I doubt that jkhjrfre4434.tistory.com is a valid free content source. The blog is a collection of stolen content invalidely licensed under CC-BY. This image is a screenshot from a film en:Master's Sun with copyright presumably by the producers of that movie, not by the tistory blogger. - Is it the real reason for the deletion request, knowing the context & the reactions in this so controversed domain ? If not, claim clarely the ethic problem. If yes, someone must find the first anonymous caricature and author. Finding the caricature is surely possible but very difficult because Flux.md don't conserve all the paper archives, and Moldova is far. - Hey, don't be paranoiac ! And try to check yourself who you're talking to ! If you had looked at my profiles (especially on French WP) you may easily find the answer : I'm fully aware of the problem of "concurrence des mémoires", and I actually struggle every day against my own students who are in that kind of sick logic (especially about the Muslims-Palestinian/Jews-Israel topic). And I actually think this caricature is a good way to think about that because the message is clear (I kept a copy of it to show it to my students).

- Hi, if I'm alive, it's because I'm paranoiac (I growed next the low Danube, far of the rivers Thames or Seine, a lot of years ago, in the "worker's paradise" when the General Secretary of the unique Party was more as a God). But I stop joking now... my english isn't so good, for make sense word-games in this language. Alors je passe en français : oui, je suis bel et bien l'auteur de ce dessin, le seul, le vrai, l'unique, dessin réalisé d'abord pour Flux il y a environ dix ans, anonymement (je ne tenais pas à me faire injurier, voire menacer). C'était pour illustrer une brève sur la "concurrence mémorielle" en Moldavie entre les survivants des "martyrs" du fascisme (juifs, partisans, slaves, roms, homos...) et ceux du stalinisme (roumanophones, russes "blancs", membres de sectes néoprotestantes, dissidents...). Ensuite j'ai utilisé ce dessin pour mes cours à l'UTL de Toulon, dans un cadre plus général, c'était de l'histoire sociale. Quand je l'ai téléchargé sur Commons il y a huit ans, sous le pseudo que j'utilisais encore à l'époque, j'ai préféré me référer à Flux, toujours pour ne pas me faire pourrir, mais ta demande de délétion (beau barbarisme, non ?) m'oblige à faire mon coming out. - Keep I had some discussions in French with the uploader Spiridon Ion Cepleanu (on my French WP profile talk page), and I tend to trust his story. In fact, the "anonymous" author is the uploader himself. He first preferred to be anonymous because his caricature provoked some hatred from nationalists when he created it. Kept: The info was added, I believe this file is a perfect example where the statement about collecting from local pictures from commons is unneeded, I believe that this information is incorrect (on which page is this rule stated?). The uploader of the collage is also the creator of all the images and as such own copyright over all elements, simply releasing those (maybe stating that uploader is creator of all of the images) is enough to apply the attribution criterium at collages. Unused logos uploaded as own work
[edit]I nominated logos with the following properties: 1. They are not in use on any project; 2. They have an own work tag. The argumentation for this deletion request lies in the first two points. Most of these files are created by a company or organisation, and copied from their website by the uploader. As such the "own work" claim is false and thus the attribution, permission etcetera should be fixed. However as the files are not currently used the files could well be out of scope, and if they would be in scope and somebody wants to use them on a page on the organization getting the logo again and reuploading it with proper attribution is not much work. There could also be files which are actually own work and are not from a company (personal art), for this files I argue that as they are not used and as such out of scope. Thus the argument is that all of these files are either out of scope, or an infringement on authorship because of incorrect attribution and as such should be deleted. With logos there is always the issue of threshold of originality. The argument above in my opinion also applies to images below the threshold of originality, some of the images might be above it as well but that's not the issue here.

I am extremely baffled by how such a childish and non-encyclopedic file can stay on for so long. It has absolutely no use except to humiliate others.
