While the licensing here may be ok I'm not sure these are within our scope. I'm not sure what use these would be to the project. Eqully there is a large amount of excessive text on the images that is certainly outside our scope. Could be speedy I guess

Dextran is a polysaccharide, not a trisaccharide as shown in this image. Also, stereochemical information is missing. This image is only used on a rejected draft article and there are plenty of correct, high quality alternatives in Category:Dextrans that can be used instead.   •  Delete it is quite common in databases like PubChem (likely source of this diagram) that entries for polymers have only a fragment of structure presented.   • All I can say is for you to lobby for your changes to the definition of notability and come up with rigid standard how people need to be "described". Do it at Commons and at Wikidata. Make a list what you expect to see for references, get it approved, and then we can delete every entry that doesn't meet your standards. To make Wikidata a "mirror of FindAGrave and legacy.com" I would need to load every entry from the source. We do not possess an index of those websites, and no one has agreed to create an index, and even if we had an index, no one has approved a bot to load them to Wikidata because of the time and effort it would take to match to existing entries and to figure a way to disambiguate all the people with identical names. The last large database of people was The Peerage and it took over a year to match to existing entries, fix errors, and merge duplicates. I'm not sure about the license/copyright of the foto. Emplasa (Sao Paulo Company for Metropolitan Planning = Empresa Paulista de Planejamento Metropolitano SA), Brazilian state-owned company. Originally uploaded to Panoramio in 2008. The Emplasa logo in the upper right corner and the number 3 in the lower right corner indicate that the photo is probably a screenshot of an original document (e.g. a pdf file). The book seems not to be a translation, but an original, compiled from different sources. Some of the stories are attributed as "from the Norwegian of Louis Moe", which seems to imply they are self-illustrated works first published elsewhere.   •  Delete. Established? I guess they have been around a few years. Looking through this user's uploads, however, is concerning. First of all, there is definitely some history of blatant copyright violations claimed as own work. It is true that these images don't return hits on reverse image searches, but they could be from any number of social media sites whose images don't show up in reverse image searches. These particular images very much have a Facebook vibe to them. Most are also of relatively low resolution. It's also odd that the file names from this user switch between multiple languages (and more than just the English and Japanese shown here). Ena Von Baer licensed materials published on gob.cl/gov.cl and most central government agencies as CC-BY; a decree was passed during Bachelet's second government making it mandatory to all government agencies to publish materials under a "free license" (does not specify which). This particular image used to be available at the Michelle Bachelet foundation, now unavailable, archivomichellebachelet.cl, which only said ""Los archivos contenidos son públicos y pueden ser descargados y reproducidos. Sólo se debe citar la fuente de donde proceden."" (published files are public and may be downloaded and reproduced. Source must be cited). If so, the license should be clear about that.     Pretty much any of the author's edits cross-wiki: Special:CentralAuth/Mohammd_tajik, e.g. [8], [9], [10], [11], [12]...
    It's a useless photo of some random wall (I quote: "An image does not magically become useful by virtue of the argument that it could be used to illustrate a Wikipedia article on X, merely because X happens to be the subject of the photograph") whose only claimed significance, as expressed by its filename, comes from the unsourced (and unreliable) opinion of an individual showing maniacal/obsessive behavior (sorry if that sounds like an attack, it's not my intention, but I don't know how to describe it otherwise). -- Rojelio (talk) 17:59, 12 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Violation of copyright. (1) Deletion nomination in Feb. was closed wrongly. The GWOIA is only valid for "the Executive Yuan's website" (i.e. " www.ey.gov.tw ", not "websites"), and it is not valid for the "Executive Yuan History Display" website ( history.ey.gov.tw ). (2) Even though the same image can be found at "www.ey.gov.tw"( [14]), the page containing this image specifically states "All content is copyrighted by either the Executive Yuan or another party. Any usage of this content requires the agreement or authorization of the original copyright owner(s), unless this usage qualifies as fair use.", so I think this image is excluded by GWOIA. Additional note is that the GWOIA excludes this kind of image because of Article II-C, "For some videos, photos, sheet music and contracted case writings or other works, the administration must especially state that the approval must be duly obtained before use." In the earlier DR: Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Bingobingo102080, closed by User:Rosenzweig, they decided to keep the image based on {{GWOIA}}, as mentioned on the file page. I come to another conclusion. The text about copyright of the source website of Executive Yuan, on this page allows free use and even changes of the material. However, lower on the page (translated with Google translate) it is written: “In using the materials and materials provided by this license, the relevant information must not be maliciously altered. If the information displayed after use does not match the original materials and materials, the user shall bear civil and criminal responsibilities.” Imho this is not compatible with the licensing on Commons and not in agreement with {{GWOIA}}. Licenses on Commons all allow alterations/derivative works without any exceptions (apart from personality rights perhaps). Therefore the file must be deleted imho.
