A little detail... ¿Why we are including Language: (in English) in this international template? (Unsigned by User:Pybalo)
- I see your point, and I've removed the Languages: part. I think it looks better this way, unless anyone objects. Nadavspi 21:46, 4 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Alphabetical order
I guess the plan is to have alphabetical order by the national form of the name of the language, so, for example, Hungarian/Magyar goes as "M", and not as "H". --Grin 14:27, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Table
Why adding a table to this template? It causes an unnecessary line break, and if some project wants it that way could put the table in its main page. I propose to remove the table (the border) from the template and leave only <center><small>, or even only <small> (although I think some consistency between project is good). --Suruena 08:41, 2005 Apr 13 (UTC)
- It was I that added it. There is now a border around the Lang-page on some main pages, this border does not display right, because this page has 100% width. If you border a page that has a 100% width it will make it 105% (or something like that), which can be seen on the main page as an open right-end border. Looks pretty bad if you ask me. However I understand the issue with the line break, so maybe someone that is a superexpert on coding can remove both issues? Twthmoses 10:57, 13 Apr 2005 (UTC)

However please take my opinion with a grain of salt. --Node ue 3 July 2005 08:01 (UTC) From Template:Lang-mp - History:
CantoneseWiki m (I am afriad I've to revert it. "zh-yue" is not the code for the script, but "zh-hk". Zh-yue denotes Cantonese as a dialect of Chinese, which is disputed. It is generally not intelligible with Mandarin)
There is not a lang attribute for a script, and there is it for a language It is not a problem what kind of language it is intelligible by. "zh-yue" right signify "粤語" and signify "廣東話". --kahusi - (Talk) 06:08, 24 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- Fixed: Lang attribute is not for a script but for a language. It is not a problem what kind of language be intelligible. .... --kahusi - (Talk) 2005-06-30 14:35:09 (UTC)
- I am afraid there is no script called zh-yue. Cantonese is written in Chinese characters, and specifically, zh-HK, which is tailored made to serve the need of Cantonese-specific characters. Cantonese is Cantonese, together with Mandarin, Taiwanese, Shanghainese, etc., are separate languages of the family of Chinese languages. It is not just a variant form of writing like the difference zh-hant (Traditional Chinese characters) and zh-hans (Simplified Chinese characters). - CantoneseWiki 29 June 2005 19:29 (UTC)
There is it in my argument with "There is not a lang attribute for a script, and there is it for a language Lang attribute is not for a script but for a language.".
The language code that Chinese is given for the variety is only "zh". Min-nan language which is a category of "zh" in a reason is "zh-min-nan". Since Cantonese does not have an exclusive language code either, and it is a category of "zh", it is an extremely natural thing that use "zh-yue". And it is NPOV most that the order of lists of a language is a order of a language code.
--kahusi - (Talk) 2005-06-30 13:31:03 (UTC)
- Chinese is not one language, but a family of many languages, although many would consider them a single language as they share a writing standard. Nevertheless each of the languages is a language on its own merit, and can be written in its own way.
- For the use on computer, software designers have assigned two sets of language codes for Chinese, that is, zh-hant or zh-TW for the traditional script, and zh-hans or zh-CN for the simplified script. In other words, the language codes denote the script, but not the language. zh-HK is assigned for the set in which characters specific to Cantonese are included. - CantoneseWiki 1 July 2005 13:24 (UTC)
It does not have a connection that there are having assigned zh-TW/zh-CN and a language code for a letter.
There is ISO 639 used by a language code for a language name as ISO 639 says "ISO 639 is one of several international standards that lists short codes for language names". A lang attribute of HTML uses ISO 639 again, too.
TW / CN / HK is a code of ISO 3166. "ISO 3166 is a three-part geographic coding standard for coding the names of countries and dependent areas, and the principal subdivisions thereof." (From ISO 3166) It seems to distribute a language in a country to use this for another language and should avoid it.
In addition, only by having attached this code to zh, it does not leave a level of Mandarin used about somewhere. (zh-TW is a meaning of Chinese used in Taiwan. A software designer merely used it for traditional script. Also, zh-hant is a meaning of Chinese written in traditional script.)
And I describe the subject again last: It complies with the most neutral point of view that the order of lists of a language is a turn of a language code.
言語コードに利用されているISO 639は、「ISO 639 is one of several international standards that lists short codes for language names.」

