Delete unfortunately unless the sculptor agreed to license the image freely. The US has no COM:FOP for 3D sculptures in permanent locations unlike Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, India, Malaysia, Mexico, India, the UK, Vietnam and some other countries. A recent declaration from the church PRO shows that the church actually dismissed these images (images of Card.Alencherry) as fake and urged for their urgent removal. - Comment Hi. I don't think that a dummy, painted with the pride colors, is considered as a copyrighted work. The colors of pride flag do symbolize pride and therefore presented during Montreal Pride Week, a lot of times, in many ways. This is one of these ways. There are no copyrights in the colors of the pride, painted on a dummy, in the pride week.
This photo is an example of the richness of colors, especially the colors of Pride, in lovely Montreal, during the Pride Week. This is what the picture represents. Since there is no exclusivity on the pride colors and these colors have no copyright, and since this is done within the broader context of Pride Week, in my opinion this is not included among the definitions of a personal copyrighted creation. However, the courts have determined that only photos from automated photo booths, X-rays, satellite imagery etc. can be a Lichtbild, not a photograph like this one.

- В дополнение. Я посмотрел сайт фотобанка РИА Новостей, и не обнаружил там это изображение, а те изображения, что опубликованы там, как раз-таки защищаются авторскими правами. - Whether the Presidential Office has permission (they likely do) is between them and RIA. As another example VOA News, whose own content is PD, often uses images from press associations without conferring the public domain license onto those images. Neil Cicierega took the four-word phrase "DO NOT TRUST SHREK", converted it into Wingdings, flipped it backwards, and then used <some program> to parse the image of that four-word message as an audio spectrogram and create the corresponding audio track. He then merged that audio track with components of the songs "Drowning" (by the Backstreet Boys), "Chop Suey!" (by System of a Down), and (of course) All Star (by Smash Mouth), and called the whole mess "Mouth Dreams (Extro)", which he included in his 2020 album Mouth Dreams.
The day after Mouth Dreams was released, user:TheBoiledHam took a spectrogram of the track "Mouth Dreams (Extro)" and uploaded it to Commons, describing it as "own work".
I am confident that the four-word phrase "DO NOT TRUST SHREK", in a standard computer font, is safely below the threshold of originality. Even when converted into Wingdings, I'd still argue that it's below the threshold. But I feel that somewhere along the line, this particular depiction of that phrase may have crossed the threshold. Does, therefore, TheBoiledHam's spectrogram, count as a DW of Cicierega's work? I have no idea.
Even if it doesn't, there's also the question of whether it counts as a DW of the works of the Backstreet Boys, System of a Down, and Smash Mouth. Either way, I pass the buck to someone more knowledgeable. Get your game on, go play. DS (talk) 02:50, 1 October 2022 (UTC)

Converted to regular DR to allow for discussion, as this is a a regularly occurring problem: a duplicate requested for deletion as the other version was uploaded years earlier. However, the version requested for deletion has far higher resolution.
