Wiki Loves Monuments

[edit]

Bonjour. Would you be interested in helping organize a potential Canadian component of the 2012 edition of Wiki Loves Monuments? Given your experience with "Wikipedia Takes Montreal", your expertise would be very valuable. Cheers, --Skeezix1000 (talk) 16:02, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I've responded to your emails, but your last email makes it seem like you did not get my reply. Just want to confirm you received my latest reply. Cheers, --Skeezix1000 (talk) 02:04, 7 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The Photographer's Barnstar
I, SarahStierch, hereby award you, Antaya, with the Photographer's Barnstar for your wonderful photographs and speedy uploads during GLAMcamp DC! Your images really help to document the event and will surely be used in future documentation about it. Thank you! SarahStierch (talk) 04:23, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

^^^ YES, what she said!!! Very nice collection! I am intrigued, by the way, but the .mov files you apparently tried to upload…do you have videos in a format that doesn't work here? Maybe you could send them to me offline…? -Pete F (talk) 03:45, 17 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Autopatrol given

[edit]

Hello. I just wanted to let you know that I have granted autopatrol rights to your account; the reason for this is that I believe you are sufficiently trustworthy and experienced to have your contributions automatically marked as "reviewed". This has no effect on your editing, it is simply intended to make it easier for users that are monitoring Recent changes or Recent uploads to find unproductive edits amidst the productive ones like yours. In addition, the Flickr upload feature and an increased number of batch-uploads in UploadWizard, uploading of freely licensed MP3 files, overwriting files uploaded by others and an increased limit for page renames per minute are now available to you. Thank you. Techman224Talk 23:49, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

File:Activité Papillons en Liberté - Jardin botanique de Montréal.ogv has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Hi Benoit Rochon, thanks for your application to be an image reviewer. The application has been removed as successful, and you've been added to the list of reviewers. You can review all kind of image licenses on Commons. Please see Commons:License review and Commons:Flickr files if you haven't done so already. We also have a guide how to detect copyright violations. Backlogs include Flickr review, Picasa review, Panoramio review, and files from other sources. You can use one of the following scripts by adding one of the lines to your common.js:

importScript('User:ZooFari/licensereviewer.js'); // stable script for reviewing images from any kind of source OR
importScript('User:Rillke/LicenseReview.js'); // contains also user notification when review fails, auto blacklist-check and auto-thank you message for Flickr-reviews.

You can also add {{User reviewer}} or {{User trusted}} to your user page if you wish. Thank you for your contributions on Commons!--Morning Sunshine (talk) 02:21, 15 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

tagging for speedy deletion

[edit]

Hi Benoit,
thanks for detecting and tagging so many copyvios. However, the way you tag them, is somewhat suboptimal and produces additional work for the deletion admin. Per this diff I assume that you manually add "Copyvio|Notification of copyright violation|source=http://...". If that is correct, then please try to use the "copyvio" entry from the Toolbox (the third box in the left column on image pages). This way, the uploader is notified automatically and the copyvio-source-URL is put at such a place in the message template, that it is automatically pasted into the relevant field, when the deleting admin clicks on the waste-bin icon. Thanks. --Túrelio (talk) 15:15, 15 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hello!

Thanks for your work against copyright violations on Commons.

But please do not use the copyviotag like this {{Copyvio|Notification of copyright violation|source=xyz}} but use this one instead {{Copyvio|xyz}}. Thank you in advance. Greetings, High Contrast (talk) 09:05, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Counter Vandalism Unit

Hi Brochon99,

You now have the Patroller right and may call yourself a patroller! Please take a moment to read the updated Commons:Patrol to learn how Patrolling works and how we use it to fight vandalism.

As you know already, the patrolling functionality is enabled for all edits, not just for new-page creations. This enables us to keep track of, for example, edits made by anonymous users here on Commons.

We could use your help at the Counter Vandalism Unit. For example by patrolling an Anonymous-edits checklist and checking a day-part.

If you have any questions please leave a message on the CVU talkpage or ask for help on IRC in #wikimedia-commons.

Welcome, Dear Filemover!

