Could you please explain...

I saw you replace Category:Nunavut with Category:Canadian North. Could you please explain this replacement?

Thanks! Geo Swan (talk) 23:17, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

Hi, the sub-cat. Category:Resolute, Nunavut is still in there. Greetz, --Mattes (talk) 05:47, 8 January 2010 (UTC)

Please help replace this outdated license

Hello!

Thank you for donating images to the Wikimedia Commons. You have uploaded some images in the past with the license PD. While this was a license acceptable in the early days of Wikimedia, since January 2006, this license has been deprecated and since October 2008 no new uploads with this license was allowed.

The license on older images should be replaced with a better and more specific license/permissions and you can help by checking the images and adding PD-self if you are the author or one of the other templates that you can see in the template on the image page.

Thank you for your help. If you need help feel free to ask at Commons talk:Licensing or contact User:Zscout370.

The images we would like you to check are:

OK --Mattes (talk) 21:20, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

FOP in Italy

Yes, you understand: in Italy there aren't exceptions for pictures taken in public places. So, if your photo shows a copyrighted work of art (note: a car or a landscape aren't pieces of art. Instead, a sculpure or a building are works of art. See COM:DW for further informations about "derivative work" concept) you can't public it under a free license: it is an unauthorized derivative work. For publication, you need the artist's permission. And this is not enough! :( Also, if you are an Italian citizen, you can't public photos about public domain works of art, because on these photo there are also Non-copyright restrictions. If you are an US citizien, I believe that you can public your photo on en.wiki under fair use: see en:Template:Non-free 3D art.--Trixt (talk) 18:35, 26 January 2010 (UTC)

Ohhh, I'm sorry. Only in this moment I noticed that the subject of your shot is not the building on the background, but the police's car! I'm so sorry... I restore the photo immediately. Thank you for your patience.--Trixt (talk) 18:40, 26 January 2010 (UTC)

"Photographs of signs" categories

Hi, I was wondering if you have any objection to the following categories that you created or changed being renamed:

Most of the images at the Commons are photographs anyway, so it is not really necessary to have both an "XYZ" category and a "Photographs of XYZ" category. If you have no objections, I will list the categories for renaming at "User talk:CommonsDelinker/commands". — Cheers, JackLee talk 16:41, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Hello Jacklee,
Thanks for joining the discussion. Yes I would like to reject that proposal stating that:
  • people may look for just ("Most of the images at the Commons are photographs anyway")
  • we have a "diagrams of signs" also so they is a place for the photographs, too.
Your stated categories ("Photographs of signs in <country>") were recently emptied by a bot (disc.) without prior notice or discussion. I'd like to have a regular discussion the next time prior to any actions ...
I have no idea what to do next, because the Bot owner does not answer.
Greetings from Bad Kissingen, --Mattes (talk) 17:05, 30 January 2010 (UTC) P.S. RE: Bot -- Of course, it is not an owner but an operator.
The problem is that it is confusing to have both "XYZ" and "Photographs of XYZ". Some editors will put photographs in the first category and some in the second, so what will happen is that photographs of XYZ will get split over two categories. Files at the Commons are generally photographs, so that is the default. These are best placed in the main "XYZ" category. Then special types of files can go into specific subcategories (such as "Diagrams of XYZ", "Symbols of XYZ", "XYZ in art", and so on). Will you reconsider? Otherwise, I suggest listing the categories at "Commons:Categories for discussion" so that other editors can provide their views.
If you have a query about a bot move and the bot owner is not responding, you can try leaving a message at the Village Pump. — Cheers, JackLee talk 17:12, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for your reply. It's fine with me to delete -- Talk to you later (gotta go) ... Bye, --Mattes (talk) 22:13, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
OK, thanks very much. — Cheers, JackLee talk 06:54, 31 January 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:BGN LY King David Lounge birdseyeview.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the No permission since tag with on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded (:File:BGN LY King David Lounge birdseyeview.jpg) and the above demanded information in your request.

