Keep The deletion rationale makes a lot of sense but I still think it should be kept as one of the highest-quality and misgeneration-free illustrations of AI generated food images. This seems to be a notable application of these tools and for example if more people (than now already) use these tools for images of food on their websites or whatever, that may be a notable subject where good-quality example images are useful. No need to delete it, it's just an image and not even in any category where it could be mistaken (if it was, solution approaches would be removing that cat and/or changing the file title). - Now, if there is a context where our intelligent readers are going to recognize this image as a joke, and appreciate its use, then I suggest the image IS in scope.
- I know the wikimedia commons is not a laugh riot. But this would not be the first image with a spark of humour. If this image were to be kept, because some people agree the spark of humour had a potentially useful in scope use, I suggest it should be renamed something like File:Ten O'Clock comes four times a day on this Beautiful Analog Wall Clock.jpg. The author investigated the Family and then wrote a book about it, which is now in the private library collection of the Deppe Family. - "Looks and feels like photograph was taken by pointing camera at a television or computer display. Evidence; (i) Blown highlights are nowhere near the maximum white value of JPEG format, (ii) Blurring consistent across photo (regardless of object distance) suggesting that it happened when (flat, equidistant) screen was rephotographed. Neither of these prove that image isn't the users, but they're warning flags. "

If that photo is determined to be a problem, perhaps we can request Graphics Lab replace it with one of the many public domain photos of Mr Bush (eg perhaps one of these Category:Official portraits of George W. Numerous times, Wikimedia users have requested the removal of images that are in the Ukrainian public domain, citing an invalid license, because these users are not familiar with Ukrainian law. In Ukraine, if you take a non-artistic image of military equipment, this image is in the public domain, whether it is signed by its photographer or not.

- While the logo patches of Ukrainian military units are themselves public domain, photos with an Ukrainian military insignia in the photo are not inherently public domain. Ukrainian copyright law is not like the US where all government photos are public domain, and if I took a photo of the copyrighted Jonathan Downing painting while a person wearing a Ukrainian military uniform with a Ukrainian military logo patch was in the frame of the photo or standing in front of the painting, that photo would certainly not be allowed on Commons! Ukrainians that want all photos made by the Ukrainian government to be free should ask their government to change their copyright laws, or ask for releases from the individual military units. But Ukrainian military photos are not inherently free, just like Russian military photos are not inherently free, no matter how much anyone may want them to be free. If they were, the government websites would say "public domain" not various different creative commons licences. Let's try that logic the other way around: What would you think if a Stalinist editor protested against my deletion nomination of the photo of Stalin taken by Fyodor Kislov that I just nominated for deletion on the grounds that they felt like it was "erasing" Stalin from history and claiming that Russian copyrights aren't real? - @Kursant504: The uploader has an obligation to provide the correct license: he did it. He has an obligation to provide the site where he found it: he did it. The site where he downloaded the photo clearly and unequivocally states that this photo was taken by one of the employees of the site's owning company, and that this photo is published under the copyright status: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.
- Consequently, there was no reason to search on Getty Image.
- However, because of your false accusations, I did a reverse image search on the internet, both on Cyrillic sites and on Latin character sites: this photo does not appear on any other site, despite the importance of the war crime committed, all other photos of this event were taken from a different angle, and from a different point of view, with a different framing.

- If a reviewer approved by the community discovers that what is written on the RBC-Ukraine site is not reality, it is up to this reviewer to decide, either to delete this media, or to affix the correct license, or to leave it as is.
- If you are looking for an image reviewer, I suggest you address a competent person, who will be able, in less than a minute to go to the RBC-Ukraine site, read the mention at the bottom of the page, and do a reverse image search to see that this image does indeed belong to RBC-Ukraine, and that it was indeed published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.

- @Kursant504: The uploader has an obligation to provide the correct license: he did it. He has an obligation to provide the site where he found it: he did it. The site where he downloaded the photo clearly and unequivocally states that this photo was taken by one of the employees of the site's owning company, and that this photo is published under the copyright status: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.

Probably a not free image. It is doubtful that the photo with the SBU copyright was taken by rbk.ua employees. You need to give a link to the page (not a link to the photo itself) where this photo was published and indicated that the author is an employee of rbk.ua COM:EVID. - That being said, I cannot comment on the legality of broadcasting this photo, not because of copyright (Ukrainian public domain) but because it represents a living person in handcuffs, which is prohibited in many countries. Personally, I would be more comfortable if this photo was cropped so as not to show the handcuffed hands.

- It's legal to show someone in handcuffs in the U.S., and it's evidently legal in Ukraine, too; besides, that's a non-copyright restriction, and Commons doesn't recognize those except when they violate U.S. laws.