- Thanks for the discussion. But frankly I cannot understand what you are trying to say, except that I can guess your position. I am not sure if you can understand what I said. - CantoneseWiki 17:49, 12 July 2005 (UTC)
Then one asks you a question. Why do you want to do a position of Cantonese (gwóng dūng wá / yuht yúh (Yale Romanization)) at a position of "c"? --kahusi - (Talk) 12:09:18, 2005-07-13 (UTC)
- Hi. I'm not a linguist at all, but I can read Japanese and I feel Kahusi's English might have cause some problems in communication. But basically he is (would be) right, I think. So let me explain what he'd like to tell.
- But before that, let's not care about language order for a while. That's not the primary concern here, right?
- All right then, I'll begin. Correct me if I'm wrong:
- According to the pages of W3C (w3c lang-tag page and w3c css-lang page), it was true some used "zh-HK" or kind of that, in the past. However, now "the IANA language code registry has more precise language codes for a range of Chinese languages." (quoted from w3c css-lang page)
- Then, please take a look at IANA's lang-tag page. Here, among many other zh-XXs, "zh-yue" is especially prepared for Canton
aese. In other words, it's is a tailor-made lang attribute for Cantonaese ("zh-yue" description page at IANA).
- Thus, using "zh-yue" for Canton
aese seems the natural way. If my (our) understanding has any faults, please point them out. - And well, in fact, I found that there're many people who accept zh-yue as Canton
aese... - - Marsian / talk 10:54, 15 July 2005 (UTC) added Marsian / talk 06:15, 16 July 2005 (UTC)
- To my understanding zh-TW, zh-HK, zh-CN, zh-hant, zh-hans, etc. are the codes assigned to the scripts. This is because Chinese group of languages is usually written in one single writing standard, with two common sets of scripts. Nonetheless Chinese can also be written according to the languages belonging to the group. Using codes such as zh-min-nan and zh-yue represents only one side of the view that Chinese is one language, and its variant are dialects, while many linguists would actually consider them different languages of the same family. Node ue can say a bit more. - CantoneseWiki 11:33, 16 July 2005 (UTC)
// I ask for somebody, translation to English.

- --kahusi - (Talk) 12:15:35, 2005-07-20 (UTC)
Hi, Kahusi. I tried.
- The codes assigned to the scripts are "zh-Hans" and "zh-Hant" alone.
- Using zy-yue for this case is nothing to do with wether Cantonese is an independent language, or a dialect of certain language. Since there isn't other appropriate standard, we've got to use zh-yue for "lang-" attribute or for "xx.wikipedia"(subdomain of wikipedia). There's no other choice. We should avoid to establish our own standards, which can be applied just inside the wikimedia projects.
- By the way, as a interlang link, you can put it(zh-yue) at the place of "gwong", according to "By order of alphabet, based on local language" (w:en:Wikipedia:Language order poll).
How about it? Please correct if wrong.(主語や文意の一部は想像で補いましたが違ってたら失礼)
Now, CantoneseWiki, I guess I understand what you'd like to say. All right, Cantonese should not be a part of Chinese as zh-XX maybe. However, the problem here is NOT what Cantonese should be described, but what it is described at the moment.
If you're not satisfied with zh-yue as Cantonase, isn't it your task to tell that to ISO or IANA or kind of those officials? Bottom line, wikimedias are not very good place to disscuss linguistic issues (Perhaps I feel as the same as Kahusi does). When you solve the problem and achieve to change zh-yue to something new, then, you can change lang attribute. Isn't that the right order?
Er.. do not understand what I mean? "Now zh-yue is already the standard code for Cantonese, and why don't you admit it (for a while, at least)?" Just that. - Marsian / talk 14:51, 20 July 2005 (UTC)

--Samhau 04:35, 3 October 2005 (UTC)