[edit]

Hi Brochon99, you're now a filemover. When moving files please respect the following advice:

  • Use the CommonsDelinker link in the {{Rename}} template to order a bot to replace all ocurrences of the old title with the new one.
  • Please do not tag redirects as {{Speedy}}. Other projects, like InstantCommons, might be using the file even though they don't show up in the global usage. Deleting the redirects would break their file references.
  • Please know and follow the file rename guidelines.

This media was probably deleted.
Thanks for uploading File:Marin Soljacic.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Marin Soljacic.jpg]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

An offering for our new administrator from your comrades...

Brochon99, congratulations! You now have administrator rights on Commons. Please take a moment to read the Commons:Administrators page and watchlist related pages (in particular Commons:Administrators' noticeboard and its subpages), before launching yourself into page deletions, page protections, account blockings or modifications of protected pages. The majority of the actions of administrators can be reversed by the other admins, except for history merges which must thus be treated with particular care. Have a look at the list of Gadgets (on the bottom there are the ones specifically for admins – however, for example the UserMessages are very helpful too).

Please feel free to join us on IRC: #wikimedia-commons webchat on irc.libera.chat. There is also a channel for Commons admins, which may be useful for more sensitive topics, or coordination among administrators: #wikimedia-commons-admin webchat.

You may find Commons:Guide to adminship to be useful reading. You can find the admin backlog overview at COM:AB.

Please also check or add your entry to the List of administrators and the related lists by language and date it references.

Welcome aboard. --99of9 (talk) 13:27, 3 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Brochon99,
Thank you for contributing to Wiki Loves Monuments 2012, and for sharing your pictures with the whole world!

Thanks to the participation of people like you, the contest gathered more than 350,000 pictures of cultural heritage objects from 36 countries around the world, becoming the largest photography competition to have ever taken place.

You can find all your pictures in your upload log, and are of course very welcome to keep uploading images and help develop Wikimedia Commons, even though you will not be able to win more prizes (just yet).

If you'd like to start editing relevant Wikipedia articles and share your knowledge with other people, please go to the Wikipedia Welcome page for more information, guidance, and help.

To make future contests even more successful than this year, we would like to invite you to share your experiences with us in a short survey. Please fill in this short survey in your own language, and help us learn what you liked and didn't like about Wiki Loves Monuments 2012.

Picture of the Year voting round 1 open

[edit]

Dear Wikimedians,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2012 Picture of the Year competition is now open. We're interested in your opinion as to which images qualify to be the Picture of the Year for 2012. Voting is open to established Wikimedia users who meet the following criteria:

  1. Users must have an account, at any Wikimedia project, which was registered before Tue, 01 Jan 2013 00:00:00 +0000 [UTC].
  2. This user account must have more than 75 edits on any single Wikimedia project before Tue, 01 Jan 2013 00:00:00 +0000 [UTC]. Please check your account eligibility at the POTY 2012 Contest Eligibility tool.
  3. Users must vote with an account meeting the above requirements either on Commons or another SUL-related Wikimedia project (for other Wikimedia projects, the account must be attached to the user's Commons account through SUL).

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. From professional animal and plant shots to breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historically relevant images, images portraying the world's best architecture, maps, emblems, diagrams created with the most modern technology, and impressive human portraits, Commons features pictures of all flavors.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topic categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you can vote for as many images as you like. The first round category winners and the top ten overall will then make it to the final. In the final round, when a limited number of images are left, you must decide on the one image that you want to become the Picture of the Year.

To see the candidate images just go to the POTY 2012 page on Wikimedia Commons

Wikimedia Commons celebrates our featured images of 2012 with this contest. Your votes decide the Picture of the Year, so remember to vote in the first round by January 30, 2013.

Thanks,
the Wikimedia Commons Picture of the Year committee

"Pas besoin de mettre {{HPC}} en doublon"

[edit]

Salut, Benoit. I noticed you consolidated a couple of the recent HPC tags that Fralambert had recently added to some image descriptions. Multichill chnaged the HPC template in October so that it is now intended to be used "en doublon" (he also had a bot convert all instances of consolidated usage to multiple tags). If HPC is used in the old {{HPC|7642|10620}} format, the image or category is added to Category:Historic Places in Canada templates with deprecated parameters. I left two messages on Multichill's talk page in October asking him why he made the change, and he responded to neither. I never reverted it, however, because ultimately Multichill's change will make it easier to add the actual designations to the template, as per the old discussion on the talk page (which I never got around to acting on). Silver lining, I suppose. Cheers, --Skeezix1000 (talk) 14:04, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Demande de déblocage

[edit]

Il me reproche mon pseudo : attaque ad hominem.

