- Looking back, I recall taking two maps and editing them both so they looked the same to explain the differences. I can see that the 2010 version was based on Admiralty Chart No 1168, which is under Crown Copyright. I'd have to do a bit more digging to find the source chart for the 1825 version. I also know that my knowledge of copyright has significantly increased since 2010, so while I would need to check on the details of Crown Copyright. [edit]There is no commercial freedom of panorama in Belarus. As per w:ba:Карандаш һәйкәле (Гомель), this sculpture was installed in 2006. The sculptor is Вячеслав Долгов. Hence the photos under commercial licensing violate the sculptor's copyright.

Unsure who is the last-surviving architect and when did he die (copyright in a work lasts up to 50 years after the death of the author or last-surviving author, in accordance with Belorussian post mortem auctoris).

All files in Category:Dubious jades in Sanxingdui and Category:Dubious Hongshan jades need to be deleted. Quite possible that the original uploader is a seller of fake ancient jade artifacts. These photographs are not taken from public museums but quite possibly at home with a piece of fur as background (note that he / she also uploaded several modern artifacts with the same background). There are also obvious evidences showing that these artifacts are fake. For instance, Sanxingdui people made bronze or gold masks instead of small jade ones, thus this photograph cannot be a genuine Sanxingdui artifact. The title of this file asserts that it is a colored glaze (琉璃) artifact made by Hongshan culture 5,000 years ago, but colored glaze is invented in China only at 2,500 ago. I can't sort out the provenance of this image. The uploader claims it's a painting from the 1600s, but sources it to this blog and uploaded it under CC BY-SA 3.0. The blog claims its by George Stubbs but gives no date, and makes no claim that it's available under CC BY-SA (just has a generic copyright claim at the bottom of the page). Stubbs wasn't born until 1724, so he can't paint something in the 1600s. And I've Googled all the Stubbs listings I can find, and not found an image of this painting. Bonjour, serait-il possible de contrôler que l'auteur (photographe professionnel Matthieu Camille Colin) de Tristane Banon qui a fait l'objet d'un ticket OTRS a réellement été authentifiée car ce fichier ne comporte aucune donnée photographique et qu'il s'agit d'une série de clichés exploités commercialement. De plus, en France, l'autorisation de la personne photographiée doit également être fournie pour publication. Enfin, dans la légende rédigée par l'utilisateur qui l'a postée sur Commons, la mention commerciale de la marque "Mamouchka" est clairement précisée. The meta data of the photo mention (c)ALCIBIADE-PARIS, which is the twitter nickname account of the same photographer, Matthie Camille Colin. With google maps, I found another location.