Would any admin help to update the link from 廣東話 to 廣東話 ? "玄關" is very uncommon to be used in Cantonese. Instead, to translate "main page" in English or "首頁" in Traditional Chinese, a more suitable word should be "頭版" in Cantonese, where "頭" means "首" (head, which can further mean main) and "版" means "頁" (page). Thanks very much. -- Kevinhksouth 17:40, 6 March 2006 (UTC)

Teofilo: I dislike these uselang things in every language template. If I am browsing the english language pages I want to have my German interface and nothing else and as you can imagine I am editing the English pages a lot and having a different interface everytime (it will switch back and forth if you edit a page for example) is a big big usability problem. So it is very much confusing changing the interface that way. The only case where it makes sense is a direct link from a local language Wikipedia to Commons at the local upload link and at the account creation page but nowhere else. Arnomane 22:23, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
- Please, Arnomane, take a larger view than your own little personal comfort. Most of the users will want to watch an English page with an English interface and a German page with a German interface. At present time when a user who is not logged in wants to read a non-English version, the links around the page are in English, and it would be much more useful for that reader to have those links in the language he has chosen for reading the page. Teofilo 01:04, 2 April 2006 (UTC)
- No I certainly don't want to step back. I am contributing to Wikimedia Commons right now and not maybe in future like some random visitor and I want to give all people the same good experience I have. If I don't have a good interface experience how can a new user have a good one? Changing the interface with every page you visit is bad. It is even better having the interface eniterely in chinese as long as it is the same for the whole session unless I deliberately switched it or unless I had my favourite interface from the beginnings on. Arnomane 09:44, 2 April 2006 (UTC)
- Arnomane, for your own private use, you can click on the new &uselang=de link and if you want to use another language for the peripheral menues, you can click right after that, on the Artikel tab, which is the first tab on the top left corner of the page, so that the page will be displayed like you want : German at the center, and English at the periphery. Especially on pages like the Main page, Commons:welcome, which function as entrance doors to Wikimedia Commons, we should set a priority on user-friendliness for new users. The older users who know these pages almost by heart won't be disturbed that much by these changes. And they can always return to their old habit by clicking on the first « Article » tab. - No. This is exactly the usability problem I am describing. Ever tried to find a certain button (let us say the article button, not even to mention the edit button) in a hebrew or arab interface? Worst of all for us people that somehow realized that there are RTL languages the RTL-interfaces of Commons are a mixture out of RTL and LTR. You will need quite some time finding the right button and that's for sure I can remove vandalism on pages that I can't read. So everyone needs to edit these pages quick and efficiently and not after some insider vodoo with a second mouse click on a mysterious button. Arnomane 11:29, 3 April 2006 (UTC)

- If you want to keep your habit of reading a page in a language and reading the peripheral menu in another language, you may click on the "▫" link. Teofilo 12:15, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
I think this is a great idea - can't believe we haven't used it before! But it looks like there is a need for an option to turn it off as well. Perhaps we can use some CSS magic so that either it only works for non-logged in editors (since logged-in editors should set their language preferences), or else you can make it not work by inserting something in your CSS/JS files? But if neither of those are possible I like the "▫" version (whatever that symbol is). This is a very intuitive design - if a user chooses to read a Japanese page, it's reasonable to assume they want to read the Japanese version of any other page available.
It will, I think, stop working as soon as they stop following navigation-bar links (for example click on a link in a discussion or type something in the search box - not sure about that one?). But it's better than before. pfctdayelise (translate?) 13:09, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
Also it's easy to get rid of - just delete the "&uselang=" bit from the URL. That's not affected by RTL/LTR issues (check -- [he mainpage]). If/When we implement this, we could put this tip in the sitenotice, so logged-in users will see it and know what to do. But I seriously think it's only an issue for a very small set of users, active translators. Very obviously we need to support their work, so the best solution would be to find a CSS etc trick to make it not work, if you want. pfctdayelise (translate?) 13:13, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
- I am on Arnomane's side with this idea... I prefer to have my interface lang English, even though I am a native Hungarian speaker. However, I am convinced that Arnomane and I are some of a relatively few users this might inconvenience. I would favor something akin to pfctdayelise's idea, in that logged-in users could set if the "&uselang=" method would be used for all links (including Lang templates and sidebar), or disable it altogether, allowing their interface language to persist. However, Anon users should get the "&uselang=" links by default, as it does make sense to assume that if an Anon wants to read the Chinese page, they want to be immersed in the Chinese version of the Commons as much as it's possible.
- As for the "▫" symbols, I oppose those. It looks like it's just a symbol used to separate links, so Anon users generally expect them not to be clickable. If an Anon click on a "▫" by accident, they will be taken to a language page with an English interface, and they will be wondering what just happened. I like Teofilo's original template, but with an option on one's preferences page (or perhaps even mediawiki.js or css, if that's the easiest way) to remove the "&uselang=" option. Multilinguality is good, but those who wish to opt out should be provided the choice. —UED77 13:41, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
- As for the "▫" symbols, I oppose those. It looks like it's just a symbol used to separate links, so Anon users generally expect them not to be clickable. Yes, I think it's supposed to just look like a separator. We assume that anons (and most users) won't click them. We provide them for logged-in users who are in-the-know (this small band of dedicated translators) so they can use them to "opt out".
- If an Anon click on a "▫" by accident, they will be taken to a language page with an English interface, and they will be wondering what just happened. If they click on it by accident, what will happen is what already happens right now - the page content is translated but the menus are in English, the default. pfctdayelise