Merci.

Thanks for uploading File:Jeunes musiciens du monde Kalkeri2.jpg.

Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Jeunes musiciens du monde Kalkeri2.jpg]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Hello Benoit Rochon, why did you delete this logo? It's just the svg-version of File:LogoAsterix.jpg and very similar to File:AsterixDeutsch.svg. Or is this font copyrighted? Regards, --Brackenheim (talk) 17:01, 1 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I think "Astérix" logo this is copyrighted, that's why another user tagged has RfD. On WP-fr we can use logos, but I don't think this can stay on Commons. I'll ask someone and come back to you. Sincerely. Benoit Rochon (talk) 16:07, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Bonjour Benoit Rochon, j'ai mis un bandeau de suppression sur File:LogoAsterix.jpg mais un autre contributeur m'a révoqué, avec comme résumé de modification ; « correct license », mais selon moi cette image de même que l'autre logo seraient à supprimer pour violation de copyright, le logo d'Astérix n'ai reproduisable par un logiciel de traitement de texte. Normalisation de {{HPC|xx|xx|xx}}

[edit]

Salut, Benoit. Further to my note a few months ago, Multichill changed HPC several months ago so as to discourage people from using the template in the {{HPC|xx|xx|xx}} format. If you use that format, it places the image in Category:Historic Places in Canada templates with deprecated parameters. He then has his bot edit almost all of the images and categories using HPC to use the template "en doublon", so to speak. At the time, I asked him why he made the change, but he never had the courtesy to respond. In any event, it is a blessing in disguise, since it makes it much easier to amend the template to allow users to indicate the type of designation (as discussed last year at Template talk:Historic Places in Canada), which I plan to do this upcoming weekend. But first I needed to empty out the remaining 100 or so entries in Category:Historic Places in Canada templates with deprecated parameters, which I did this past weekend. Hope that helps. --Skeezix1000 (talk) 20:15, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Pourrais-tu me donner ton avis a ce sujet ? Y a-t-il un point qui m'echappe ? Merci ! Millevache (talk) 21:16, 13 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Re-bonjour Benoit,
Merci encore. Millevache (talk) 21:22, 14 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted files

[edit]

Hello. You deleted some files uploaded by Qcumber: File:Eduard Stavytskyi.jpg, File:Kaletnik free.jpg, File:Oleksandr Kemenyash.jpg, File:Fagot.jpg, File:Prytula comm.jpg, File:Konkov.jpg, File:Ihor Yavorsky.jpg. I think all these files were OK because they are screenshots of Youtube video published under CC-BY licence. I had mentioned it in the talk page of these files. At first glance, these images looks like copyvio (I also thought so), but I think they can be accepted, since they are derivative works of CC-BY videos. Best regards, BrightRaven (talk) 08:39, 31 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cordialement--Shev123 (talk) 16:31, 1 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You deleted this file due to a non-commercial licence at Flickr, however this file was licensed cc-by-sa at the time it was uploaded to Commons, as confirmed by the licence review (the World Economic Forum changed their licences around March 2013, see Commons:Village pump/Archive/2013/03#Bad news). Please could this image be restored per {{Flickr-change-of-license}}, together with File:Maximus Johnity Ongkili World Economic Forum 2013 crop.jpg which was a derivative of this image. January (talk) 14:38, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The license is still CC-by-sa, this is not challenged. However, the license excludes commercial use which is against commons policiy. Is there any proof, that at the time of upload, the commercial use was not excluded? --CEphoto, Uwe Aranas (talk) 15:11, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The issue might be, that even the WEF has not considered the individual rights of the photographer Photo Moritz Hager and the swiss-image.ch agency. Or let's say: It is already doubtful, if the presentation in flickr was lawful. The terms of the agency under [1] are very clear on the matter, that they do not allow any alteration of the photos. Also the use of swiss-image.ch pictures is prohibited for any other purpose without written permission from swiss-image.ch or the copyright holder (SI partner, photographer). As far as I understand, we need an OTRS to publish it. --CEphoto, Uwe Aranas (talk) 15:14, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The issue of whether the photo agency may have a copyright claim has been raised before at Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Maria Bartiromo.jpg but the image was kept, and WEF images (almost all of which were taken by swiss-image.ch photographers) are widely accepted on Commons based on the CC-BY-SA licence at Flickr and {{WEF}}. January (talk) 15:41, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Erm ... the fact that after receiving and removing the "no resale" in 2008 and now adding it again is more an indicatation, that there is indeed a copyright problem. So how about writing them a letter to get OTRS? Shouldn't this discussion be extended to a broader group of copvio experts? --CEphoto, Uwe Aranas (talk) 18:32, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
As I said at my talk page, if the licence was valid at the time of upload then it remains valid, the licence having been different before or having been changed since does not invalidate it. I have no objection to opening the discussion up to a wider audience, but I certainly don't think any WEF images with a valid licence review should be deleted through the speedy deletion process without discussion. Benoit Rochon, please could you confirm what your decision is on whether to restore the image? January (talk) 20:13, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello User:Antanana, before I answer you, I wanted to ask one of my friend on Commons who usually do judging for WLM Canada, but no answer yet. Foy myself, I'll have to decline sorry, I'm very busy with the launch of the French branch of The Wikipedia Library. Good luck guys, this is nice contest! Salut Benoit...