There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Please, do you know what mean the depicted signs with numbers "5" and "10" in Braunschweig? In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, just similar signs are used as speed limit signs for trams. --ŠJů (talk) 23:31, 18 February 2010 (UTC)

Please don't revert my edits when you don't know how it works. The source in description page is source of the file, but there's no source and author of original work. I know, it looks old and it's probably PD, but i'm not sure, that's why i added this template. We had some problems with old-looking pictures which really are modern works. Herr Kriss (talk) 02:53, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

The source is stated in the Commons file since 2009-03-09. That is what your concern was about. I thought that you have not seen the URL so I've reverted it. Now you're saying the atuhor is not stated. Yes, that is true. --Mattes (talk) 06:14, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

Engelhardt (talk) 22:45, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

Hallo
Hmm, die Kategorie heißt ja "Taken with Fujifilm FinePix S5700".

Also wie wäre es mit "Category:Stamps with missing originals on Commons" oder "Category:Stamp original motifs not in Commons"? Man könnte sogar "stamp" ganz weglassen (Kopien-Thematik) Du könntest bitte mal mitüberlegen, weil Du ja genau weißt, um was es geht^^ --Mattes (talk) 15:02, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
James Rizzi oder Walter Womacka Gruß NobbiP 17:09, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
Danke für den guten Vorschlag, habe category:Paintings on Stamps with missing originals on Commons angelegt. Hinweis. Frohes Schaffen, --Mattes (talk) 18:15, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

I feel very flattered to be in your list of favorite files (twice: Domus Patri and Laus Pluviae). Thanks. The band (officially) is named "Kleuske & the Bad Boys", both songs are from the album "Out There", which nobody ever heard of. Kleuske (talk) 19:49, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

nice songs. I found them by accident ... Thanks for producing and uploading! Best regards, --Mattes (talk) 01:44, 17 July 2010 (UTC) P.S. in the File:Laus pluviae.ogg, children voices can be heard in the background. Is that on purpose?
Yup. The kid is crying "Moooom! It Rains!" (in dutch). My microphone was open by accident (i was recording the sound of rain), but the fragment was too good not to use. Kleuske (talk) 12:00, 18 July 2010 (UTC)
oh OK! Keep up your production :-) Best regards, --Mattes (talk) 18:30, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
Since you're my biggest (well... only) fan, check this out. I posted my music online, since i did not want to abuse commons as a publication medium. You're free to up- and download it and to spread it around, it's all CC-by-SA. Grusse... Kleuske (talk) 11:13, 4 March 2011 (UTC)

Hello, Mattes!
Tip: Add categories to your files
Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Thanks again for your uploads! More information about categorization can be found in Commons:Categories, and don't hesitate to leave a note on the help desk.

Russian consulate-general in Munich

Hi Mattes, some time ago User:Rufus46 took a photo of the Russian consulate-general in Munich for me, which can be found at File:Russisches Konsulat Muenchen-1.jpg. In April 2010, the consulate-general relocated to a new building at Maria-Theresia-Straße 17, 81675 München, and I will be needing a photo of this. Full details of what I need, and why I need them, can be found at: en:User:Russavia/Required_photos#Munich. Is there any possibility that you may be able to help with this photo request at all? Any assistance/advice would be appreciated. Cheers, --russavia (talk) 17:18, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

No prob until the next two weeks (that's right around the corner of the Constulates I've captured recently). --Mattes (talk) 20:38, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Screenshots from "Earthly Delights" with different resolutions

Hi! Thanks for uploading the high-resolution screenshots of details of Bosch's "Garden of Earthly Delights". I have been adding them as annotations to File:The Garden of Earthly Delights by Bosch High Resolution.jpg. However I noted an artifact on File:Bosch, Hieronymus - The Garden of Earthly Delights, central panel - Detail Men upside down (upper left).jpg: some areas of that image appear to have lower resolution than others. I had the same problem when stitching the big image together: sometimes Google Earth appears to serve different resolutions. Could you try to fix it? Thanks, AxelBoldt (talk) 15:12, 13 September 2010 (UTC)