“正體中文”should be changed into“繁體中文”,because简体is also the formal style for Chinese mainland. It is a kind of POV that 繁體 is called 正體 !--3dball 22:42, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
- 3dball is probably right, as the article at zh.wp is at zh:繁体中文 (simplified) (==繁體中文 in traditional). But I would want to see what the native Chinese speakers say. pfctdayelise (translate?) 00:14, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

Since people don't like the links hiding, what about colour highlighting?

You can change this colour at Template:Highlight. Since there is already yellow in the main page I thought I would try nice to fit it... I looked at some purply-shades, like lavender, but when all the text inside is links it's hard to get contrast. Maybe we could use yellow for highlighting and change the borders on the main page from yellow to green? --pfctdayelise (translate?) 21:06, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
Option 2: group colours together:
Alemannisch I Català I Deutsch I English I Français I Gaeilge I Galego I 廣東話 I Italiano I עברית I Lëtzebuergesch I Magyar I Nederlands I Norsk (bokmål) I Norsk (nynorsk) I Polski I Português I Slovenščina I Suomi I 简体中文 I 繁體中文

I think I prefer the random method, though. pfctdayelise (translate?) 21:20, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
- People don't like hiding links? They keep MP free of clutter. Well, if we must put all links back, I would prefer to have the better translations first, then the older ones, in smaller font.
- I'm not saying that the highlighting is bad (although yellow, even if it's already used, would be better than the green), but I think it's a fit "punishment" (<-- might be a bit strong word for the purpose) for those editors who don't translate to their language. Besides, do we really want to promote an outdated translation as "official policy (or project page)"? Probably not. Therefore, I suggest leaving the old langs off this template for now, although I do think a multilingual page would be better as a target of the "+..." link than a small template-looking page. I might demonstrate what I mean by this last point. —UED77 22:48, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
- I we should have a more generous attitude to people that write in other languages. The main page has a pretty complicated syntax, and it's not so easy for everyone to simply translate the visible text, when the text is all mixed up with other things. What is most important? That as many people as possible find a decent mainpage in a language they understand? Or that the mainpage looks exactly the same in all "featured" languages? (Yes, I know the other languages are just one click away, but still...) --Boivie 13:06, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- Well this thing was not suddenly: People know since February that the main page has been updated (you can hardly have missed my lots of calls for translation). So I don't see that we weren't generous. By the way people do update main pages now they miss... :-) And well main page code isn't easy but you basically just need to take the structure and fill in your content. This isn't that hard than creating a new page layout. Arnomane 13:25, 5 May 2006 (UTC)

