Keep You are not new in Commons (first edit in 2017) but only had 10 edits previously and your previous edits was in 2019, first you should know that an image being porn (which this image clearly is not) is not a reason to delete.
What you probably do not know is that Project by Exey Panteleev, as an artistic project that connects technology and nude photography. This project has been a Winner of The Best of Russia 2011 (and selected as one of the 55 best between 309 winners), an photographic award organized by the Moscow Contemporary Art Center Winzavod with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, and has been nominated in 2011, 2012 and 2013 in the american International Colour Awards.
- This project that have been covered by several newspapers, magazines and technolgy websites, like the The Next Web , GQ Italy and the french newspaper Libération, that have made articles about this project, besides being interviewed to an interview to the tech page of Mail.Ru where he talks about his project. Besides these newspapers and tech sites, other covered this same project, like being news in Reflex, was the cover of the Russian "Hacker Magazine" of January 2012 was by him" or of the ukrainian "SHO Art Magazine" of July\August 2012.
- Because of the subjects of this projects, Violet Blue, "an American journalist, author, editor, advisor, and educator" covered this same project and had photos published in "nude art photography" book.
- So this images (Project "Geekography") have won art awards and nominations, have solid coverage in the international press coverage.

- This educational purpose has eben more clearly established since November of 2019, when there was an covert attempt to sequester the Wikiconference 2019 and an concerted attempt to delete this images, with allegations of mysogeny, uneducational subjects, situation that was reject by vast majority in Commons:Village_pump/Archive/2019/11#Category:Nude_portrayals_of_computer_technology. 1931 work with unknown author; how is it known to be "PD-Art"? Notes: Image is currently in wide use in Wikipedias. Commons has several other image of same person with better sourcing; if deleted a substitute image should probably be put in articles. - Keep the images distributed before 1989. Distributing the images as wanted posters constitutes publication, see Commons:Publication where a copy is viewed by a member of the public, other than the photographer's immediate family, as they need a copyright symbol to avoid public domain status. The correct license would be "PD-US-no notice" for images up to 1977 devoid of the copyright symbol, and those up to 1989 still required registration with the copyright office within 5 years of creation per "PD-US-1978-89", and I have never seen a mugshot in the registration database.

- @Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) and Magog the Ogre: I think the two of you may be talking past each other; the criteria is somewhere in the middle. The real criterion is likely that only publication with consent of the copyright holder and failure to follow copyright formalities prior to March 1991 is public domain; publication without consent of the copyright holder doesn't count against the copyright holder. Mugshots are almost certainly works for hire, and therefore the copyright holder is the government agency, and I think it's reasonable to assume that the originating law enforcement agency providing another law enforcement agency with mugshots of wanted fugitives indicated consent by the copyright holder to publish. Personal photos are a different matter: You'd have to show that the person who actually took the photo (or otherwise held the copyright), not just their family members or other people who had possession of the photo, were consenting to publication. - There is no FoPusa (well, there is, but for buildings only. the commons page on copyright in USA explicitly says, that sculptures are copyrighted in USA, FoP does not apply. In this case the sculptor died in 2017. So either the sculptor or (here) his estate/heritage gives permission, or the image has to be deleted. En-wp has a fair use image, which is a strong indication, that no permission will be given. The time to send the permission is seven days. - I did use VFC with the no permission option. This is standard at commons for all files that need VTR permission. I do not know if wikivoyage has a fair use rationale. If it has, it will probalby not allow a file with this high resolution. It will be easier for you to use the fair use image from en.wp. It already comes at an acceptable resolution and it has a written fair use rationale that you can modify for wikivoyage. We do not have size restrictions for files, because the point is to use them as thumbnails that represent only a small portion of articles that are mostly text, and users are warned not to use the images for commercial purposes and that if they do, it is at their own risk.
- I don't know if you followed the discussion at Commons talk:Criteria for speedy deletion#Proposed changes to F1 and F3 that led to a clearly phrased Commons policy not to nominate any images for speedy deletion on purely FoP grounds. The result was a new phrasing for Commons:Criteria for speedy deletion#F3. Derivative work of non-free content, though I would note that the previous phrasing was "This does not include freedom of panorama cases.", so I don't know on what basis you think you have the right to nominate photos for speedy deletion based only on FoP issues. - That is also a speedy deletion tag, so no. Any of the "will be deleted in 7 days" tags are speedy deletion, and don't leave a discussion record like this (which helps people understand better why it's being deleted when it was uploaded in good faith to begin with, and in most situations is perfectly legal). They also don't notify subprojects as much. The source on this file also is pretty clear, anyways, so any kind of no-source tag is inappropriate. - Delete statue was published 1988, author did in 2017 and local FOP laws don't apply to sculptures. Questionable procedure though: Tagging as no permission typically suggests that there's something wrong with the license for the photograph, not with the copyright status of the depicted sculpture. I think this may be the root of the above misunderstanding/-communication between C.Suthorn and Ikan Kekek. The chances of getting a permission from the sculptor are so close to zero that most wouldn't even consider it a possibility. That turns the whole thing into a question of whether or not something like FOP or de minimis or PD-Old might apply - which should really be discussed in a regular DR. I think CSD F1 and F3 are quite clear there nowadays.

- Comment – I have googled the drawing and the present source of the file seems like the oldest on the net: [4]. So it was first posted by a Twitter user on 18 July 2018, and from there it was copied by various Twitter accounts and other websites. Note that the drawing is an attempt to show that the scythed chariot was an Indian invention and seems like user-generated content, thereby copyrighted to the original Twitter uploader. The author of this poster is not "unknown" as claimed, it's the artist Felix Albrecht ([5]). So the {{PD-anon-70-EU}} is not correct. Albrecht was born in 1900, I couldn't find the year he died, and the German Integrated Authority File does not have it as well. [edit]This has the license tag {{PD-USGov}}, which is obviously wrong for a work published in 1940 in Germany. This is a sort of chronicle with loads of photographs, graphics and texts by a large number of authors. Accd. to the photo credits, 19 images are by Heinrich Hoffmann or his studio; Hoffmann's works are still protected by copyright. The preface is by Wilhelm Utermann, who died in 1991. So the book cannot be in the PD before 2062, probably later if one were to analyse all the different contributions in it - which should be at least tried before any attempt of restoring the file in 40 years or so. Copyright violation? These works of art are made by Michel Stefanini (born 1954, see Category:Michel Stefanini), a still living artist from France, so not dead for at least 70 years, so his work is not in the public domain (and there is no FOP in France). And I do not see VRT tickets.

This poster is signed "Grünwald", so it is not anonymous. Plus, per Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Germany#Anonymous and pseudonymous works, "works of fine art" (this includes drawings like this one) from before mid-1995 could not be anonymous or pseudonymous works in a legal sense (the law explicitely excluded them) and were protected for the lifetime of their author + 70 years. The law was changed in 1995, but "the copyright term of works like oil paintings, sculptures, or buildings created before July 1 1995 is, effectively, always life + 70 years, irrespective of whether they would otherwise qualify as anonymous/pseudonymous."
So the {{Anonymous-EU}} tag and similar tags are not applicable, and the author of a 1935 image easily could have lived beyond 1951.