Well the reason for that is that I have made screenshots with different resolutions, I assume the photographs of eaxh picure made by Google (at least in their behalf) are made out of one piece. These are professional photographs → Video "Making of". Instead of stichting 'em together try to make a screenshot of a specific section yourself, e.g. with IrfanView. It's so easy that even I achieved to do it :-) Greetings, --Mattes (talk) 16:54, 13 September 2010 (UTC)
Well, I don't know whether it's Google, the screenshots or the stitching, but there are definitely two rectangles in File:Bosch, Hieronymus - The Garden of Earthly Delights, central panel - Detail Men upside down (upper left).jpg that have lower resolution than the rest. I have marked them on the image with annotations. AxelBoldt (talk) 12:27, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
I understand now, that might be an IrfanView problem (screenshot). Try to take a look at the original. I'm not able to fix that unfortunately. You might add a Tlc template and/or contact a graphics lab (Commons/Wikipedias). Greetings, --Mattes (talk) 12:52, 15 September 2010 (UTC)

There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Question about Google Arts Project detail

Hi Mattes, I noticed your recent upload of File:Lastman, Pieter - Orestes and Pylades Disputing at the Altar (detail triangle player).jpg from the Google Arts Project. What confuses me is that the resolution of the image - 756 x 733 - appears to be higher than the maximum resolution available from Google (about 488 x 468 for the same detail). Did you upscale this image, or did Google used to have higher resolution for this image, or what happened? Thanks! Dcoetzee (talk) 22:19, 6 February 2011 (UTC)

Hi, I have enlarged it :-) --Mattes (talk) 06:03, 7 February 2011 (UTC)

Contradictory tags: Saying something is public domain and requiring attribution

Hi. At the page https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/wiki/File:Beethoven_-_Piano_Sonata_No._28_in_A_Major,_Op._101_-_I._Etwas_lebhaft,_und_mit_der_innigsten_Empfindung.ogg I found your edit there at 17:48, 27 September 2009 which added the tag/template "The copyright holder of this file allows anyone to use it for any purpose, provided that the copyright holder is properly attributed. Redistribution, derivative work, commercial use, and all other use is permitted." while previously Daniel Veesey had already waived his rights to the musical work: "This work has been released into the public domain by its author, Daniel Veesey. This applies worldwide.". That makes the page say that public domain requires attribution which is not true. Thank you for your time. Logictheo (talk) 19:38, 7 February 2011 (UTC)

Hello. Don't know what you mean, in addition, there is no edit done at 17:48 h in that file. Maybe you're bothered by Attribution? diff 2009-09-27T19:48:09 --Mattes (talk) 19:58, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
The Attribution template adds a "You need to attribute" kind of reasoning. Public Domain works do not require attribution. Logictheo (talk) 20:18,20:20, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
"Hello. Don't know what you mean" << I think this helps: On the page it says "Musopen has requested a courtesy in-line attribution in any article this file is used in.". That means from my interpretation that Musopen wishes to be attributed. Now that is only a wish and not a legal requirement. As by their new faq at http://www.musopen.org/faq.php on the section "2. What is the public domain?" where they explain what Public Domain is. Logictheo (talk) 20:34, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Oh, Category_talk:Musopen#Wrong_tag_or_contradictory_tags.3F. I have added at least 20 files with that template. Most or at least old versions of 99% of Musopen-sourced files contain this:

[...] We do ask, out of courtesy, two things. One, that you do not directly sell our recordings for profit, as a great amount of work has been donated to this project, and for the benefit of the public, not profit. Two, we ask that any commerical or derived works attribute Musopen somewhere, to give credit to this project. And for all the film students emailing, yes you may use it in your film, you can then sell the film, containing our music. It's in the public domain afterall.