- Yes, everyday are potential 400 million+ English-speakers fiddling around at the project pages, but if for example 500,000 speakers of Ossetic (or even more minor languages) aren't able to keep pace, then they must be "punished". But you were very generous, you warned them... --::Slomox:: >< 15:48, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- What a patented nonsense. Maybe you did never read Commons:Help page maintenance? By the way since Feburary the new main page is online and I do not remove any language that has a minor thing not updated. So your comparison is just plain wrong. Arnomane 16:11, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
Check mark and construction sign
Due to widespread opposition to Arnomane's "hiding links", I've redesigned the template again. This time, the "good", more up-to-date translations and the "bad", outdated translations occupy two different boxes. The good ones are denoted by a green chekmark and are in a light green table, whereas the less recent ones have the construction sign to the left, and the box background is the "potd / motd yellow". For future reference, the appearance at the time of writing:
Alemannisch | Català | Česky | Deutsch | Ελληνικά | English | Español | Français | Gaeilge | Galego | 廣東話 | Italiano | עברית | Lëtzebuergesch | Magyar | Nederlands | Norsk (bokmål) | Norsk (nynorsk) | Polski | Português | Slovenščina | Suomi | Svenska | 简体中文 | 繁體中文 |

I hope this version attracts less (ideally no) opposition. If indeed it does, this topic should be the forum for such discussions. However, I hope that this template expresses the distiction between "good" and "less good" versions in an informative, language-independent way, and the separation of the languages, choice of sizes, choice of colors, and choice of order will not be viewed as unfavorable or discriminative :D —UED77 20:30, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- The problem is now that our main page looks for eternity like a construction site. Don't know how to solve that problem though. Arnomane 01:25, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
- I don't understand how you choose if a main page is good or less good. I just checked the "good" de and fr and the "less good" eo and I don't feel such a difference. ArnoLagrange 02:03, 6 May 2006 (UTC)

Please, please, please, remove the check mark and construction sign! They make Main Page look silly. Just hiding the outdated versions completely was better than the current monstrosity. User:dbenbenn 03:26, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
Despite that the hiding did effectively help that people update their local language main page. The result is what is important. Arnomane 09:32, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
- Yep, drop the icons.
- If you feel the need to distinguish between old-style and new-style main page (Which I don't really understand: why is it so important to have a language's main page in the exact same design as the English-speaking users decided to have? Why is that result important at all? For example, I didn't "update" the Czech main page before on purpose, I just didn't think it was needed. Then I was "forced" to do that, OK, it didn't take so much time.), use e.g. larger and smaller font. --Mormegil 14:43, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
If the main objective was to make everyone changing their mainpages to the new design, then the hiding was effective. But if the objective is to make it easy for all kinds of people to find some information about Commons in a language they understand, then the hiding was not that good. --Boivie 15:27, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
It was not a question of design but simply the fact that the "old style" main pages do not contain any useful up to date information. The content is outdated and most of their link targets now point into nowhere or into something completely different or just pages that are irrelevant nowadays. When I realized that old content I took the opportunity to refresh the look as well. So instead of debating on political correctnes about a very minor issue just start creating content. Arnomane 15:34, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
Can someone define "good" and "need up-to-date" to me? I don't see how different between Thai and English except the new box style. --Manop 15:39, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry did you even look at the page content??? These two pages display totally different content. The tai page contains information that is very old. And by the way Commons:Help page maintenance which answers your definition question can hardly be missed... Arnomane 15:46, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for the fast response. Now I finished the interface changing now. It would be nice if there is a link in the template above to the Help Page. Thanks. --Manop 16:02, 6 May 2006 (UTC)

Editing activity of the language communities
I have stored in a table the date of last edit on the main pages in various languages. It shows that most of these pages have been edited at least once in 2006, that they are not left abandoned, and that the "wiki-wiki" principle is working. Here's the link : User:Teofilo/communities. Teofilo 15:12, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
- I would strongly dispute that one edit in 5 months => active community. Anyway, I have some related data about community sizes you might be interested in: User talk:Pfctdayelise/Babel. pfctdayelise (translate?) 15:38, 8 May 2006 (UTC)

Size of Language
Hello. Danish (Dansk) is written in small. Denmark has a population of about 5.5 million. Norway has two languages and a population of 4.6 million. They are both written in big. This doesn't give any sense. If 4.6 million is enough to be in the big section, Danish should be there too. And if it's not, Norway should be moved down.
If you can't cope with any of these solutions, at least move the Nynorsk down. (because it is not used as much as bokmål)