Cordialement, Benoit Rochon (talk) 04:04, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Translation issue

[edit]

Hello

I am working on Commons:WLA and have an issue. I have moved the main page of WLAf2014 to Commons:Wiki Loves Africa 2014. But the translations in various languages are still "attached" to the original page Commons:Wiki Loves Africa. How to "move" the translations so that they stay with the original page ? Anthere (talk)

After discussion with a translation Admin, the solution might be to start by deleting Commons:Wiki Loves Africa 2014. Can you do that please ? Anthere (talk) 18:16, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It is solved now. :-) Romaine (talk) 19:55, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Historic Places in Canada

[edit]

--Fralambert (talk) 02:51, 17 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

I'm writing you as one of the most active Commons users right now. Since a while now, the idea of a dedicated Commons conference has been floating around. But since the last Wikimania concrete steps have been taken to actually make it happen next year. If you're interested in participation or maybe willing to help organize the first ever Commons Conference, I invite you to check out the project page and leave your comments; or just show your support for the idea, by signing up.

Cheers,

WLM Canada winners

[edit]

Hello Benoit, you published this year's Canada WLM finalists in this page. Are this pictures following an order they way there are or do they have no ranking? If the first applies (that would be great from my point of view :) ) using a number for each of them would be convenient, if the later applies then a note like "Pictures are presented in no particular order since there was no local WLM contest" (see Austrians) would be good to state the outcome clearly. Thanks for uploading File:Leury - Histoire de Rouyn-Noranda.djvu. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.

If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.)

If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there.

Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you.

Hi, are you sure this was copyright violation? I removed the nomination because the metadata went back to january 2008 (more than 10 years ago). It sometimes happens that other sites use files from here and that years later someone (this was an IP-user with only one edit (if I remember it well) reports it as "this is on Google". I don't know if the IP-user put the nomination back, but I wanna be sure this is really copyvio.. Regards, - Richardkiwi (talk) (talk) 22:34, 1 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! You seem to have deleted File:Lord Dorchester Vanity Fair Print 1877.jpg as a copyright violation. Perhaps I'm missing something, but I thought that faithful reproductions of two-dimensional works of art more than 100 years old were treated as public domain here? The artist died in 1922. I've absolutely no interest in this particular file, but if this was a mistake there may be other similar images uploaded by the same user that have also been nominated and deleted in error. There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. Wiki Loves Monuments 2019

[edit]