Should we be nice and include it (which may not be in accordance to PD) oder just ignore the request (wish) ... --Mattes (talk) 20:44, 7 February 2011 (UTC)

Hello Mattes, do you mind if I nominate category:Joconde for selection. It has been replace by two automatically populated categories: d category:Images from Joconde for images that were copied from Joconde and category:Base Joconde for pages that just have a link to a Joconde entry.--Zolo (talk) 07:54, 8 February 2011 (UTC)

By the way do you have any info about File:Kessel, Jan van I - L'entrée de l'arche - 1725-1750.jpg, I have mentionned some problems on its talk page.--Zolo (talk) 07:58, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
Category:Joconde should be a redir. The image you've noted is new to me. --Mattes 15:48, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
For this kind of "flat" source categories it seems better (more maintainable) to use a template rather than add them manually (From Joconde adds category:images from Joconde. It thus does not make much sense have a redirect. Additionnally category redirect seem to be rather incovenient (and thus often get deleted) and it is not clear whether category Joconde means "referenced in Joconde" or "image taken from Joconde" so I don't know wether it should redirect to category:images from Joconde or category:Base Joconde (granted ("Base Joconde" is not very clear either but since it is added through a template it is very simple to fix that).--Zolo (talk) 13:52, 9 February 2011 (UTC)

Permission to use one of your photo for documentary video

Dear Matt,

I would like to ask something about the permission to use one of your photo on Don Muang Airport in our documentary video project. Is it possible for you to email me to discuss further about this? Appreciate so much for your help in advance. My email will be tanyikyu@gmail.com

Cheers, Yikyu

I will only discuss the issue only here. Please specify further details (e.g. URL). Greetings, --Mattes (talk) 14:16, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

Thanks. The photo we wanted to use is http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Don_Mueang_Airport_near_Bangkok_-_Skyway_seen_from_domestic_terminal.JPG

1) Are we allow to use this photo in the documentary project under the free use license? Can I know what's the procedure that need to be done? 2) How should the credit be put at the video's 'end credit' screen?

Thanks

Cheers, yikyu

Hi again!(1) An image has a specified license, that one is here is "Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported". If you state that in your documentary, the usage is granted (you don't have to ask). (2) Credit: "User:Mattes (Wikimedia Commons)". Best wishes, --Mattes (talk) 05:24, 20 May 2011 (UTC)

Thanks Mattes, Just a courtesy to notify you. Thanks again.

--Pilettes (talk) 20:39, 26 May 2011 (UTC)

Hi there! Well, unfortunately I did not take the photograph. I don't know who it took. It was some years ago. Today, I would of course name the author in the file.
"Originally uploaded on en.wikipedia (transferred to commons by Mattes)
This file was originally uploaded at en.wikipedia as Water_Taxi.jpg, before it was transferred to Commons.". Thanks for clean-up. Anyone able to look up the photographer in the original file description (deleted)? Ciao, --14:07, 27 May 2011 (UTC) --Mattes (talk) 16:31, 2 June 2011 (UTC)

Thank you.

This message was added automatically by Nikbot, if you need some help about it please read the text above again and follow the links in it, if you still need help ask at the ? Commons:Help desk in any language you like to use. --Nikbot 21:59, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

WGA images

Hi, I see you are busy categorizing WGA images - great. I thing you might find your task easier with help of WGA tag template. At the moment it does not do anything except collecting a lot of parameters from each image, but after all images are uploaded it can be used for mass categorization without bots. --Jarekt (talk) 01:33, 20 June 2011 (UTC)

