- The standard name for these files is "Wikipedia-logo-v2-QQF.svg", where QQF is the language code. So File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-kge.svg should be the file name that exists.
- The image at File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-kge-Latn.svg looks not so correct. The first and the second line of text are supposed to be aligned on both sides, according to the legal trademark instructions at foundation:Legal:Wikimedia trademarks/Word mark creation. Currently, the second line is longer than the first.

Sorry but, the building itself is a problem too. The supposedly-democratic country does not allow commercial Freedom of Panorama, so images of buildings and public monuments still under their designers' copyrights cannot be licensed under commercial Creative Commons licenses. The building dates to 2005. Licensing authorizatiom from the architect is required, or propose to the Korean government to remove the #4 condition of the Article 35(2) of the Korean copyright law (in which images of public landmarks of South Korea should should not be used "for the purpose of selling its copies", which is against free culture licensing). Because uploader User:Yinako minako also uploaded the jeweller's portrait, I thought to add it to this nomination as similarly ambiguous status; unlike with the jewelry, I have not found a copy except for this crop which serves as the Instagram's profile pic.

Non-free and non-anonymous image. This image (an imaginary portrait of a historical figure) comes from the book "Історія України" (History of Ukraine) by en:Ivan Krypiakevych (1886–1967). But, there are no portraits in the original edition of 1919 (see [7]), nor is it in the 1991 edition (see [8]). It seems that this image comes from the 1990 edition (see [9]), which was worked on by artists from the publishing house "Svit" in the city of Lviv. At the end of this publication (page 520) it is written: "Art design: O.M. Kozak, V.K. Ivanov; Art editor O.M. Kozak." I think that "O.M. Kozak" is Oleg Mykhailovych Kozak (art editor of "Svit" publishing house in 1983-1993 [10]), and "V. K. Ivanov" is Volodymyr Kostyantynovich Ivanov (a ukrainian artist of russian origin who worked in Lviv in the 1990s [11]). Both are still alive. Given that the image was first published in 1990 in Ukraine, it is still protected by copyright (see Commons:Ukraine: Copyright is valid throughout the life of the author and for 70 years after his death, except as provided below. For works published anonymously or under a pseudonym, copyright expires 70 years after the work was released. If the pseudonym adopted by the author leaves no doubt as to the identity of the author or the author is revealed no later than 70 years after the publication of the work, copyright lasts for the author's life plus 70 years.). The differences between "ok" and "not ok" feel very subtle and sometimes inconsistent, and it seems to me that most of the "ok" examples are graphical elements that aren't the main part/entirety of the logos, and the goose silhouette feels more like the crown element in the Great Western logo. - Comment The colorization looks to be digital styling and not of the time period. Compare it to this poster which is from the 1920s. There is a very different type of shading and coloration happening. I have a book on Oswald that I can double check later today as well to see if this image, sans color, is present in it. - Found it, I believe COM:NOTUSED might apply. I would argue that this old data may be of general interest to get an understanding what sales and game platforms were like in 2016. [edit]There is no indication that these images have a free license. The sources cited are official websites like https://seccatid.gob.gt, https://senabed.gob.gt, https://seprem.gob.gt, https://sbs.gob.gt, https://www.scspr.gob.gt. These official sites don't have a terms and conditions page, and some of them even have a copyright symbol on the footer. Moreover, the exact pages where these images appear are not given, and the reserve searches I performed didn't give any result. The template {{PD-Guatemala-exempt}} is used, but none of the criteria is met, not even the clause that says goverment works not used in 5 years enter in the public domain. Guatemala is part of the Berne Convention since 1997 and these images are recent enough, thus they are also protected in the US. Without a proper source of these images where it shows they have a free license we cannot keep them.

Article 69 doesn't seem to apply either on Commons due to the fact that images on Commons are freely licensed and could also be used for commercial purposes potentially. (Article 69 exempts informative, scientific, cultural, and educational purposes)

- Good day @Seawolf35, today (12 March 2024) I received an email from Guatemala's Secretariat of Social Communications of the Presidency regarding the licensing of the images uploaded on 28 February 2024 (official portraits of the Ministers from the Arévalo cabinet). I was notified that the images are under the license:
- CC BY-SA 4.0 DeedAttribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International
- With that being said, in order to prevent the deletion of the images found on:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uVRr4masXFkpre7EXavI81xsdCrV5y75 I would like to modify the licensing of the images from {PD-Guatemala-exempt} to {cc-by-sa-4.0}. - Hi @Encyclopedia2001, from my translation(which I will put below) and understanding of Spanish, this statement affirms that the images are licensed under the CC-BY-NC-ND-Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 international license, which is not an allowed license on Commons, see Commons:Licensing#Forbidden licenses. If they are willing to change the license please have them send permission to COM:VRT. If no permission is sent, these files will be deleted as they are not under a suitable free license.

The novel Cat Country is not in the public domain in the US. Lacking copyright notice doesn't automatically mean public domain. Rather the copyright chart should give out how to treat this work.
If going for the Twin Books case route, a federal appellate court would deem non-English works first published outside the US as "unpublished works". As an "unpublished work", the original Chinese edition would lose its US copyright in 2037, at least seventy years after the author's death. However, I cannot determine when one of Chinese editions was first published with a copyright notice, which would've affected how long the work will stay copyrighted.
If going for URAA route, let's assume that the novel was still copyrighted in mainland China (1996) or Taiwan (2003), that the very first Chinese edition lacked formalities required by US law, and that the edition wasn't published in the US within thirty days after its first non-US publication. If that's the case, US copyright would've been restored in either year.
Its first English-language edition was published in 1970 and should be treated as the derivative of the "unpublished" work. The first English edition's copyright will last till 2066, at least (or more than) ninety-five years after its first publication.

- For this file, it is not copyrighted in China now. It is copyrighted in US. This is a URAA issue. Per the above quotation, WMF does not require deletion of such file unless copyright holder compaint, thus I support keeping such files.
- In another case, I voted support as I support deleting such files because they have not experied copyright. - Can you rescan it showing the attribution, or direct us to the website where it was downloaded. The image is not an "original death portrait", it appears to be taken when he was made bishop. The image appears in Alamy and they believe the image is in the public domain and has no attributed author. This was kept as part of a previous mass deletion discussion Commons:Deletion_requests/File:HuiOfJin.jpg, however for this particular image I suspect wrongly. I see no evidence either from websource nor stylistically that it is old enough to be out of copyright; websearch suggests it is one of a series of fairly modern line drawing images of historic figures.
