This video is haunting a very close person to me. This has no relevancy to be on wikipedia. Also without her concent this has been placed here so that should be a privacy violation. Comment The video is also COM:INUSE in three Wikipedia articles, so claims about its lack of relevance on Wikipedia are factually incorrect. - I fail to understand why it's an absolute necessity for this file to be "in use", the creator of the file has already hidden it on YouTube and the file is only accessible through the direct link. - After analysis of VRTS Ticket#2023051010010113 (sent by public broadcaster which initially uploaded the documentary to YouTube), judged the request is genuine and removed the links to the nl:w pages. - RonaldB (talk) 23:32, 10 May 2023 (UTC)

- You don't get more votes because you are using a different IP address. - This information board was public next to the road, where they can be viewed by everybody. In my opinion, this is public and meets the requirement. But I am not familiar with Slovenian law.

Ich habe das Foto selbst angefertigt. Das Bild, das im Vorjahr des Todes von Ignaz Horst Breitkreuz entstanden ist, repräsentiert die letzte intensive Schaffensphase des Künstlers sehr gut. - Delete. We should presume that images are copyrighted unless there's compelling evidence otherwise. The use of the image by ADL is just as likely to be a legitimate fair use of a copyrighted image as it is to be a sign that the image is freely licensed. Deletion here is unlikely to affect sister projects that have a non-free content policy, as minimal use of an identifying image like a flag or logo is a routine NFC usage. The person depicted in this image is NOT Conrad von Saldern. This error was already caused by the source at the time in 1904. Who this person actually is, is beyond my knowledge. However, a correct image of Minister Resident Conrad von Saldern can be found in: "Biographisches Handbuch des deutschen Auswärtigen Dienstes 1871-1945", Vol. 4, p. 8. In addition, there are (to me) other photographs of Conrad von Saldern from his tenure in Korea which clearly show that the person in the uploaded image is not said Saldern. - Weak keep Well, if the subject was indeed misidentified as Conrad von Saldern in the 1904 source, and other photos of von Saldern show that he's not this person, I think I would agree with RAN, move the photo to something like File:Unknown man misidentified as Conrad von Saldern in 1904.jpg, correct the description, and of course, remove it from the Wikipedia article de:Conrad von Saldern where it's currently in use. The licensing needs fixing too, though (as the photographer is not credited, {{PD-old}} isn't quite fitting, but I wouldn't be totally opposed to some kind of "anonymous" template; soon it would be old enough for {{PD-old-assumed}} anyway). - Keep This is a work by the artist Marcel Amiguet. We already had the same difficulty about the illustrations in Marcel Amiguet's notice in WP, Philippe Junod providing various photos. That was finally solved to satisfaction, and I hope that in this similar case it will be too. M. Philippe Junod, honorary professor at Lausanne University owns this engraving and is sole heir of the works by Marcel Amiguet. As for Marcel Amiguet's notice, he suggested to put this portrait on Florent Schmitt's notice. It shows the mature composer and is complementary to the photo representing Schmitt in his youth. I am not sure that it would be wise to put Philippe Junod's email address in this place, but I am most willing to give it to any enquirer who wants to go to the bottom of this matter. I can find images of him in the Getty database and ones by the Associated Press, but not this image. We also don't delete images based on speculation. Why are you asking us to look at the debate over the image of Waino Hendrickson? Are you asking for it to be reopened? Generally images of people in their military uniforms were taken when they served in the military, why do you doubt the date?