Your bot was very busy, 13,759 uploads! Too bad there are some duplicates, too (older uploads by other users). I just use Category:Images of WGA batch upload for finding the uploads. Template:WGA tag is a bit too complicated, it should be presented with a mask just like HotCat. HotCat is working really great (but sometimes does not fill the Edit summary automatically). Best greetings and keep up your work. Maybe Joconde comes up next... :-) BTW regarding the file names: I would like to see the family name of artists at first and then the Christian name, that way the cat piping is working accordingly without DEFAULTSORT. Anyway it is a great pleasure to get so much addings to Commons, thanks for that! --Mattes (talk) 16:40, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
Yes over 5k images were already uploaded from WGA and many of them have minimal metadata. I was working on creating processes for automatically fixing those descriptions, but have to be careful not to delete contributed metadata which goes beyond WGA metadata. The next data set I have my eyes on is artyzm.com - a data base of Polish paintings, since I noticed we have very few examples of some of my favorite Polish painters. By the way, I noticed that you were working on a lot of Institution templates - please do not add categories directly to those templates but by "Homecat" field. Adding categories directly to templates also adds them to images using the templates, and those categories are impossible to remove (in order to move them to a subcategory for example) without a bot. --Jarekt (talk) 17:42, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
Hmm, the templates are widely untouched by me. I guess you mean my addings of valid categories on institutions. --Mattes (talk) 14:53, 21 June 2011 (UTC)
I am sorry I got users confused - it is user:Mattis who was creating institution templates. My apologies. --Jarekt (talk) 15:30, 21 June 2011 (UTC)
The Deluge

Hello. I wonder if a naming mistake has occurred. According to http://www.muian.com/muian05/05Martin.htm the John Martin painting you uploaded and called 'The Deluge' is in fact 'Christ Stilleth the Tempest'. The Deluge is a different painting by Martin. (See also Victorian Web.) Of course, Muian and Victorian Web could be wrong, but would you be able to check your sources and make any necessary amends? I can help if you wish. Thank you. --Wavehunter (talk) 16:51, 28 June 2011 (UTC)

Hmm, I need some time to check that. --Mattes (talk) 17:28, 28 June 2011 (UTC)

Facing left / facing right

Hello ! Since you've created these categories, I was wondering : what are their purpose exactly ? Are they people who really like to find pictures of objects/people facing left and not able to do a mirror transformation of a nice picture but with the object/personn facing right ? I've created Category:bicycles facing left so I'm really not talking about deleting this category, I'm just a bit curious about "what's the point ?". Léna (talk) 09:09, 28 July 2011 (UTC)

Hi! These categories are good for remembrance (find a picture you have once seen) and for subdivisioning of the left and right categories.

Thanks for uploading File:Deutsches Freimaurermuseum Bayreuth - inventory (279).jpg.

Hello! You recently reverted my edits on Category:Munich Airport Riem. Please note, that airports are not buildings. (See en:Building and en:Airport for definitions.) Airport terminals, towers, hangars etc. are buildings (and we have Category:Airport buildings and its sub-categories for them) but airports themselves definitely are not. ––Apalsola tc 20:14, 27 December 2011 (UTC)

Well I think so indeed, any airport is a building in sense of a structure (runways, taxiways, maintenence buildings, tanks, hangars, roads, towers, etc.). I have seen this building assignments to airports everywhere @ Commons. We should discuss this matter on a meta level... --21:03, 27 December 2011 (UTC)
An airport is a piece of transport infrastructure and it may also be a structure, but not all structures are buildings. (See en:Nonbuilding structure.) And, according to wiktionary:en:building, a building is "[a] closed structure with walls and a roof." Airports have no walls nor roof, so they are not buildings.
About the meta level, Category:Airports has not been a subcategory of Category:Buildings since October 2008. Anyway, if you think this matter requires a broader discussion, you can start one, of course. (Please leave a notice at least on Commons talk:WikiProject Aviation.) In the meanwhile, I'll follow the meta level category hierarchy. ––Apalsola tc 21:41, 27 December 2011 (UTC)
Guess you're right, case solved. Thanks. Comparison to en: Parent cat. of w:Category:Airports is w:Category:Transport buildings and structures among others. Happy New Year! --Mattes (talk) 01:14, 28 December 2011 (UTC)

