- First of all, these two files are from Flickr. If the other party retains the copyright claim, it is impossible to upload to Commons through Flickr.

- CCTV footage being copyfree has never been legally established in the United States. In other countries like France, yes, but there's no legal precedent I know of for this here. - Per Ahecht at the related discussion, "StreamTime LIVE uses PTZ cameras, and they actively point and zoom them at various targets, mostly to follow ships going in and out of the port. These aren't fixed CCTV cameras." It is possible that the footage is copyrighted. Granted this could be misleading as it was suggested that, "This seems like an example of copyfraud" in the same discussion. Likely best to 'erring on the legal side of caution' for now and remove the video.
- As a workaround, as far as I am aware, we could link to the video in the External links section. The issue seems to be duplicating the footage and using it without permission. Linking to it and having readers click the link to YouTube to watch it if they want to should not be a problem. Maybe not completely automated, as someone at StreamTime can likely control and move the camera at times. Therefor we assume it is copyrighted, unless proven there is no human interaction. The photographic or video copyright or a CCTV video would be based on things humans can control, such as framing, or lighting, or angle, and things like that. The fact that a camera is a remote is irrelevent, as long as a human is still making those decisions. For a camera in a fixed position framed to capture as much of an area as possible, like some security cameras, I think you can make that case. For something like a traffic camera which was particularly framed by a human but little else, it's a tougher question but still could be copyrighted. For something remotely controllable, which can change zoom and angle, then if a human is making those decisions then I think it's copyrightable. If someone replaces that human with an AI algorithm, then the argument may be more valid. I'm pretty sure I saw longer versions of this video where the zoom was adjusted earlier, which indicates some remote control and presumably human authorship (plus the camera can be panned around). As such, I think it almost certainly has a copyright. For the U.S., the argument is not CCTV specifically (since there are no court decisions directly on that), but would be based on if there is copyrightable expression authored by a human (which can extrapolate from existing rulings). Uploader is claiming this as own work but the image looks like it was scanned from a magazine. EXIF indicates it is a scanner that produced the image. Creating a scan does not transfer the copyright. - There is nothing that you have provided to suggest that this isn't my own work. You have stated that it "looks like" this was from a magazine. Do you have a reference as to which magazine this would be? I don't believe I have ever come across a copyright violation being proved on the basis that it "looks" like one. There is a burden on someone to prove that there is a violation. I contend that this is my own work. The source of this photo does not allow commercial use. Per own link to email exchanged between and the archive (arquiv@) of the Direcção Regional de Cultura do Norte (DRCN, part of the portuguese Ministry of Culture) that keep the physical negative and is the copyright owner of this photo (given that the photographer worked for the DRCN, says that "Relembramos os Termos e Condições e de Utilização do arquiv@" (in english "We remind you of the Terms and Conditions of Use of arquiv@", with a link to its Terms and Conditions of Use page.
Point 15 says that "Os conteúdos integrantes do arquiv@ estão protegidos por direitos de autor e são propriedade da DRCN ou de entidades terceiras." or "The contents included in the archive are protected by copyright and are the property of DRCN or third parties.". Point 22 says "Os conteúdos integrantes do arquiv@ obtidos pelo utilizador através do download direto ou do processo de Cedência de Conteúdos Digitais só poderão ser utilizados dentro dos atuais Termos e Condições de Utilização." or "The contents included in the archive obtained by the user through direct download or through the Digital Content Transfer process may only be used within the current Terms and Conditions of Use.". Also the uploader, that asked for an tiff file for publishing in an article in Wikipedia, does it without any mention or asking for a free license compatible with Commons. So this upload cannot be magically slapped with an CC-Zero without any reason or permission, so it is a copyright violation. The same terms are explicitly again reproduced when from the source page one clicks in "Requisição de Cedência de Conteúdos Digitais - Requisitar", so there was more than a fair warning to the terms of this website. The nominated images show the monument in a non-incidental manner (that is, being main or intended subject of the images). There is no commercial Freedom of Panorama in Rwanda. The sculpture is part of the memorial that was opened in 2017; this means the sculptor is not yet dead for more than 50 years (so not yet in public domain) and the monument is not free to be used in commercially-licensed images like these.

- @Germain92 the only thing to do in the short-term is to contact the sculptor (the copyright holder) and ask him/her to allow these commercially-licensed images of his artwork to be published here on Commons, preferably through email (COM:VRTS). A long-term solution is to change the copyright law of Rwanda, removing the non-commercial and main subject restriction. Per COM:FOP Rwanda, the copyright law does not allow commercial sharing and distributions of images of copyrighted monuments and buildings of Rwanda as main subjects, but non-commercial licensing is not allowed. - Oh, I didn't check the upload date, only the image date. The date of the upload does matter, because the given rationale only applies to new uploads. - The collage that was createad by @Мункач Варош is using photos made by myself and does not display that I am the author of original photos and that does not meet the terms of CC BY-SA 4.0 Deed. - Now the part with the authorship is solved. But also you can see that most of the pages about mobile phones have separate images of the front and the back of mobile phones. So it will be more reasonable to leave the separate images of POCO M5 sides and the collage could be used on other pages where it would be better to show both sides of the smartphone on the same image. - @Dronebogus I couldn't clearly understand what you mean. But if you mean that those files might have "orgasm" related contents, which might be "unsafe" for Wikimedia projects, then there's actually a misunderstanding. It was my mistake to put those files in the category:orgasms. Actually, the very ancient text "Panthoibi Khonggul" has the description of Lady Panthoibi & Lord Nongpok Ningthou secretly meeting in the riverside, multiple times, before they finally get eloped. This was clearly explained in the description as well. Besides, the English wikipedia article "Panthoibi Khonggul" as well as other websites on the very topic describes the very information. As of now (before uploading these files), there was no image representing this event in the Wikimedia Commons. I have done considerable amount of research in this topic. And to the best of my knowledge, the representations of the characters in the very images aren't dubious. During the creation, I took great care in the background (to be forest and riverbank), their dressings (traditional style), their looks, their hairstyle (to be suitable with the very ancient looks), etc. Thanks! Which website states that this is the official logo of Indian Foreign Service. As per Government of India records and data, there is no official logo or symbol for Indian Foreign Service. If there is such a logo or stamp or seal, please provide official links or websource to prove what you are saying. The name of the image misrepresented and is false.
