6] and see the legal notice about the concernings of the using of content. They (Google) are the original copyright owners of the content on those pages (but not linked external content, as specified in the notice), and they choosed to release it to the public domain using CC by 2.5 and in some cases, BSD licenses. There is no sense in claiming the logo being a "derivative work" just because the different colors on it: it was created by the same publisher, it's not a trademark (the browser from the project is just called Chromium) and it was donated to public domain on behalf of Google by the licenses stated before. Comment I don't want to comment on the legal side of the issue, however, the logo will be used at the where using the Chrome logo wouldn't be appropriate. Chrome and Chromium aren't the same thing and there is thus a need for a Chromium logo. If the legal side turns out that the Chromium logo isn't Free & Open the claim that Chromium (the software) is OSS would be severely damaged.

- Ces armes sont fausses dîtes-vous. Soit, mais sur quoi vous appuyez-vous pour dire cela ?
- Ces armoiries ont été réalisées sur la base d'une image (cf. description de l'image) que vous n'avez pas indiquée comme à supprimer. Si celle-ci est fausse, les autres aussi.
- Cela dit, cette image de référence, est tiré de l'ouvrage de De Caumartin :
- Recherche de la noblesse de Champagne …, Monsieur Louis-François Le Fèvre de Caumartin, édité à Chaalons : chez Jacques Seneuze, imprimeur et libraire ordinaire du Roy, sur le pont de Nau, à l'enseigne du Lion, 1623.
- Cette image est donc sourcée. Ce qui signifie que, même si les armes ne sont pas correctes (il faudrait indiquer en quoi elles ne le sont pas), la suppression n'est pas de mise. Idéalement, ce serait bon d'avoir une source qui analyse ces armes en démontrant que De Caumartin s'est trompé.
- L'ouvrage datant de 1623, les armes ont pu changer au cours du temps. Mais qui dit évolution, ne dit pas faux. Indiquer les évolutions fait partie d'un traitement encyclopédique. Si vous disposez d'une référence actuelle du blasonnement des armes, je suis disposé à les dessiner.

Bonjour, en effet les armoiries de famille indiquent des blairiers (oies sauvages) et non des blaireaux. Je suis curieux de voir l'édition originale des notes de CAUMARTIN éditée chez Jacques SENEUSE à Châlons (en 1673 et non 1623) ou l'armorial D'HOZIER. L'ayant consulté il y a fort longtemps j'avais pu constater qu'il correspondait aux armes de la famille comportant des oies et non des blaireaux. Peut-être avez-vous plus d'informations et de pièces justifiant le blason tel que vous le représentez ?

- J'ai échangé avec des collègues contributeurs sur le Wiktionnaire et, en effet, on trouve pas mal d'occurrence dans des dictionnaires franco, picard, allemand ou hongrois où le terme blairier est indiqué comme "canard sauvage".
- Il y a également le site Francegenweb qui indique pour "Darras" des armes similaires à celles que vous mentionnées.
- Y aurait-il un mélange de ratés Darras/d'Arras et de blairier/blaireau susceptibles d'expliquer ces confusions ?
- Je l'ignore. Mais ce sont des pistes à suivre.

The current illustration is a horizontally-mirrored copy of a copyrighted photo (see here), which is featured on IMDB and is credited to "Alan Weissman". Compare the original version of this upload, before it was mirrored horizontally, and note the precise similarities in the pose and lighting. Note, specifically, how the shadow beneath her chin is exactly the same as the original photo.
