Category:July 2021 in Wigginton, North Yorkshire

Does it make sense to have an image organized by village by month? Wouldn't it be better as like Category:July 2021 in North Yorkshire/Category:2021 in the City of York/Category:Wigginton, North Yorkshire in the 2020s rather than a cascade of one-subcategory categories? I mean, you did populate it but do you think it will ever be more than the single image? You can look down at Category:2021 in the United Kingdom by town but it doesn't make sense to have a July 2021 by village universal category. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 02:05, 14 July 2021 (UTC)

@Ricky81682: I'm hoping to to upload quite a few more over time. York City FC have recently started uploading YouTube videos with a CC licence, many of which are filmed at the club's training ground in Wigginton. I'm sure we have plenty of images here taken in the many villages across the UK so to me it would make sense to have the same category structure that we use for towns. Alright, no worries. Again, it seems odd that the village, the city of York, and even the county have no images yet but that's this month so I guess it will fill up. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 18:28, 14 July 2021 (UTC)

Regarding the possible deletions of File:Scott Parker Bournemouth (cropped).jpg and File:Jack Wilshere 2021 (cropped).jpg

Hello, I recently received a message on my talk page informing me of the possible deletions of the images above. I got those images from videos on AFC Bournemouth's youtube channel. These are the videos I obtained the said images from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YlYA1iLTsgA , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jvFUoeXJRM0 . If you go to the description you will see that both videos are tagged with Creative Commons Licenses, which means they are available to be added to Wikimedia Commons.

@ArsenalGhanaPartey: In future, please include a url to the source you've used: this is very important in proving that the content you've uploaded does indeed use an acceptable copyright. When uploading files taken from YouTube, you should use Template:From YouTube for the source description, and include {{YouTube CC-BY}} and {{YouTubeReview}} in the licensing section.
