- I think it is inappropriate to have this a) directly in cat "Orange hard hats" and b) in cat "Docker (virtualization software)" and c) to have the current file title that does not reflect the contents (I currently only care about the categories). While it's porn that adds to an already gigantic collection of images of nude people and is not realistically educational, there could be problems with selecting which images to delete or keep and it currently seems unlikely anyway. - I have worked this out now. As this was part of "Wiki Loves Monuments", I would have expected more of a helpful attitude here. If you're going out of your way to invite people who don't normally upload photos to Wikimedia Commons to start uploading photos of local monuments, we're inevitably going to make a few errors and ask for help. The preceding files were uploaded by User:Ceoalphonso. To understand what has this editor done, you should look at their global contributions and their talk page on enwiki. I recommend you to read the mentioned talk page revision-by-revision, since some of its parts are not in order.
The editor claims to be hacked. I consider this dubious, given the fact that their first edit was vandalism and occured minutes after the registration of the account. This files are claimed to be evidence of the editor being hacked and to contain some "malicious code". The code doesn't look malicious – it looks it is a part of source code of a website.
The media lack any educational purpose and the screenshots of code of unknown origin may constitute copyright infringement. The pictures also include some card, claimed to be a driving license. - This is an archival photograph taken (most likely) by Messerschmitt AG however, as was common after WWII ownership was transferred to the USAFM archives. In this respect is may be considered property of the USAFM which is a US Government source. US Government sources are typically considered public domain. - @Completeaerogeek: You must be thinking of {{PD-US-alien property}}, but that only applies when the copyright was "owned by a government or instrumentality thereof", and Messerschmidt was a private company. The fact that the USAFM has the photograph in its collection does not necessarily mean that the US gained control of the copyright. - Bonjour @Gérald Garitan. Comme le spécifie la loi, "Dans le cas d'une image prise dans un lieu public, votre autorisation est nécessaire si vous êtes isolé et reconnaissable." (https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/F32103). Si l'on considère que je suis une personne publique, mon image peut être diffusée dans le but d'informer. Ici cela n'est pas le cas, l'image n'ayant servi qu'à illustrer Wikidata et n'informant en rien sur la raison pour laquelle je m'exprime en public. Mon but n'est pas d’empêcher toute image de moi-même en ligne, comme le montrent les photographies en ligne que vous citez : cette photographie me mets mal à l'aise pour plusieurs raisons, notamment liée à un état de santé, or elle apparait désormais en tête des recherches sur mon nom, et je vous donc serais reconnaissant de respecter ma demande au droit à l'image en l'occurrence, je peux uploader une autre photographie ici si cela peut vous convaincre. - Usage manifestement non autorisé de l'image d'une personne vivante ayant demandé le retrait, pour un usage absent sur Wikipédia, sans preuve de notoriété (etc.). Favorable au retrait immédiat de la photo + à la suppression de la catégorie dédiée, on ne sait pourquoi, à ce chercheur.