Lower Saxon / front page upgrades
Is there any particular reason why the NL is included after the Nedersaksisch entry? It looks like the NL corresponds to the language code, not to the Netherlands. If this is the case, shouldn't it be removed?
I was glad to finally find an explanation for the two lists of languages. Does upgrading a frontpage to the new standard also require upgrades to subpages (and in that case, do we have a list of them somewhere?) or is it merely a matter of translating e.g. the existing English frontpage line for line? Valentinian (talk) 20:58, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
- Btw, I noticed that the Polish front page seems to use the new format but the content seems to differ from similar pages. Is it only the layout or also the content that needs standardization? I'm thinking in terms of how to correctly upgrade the Danish frontpage. The Danish page is essentially a translation of the Norwegian (Bokmål) version with a few categories added on top. Both the Danish and Bokmål versions lack a link to Featured Pictures, but the rest looks rather standard to me. Valentinian (talk) 21:16, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
- Re "Nedersaksisch (NL)" - in the wikitext, you can see the code is actually NDS-NL. Therefore I assume this NL has some meaning, and I won't remove it. But in general you are right, it is not necessary to put the language code with the name.
- For updating a language version, please see Commons:Help page maintenance.
- It looks like Polish have chosen to be a bit creative and include some extra info (just a bit) in their main page. I think this is cool and reflects that there is an active Polish speaking community here. "Upgrading" languages above the line is more about having up to date links and look rather than a word for word translation of the English. Does this answer your questions? pfctdayelise (说什么?) 13:42, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
- Yes indeed. Thanks :) Valentinian (talk) 17:34, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
Putting this template at the bottom
Faqja Kryesore (sq) does something interesting -- they have this template, the language bar, near the bottom of their page. I have no problem with this, if other languages want to put it there too. Only English needs it at the top, because it is the default. For other languages... I think it is near impossible to follow a link to the X language Commons main page, if you don't speak language X, so it is not important. :) --pfctdayelise (说什么?) 13:52, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

Pages without translation
Now we have only four non-English pages, where most of content at English, and some pages with little problems (e.g. not translated MotD template). Pages with good translation and with problem we may put in one list. And I think it's not good idea that we keep unnecessary line at top of all main pages for 4 untranslated pages. What you think if we hide this links from template and delete line? And if/whem somebody translate one of them, we can put it back into template. ~ putnik 14:44, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with you: this display takes a huge place in the main page, and an extra line emphasizes the 4 untranslated languages, that is the opposite of the wanted effect.
- Therefore, I have removed the extra line, using an orange font in order to differentiate the 4 untranslated languages from the other ones. These languages would be removed from the template as well. --Juiced lemon 09:05, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

Please edit In the HTML comments that help users decipher which language is which, "hr" is listed twice, with the latter a mistake for "hy". Please edit this template to correct this oversight. Thanks. Koavf (talk) 09:34, 18 September 2010 (UTC)
Azeri language
A new main page in that language has been started by someone (as a stub) with the title Ana Səhifə (main page in az). If you retain it is a valid page, could you add on the list? This is the correct form: Azərbaycanca
PS: I'm trying to translate the (few) content: "Qax (Şəkillər)" may be en:Qakh Rayon, "Qax şəhəri" is en:Qakh (city) and "İlisu kəndi" is en:İlisu.
If you think it is redundant or meaningless, of course, delete it. I've found it on the uncategorized pages and by now i'm trying to fix something. But i don't speak Azeri. Thanx and greetings .--Локомотив 22:58, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
Picard language
Someone create the main page in picard language. If you think it's valid, can you add it to the template : Picard.

Change the language code used for Norwegian Bokmål
Edit request
Currently the template displays norsk ('Norwegian') for Norwegian Bokmål, which is incorrect. The language code used in the template for Norwegian Bokmål should be changed from no

to ensure that the correct name is displayed (which is norsk bokmål; relevant phabricator tickets: T173602 and T174160).
I.e. this line should be changed: * <!--no-->no

no
option in the language settings, onlynb

; and as mentioned, this edit will bring the template in line with the template on Wikidata. --Njardarlogar (talk) 09:28, 3 November 2018 (UTC)