Renaming files for sorting purposes

I noticed that you renamed File:Chopin, Frédéric - Opus 25 - Twelve Grand Etudes - a minor (2).ogg for sorting in catogories. Using a sort tag seems to me to be preferable to renaming the file. Sort tags are more flexible, easily edited, and can be tailored to the category. --Robert.Allen (talk) 21:19, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

I find the format "family name", "first name(s)" - <further information> useful for the following reasons:
(a) uniform naming (artist's work at least)
(b) sorting w/o catpipes (sort keys) which most files do not have. Renaming is easier
Such actions are scheduled for later OK ... --Mattes (talk) 21:40, 2 February 2012 (UTC)
Not OK. I think maybe you should hold off. Adding a default sort key or a sort key appropriate to a category is just as easy, and does not create more redirects with every change. Where is the consensus for this? Where is the discussion? --Robert.Allen (talk) 03:32, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
Cancelled for already existing files. Commons:First_steps/Upload_form#4._Set_an_appropriate_file_name & Commons:First steps/Upload form & Commons:File renaming does not state the format described above or necessary renamings. --Mattes (talk) 06:38, 3 February 2012 (UTC)

We wanted to let you know that we've used one of your pictures in a project of ours: http://litpics.tumblr.com/post/18572319429/lit-peterkin-by-mrs-molesworth-pic-mattes

We created a computer program to generate random pairings of sentences from public domain texts and public domain / creative commons images. Some of the pictures we've selected come from the Wikipedia Commons. All the pictures we select ourselves, but the pairings and the text are random. Of these pairings that are generated, we only post the most interesting combinations.

We welcome any feedback about our site.

Thanks for sharing your pictures,

WikiProject Arts

DankeOursana (talk) 00:15, 9 May 2012 (UTC).

Works by artist‎ (17 C), Works by continent‎ (1 C), Works by country‎ (22 C) und Works by date‎ (9 C) eingehängt. Grafik: http://toolserver.org/~dapete/catgraph/graph.php?wiki=commons&lang=de&cat=8th-century+BC+art&d=0&n=0&format=png&links=0&sub=1
Beste Grüße, --Mattes (talk) 06:59, 9 May 2012 (UTC)

Hallo Mattes, ganz herzlichen Dank. Meine 1. 1. Category:8th-century BC works sieht so aus: [−] 8th-century BC works‎ (4 C, 6 F) [×] 740s BC works‎ (2 F) [+] 8th-century BC architecture‎ (2 C, 5 F)

[−] 8th-century BC art‎ (2 C, 12 F)
  [+] 8th-century BC sculptures‎ (2 C, 1 F)
  [+] 8th-century BC pottery‎ (13 C, 57 F)

[+] 8th-century BC pottery‎ (13 C, 57 F).

[+] Art by Wikipedians‎ (1 C, 42 F)

Hallo Mattes,

[+] Categories by age‎ (9 K)

[+] Categories by century‎ (29 K)

[−] Categories by date‎ (33 K)

     [+] Categories by century‎ (29 K)

Oursana (talk) 17:23, 14 May 2012 (UTC) P.S.

Man bräuchte evtl. Category:Art works by time statt Category:Art by date.
--Mattes (talk) 18:30, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

File:Damenschuh mit Fischschuppen-Optik.JPG

Hi Mattes,

Wahrscheinlich habe ich bei meinen Änderungen Sorting and (their) order (wer ist their??) und Catsort nicht verstanden, oder meinst du categorizations and their order Du hattest b.File:Jacopo Tintoretto - Solomon and the Queen of Sheba - WGA22651.jpg meinen sortkey Solomon and the Queen of Sheba,1545 zurück zur Jahreszahlangabe verändert.

Oursana (talk) 15:34, 22 August 2012 (UTC)