Hi Benoit, how are you doing? I am reaching out to you on behalf of the Wiki Loves Monuments international team. We see that you have signed up on the interested countries page for this year. I would like to know if you are still interested, and we would be happy to provide any support that you may require in organizing the contest. Best, KCVelaga (talk · mail) 14:41, 15 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your message, KCVelaga. I might have a question; in Canada, we have lists on Wikipedia English and French. Sometimes there are differences between both languages. I heard that WLM lists could be on Wikidata. Would you be able to tell me more about it? Using Wikidata would be an improvement for countries with more than one language. Thank you in advance for your help. Best. Benoit Rochon (talk) 12:04, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Benoit Rochon: We are working migrating the lists to Wikidata, but I will only be ready by next year. So for this year, it will we will only follow the lists on Wikipedias. Pinging Lokal Profil if he has anything more to add. KCVelaga (talk · mail) 08:56, 25 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@KCVelaga: Hum, there is already more that 8000 heritage places already in Canada in Wikidata (Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Alberta are complete). And, in case you don't know there is more thar 50 different types of heritage designation in Canada. When you talk of migration, I am a little sacered of it, since the Canadian Register of Historic Places don't seem to have been updated since 7 years. --Fralambert (talk) 13:02, 25 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry for not seeing this before. The migration would focus on the contents currently in the monuments database (the dataset in French to start with). d:Wikidata:WikiProject_WLM/Mapping_tables/ca_(fr) started looking at mapping the values but was never completed.
As for Wikidata powered lists that can be done even if the migration is not complete (albeit with less items). The main issue tends to be different wikis not allowing Wikidata powered lists in the main namespace. /Lokal_Profil 20:42, 23 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your answer Lokal. And just for my knowledge, what would be the main argument for not allowing Wikidata feeding lists in the encyclopedic space? Best. Benoit Rochon (talk) 06:28, 24 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Various concerns such as quality, citations etc. have been raised in the past. I think the true reason is often simply that local editors feel that they loose control over the content. With Listeria even more so since any local changes they do get nuked with the next update. /Lokal_Profil 13:03, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki Loves Monuments Canada questions

[edit]

Hi Benoit, bonjour

I am very new to Wikipedia/Wikimedia other than for research so bear with me.

I would like to begin to contribute to the Wiki Loves Monuments media in the form of photos I intend to take around Winnipeg, Manitoba. I have some questions / observations that I hope you can address.

1. The FAQ states, "On maps of historic sites, there are red marks and green marks. When an image is added to one of the lines of the lists, the mark turns red." and "A red mark does not mean Wikimedia Commons will not take more photos of this historic site, a photo in the repository can be improved, whether it is a better picture quality or better weather. The green mark does not mean that there is no picture in the repertory, it simply means that no user has added an image in one of the lists." I think that you have reversed the colours. The red marks don't have pictures yet, the green marks do have pictures. I was tempted to edit it myself but I wanted to contact you because it is your words and I don't want to mess things up.

2. The text in the pop-up balloons on the map of Manitoba are in French for the majority of the marks. I noticed that this applies specifically to Manitoba and not, for instance, Saskatchewan or Alberta. Unfortunately the French language has not been dominant in Manitoba for a long time so it would be easier for the 90% of Manitobans who don't speak French if the balloon text were to be in English instead. Is that a change that I can make for myself?

3. The big red label on the map reads, "Wiki Loves Monuments 2018" when I think it should be 2019. I don't know if you are able to make changes to the map but I couldn't figure out who else to contact.

4. What would be required of a person to fulfill the role of "English lists maintenance"? Thank you for your attention to these matters and correct me if I am out of line with my queries.

Wiki Loves Monuments France 2019

[edit]

Bonjour,

Anyone who does not do so will automatically lose administrator rights.

You can read the de-admin policy at Commons:Administrators/De-adminship.

Hi, you marked the file (180601 (3) One-The World in Seoul.jpg) as a possible copyright violation but the tag (CC BY) is still present at the very bottom right of that page. You can see other photos from that same page in the category (Kang Daniel in 2018) and they have been reviewed and confirmed as okay to use by other editors. So, please double check and remove the copyright template when you get the chance.---HrToss (talk) 06:43, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello HrToss, maybe I miss something, but the photo is coming from tistory.com so it's a copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons is accepting only photo that are free licence and this photo is not under free licence. Best regards, Benoit Rochon (talk) 13:46, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Notification about possible deletion

[edit]
Some contents have been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether they should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at their entry.

If you created these pages, please note that the fact that they have been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with them, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!
