Keep it's properly configured, re "permissions". Plus it's notable. (See my supporting argument, re "Notability").
Supporting argument (re "notability of photo"). I think it's important to try to have the images as respresentative (See WP: GRATUITOUS IMAGES) of different (more notable) aspects of the Bucha killings. For this reason I think the burning of bodies in the Wikipedia article, "Bucha massacre", as is being reported in a number of credible sources, should be kept. Questions are being asked-- why were certain bodies burned-- but others not? Very likely to hide signs of torture.
Hence, although blurred, I think the (single) photo with the burned bodies is representative and should be kept.
Wikimedia Commons should ONLY allow experienced Wikipedia editors to nominate deletions here. Delete The license disclaimer says contents "pubblicati" that means published, not every content on the server. And this pic it not actually published in open.luiss.it website. It appears in the google search result because is in the metadata of https://open.luiss.it/post-author/alessandro-orsini/ but not, again, published. Moreover, even if the photo has been released by the photographer in CC BY SA 3, the author's name, which is not the Luiss, a university, i.e. the photographer's name should be known and specified by us in the picture description; in the opposite case the license is not valid. Finally, it is the Luiss license itself that is dubious given that the site is written by various authors but Luiss, even if in CC BY SA, reserves the copyright for itself. If you want to release or reuse a content in CC BY SA, it's not enough to say "CC-BY-SA" especially if you add "copyright mine and reserved", because you must have content that is CC-BY-SA, you must share it in the same license, SA and you must cite the author: BY. Which is the author? No author no license. Luiss reserves all copyright for itself. This make void the CC BY SA disclaimer. Comment vero lo scrivo in italiano, la foto appartiene a una lista non pubblica sul sito, ho infatti notato che appartiene a una cartella interna al sito che non risulta però pubblica come risorsa, quindi non può essere inserita dovrebbe apparire in modo evidente da qualche parte. Certo sarebbe da chiedersi come hanno preso quella immagine visto che non è "pubblica" in nessuna pagina del sito, in nessun articolo e nemmeno nella biografia. Comment Salve, mi scusi, ma è d'accordo con me che, visto che l'utente "ValterVB" ha inviato una mail all'università in questione, sarebbe opportuno attendere una risposta dalla Luiss, per poter, così, decidere se eliminare la foto o meno? Le ricordo, inoltre, che attualmente è attiva una sorta di "censura mediatica" nei suoi confronti, per via di sue considerazioni personali in merito al conflitto che stiamo vivendo, quindi presumo che la foto sia associata al sito poiché prima era pubblica e ora non lo è più, avendola rimossa dalla loro pagina, ma non dai loro server; queste, però, sono solo supposizioni mie, non sto affermando che è così. In ogni caso, come le ho detto precedentemente, sarebbe più opportuno attendere una risposta definitiva dalla Luiss, per poter prendere, così, una decisione unanime. Comment The photo comes clearly from a press kit. It has been distributed to other websites, e.g. File:Orsini.jpg where the Town Council republishes it under a CC BY license. Benin does not permit Freedom of Panorama for commercial uses of images of copyrighted memorials and monuments of the country, including this. This sculptural monument was inaugurated in 1995, and was a joint authorship of: architect Yves Ahouen-Gnimon and the following sculptors: w:fr:Fortuné Bandeira (for the columns and bas-reliefs), Yves Kpede (for the Egungun), and Dominque Kouas Gnonnou (for the bronzes).
I'm glad I saw this long deletion request and was able to upload the file we've had on voy:Benin locally. It's once again a problem that the bot that's supposed to warn us about nominations for deletion of files COM:INUSE on our sister site is not working. Commercial FOP is not a requirement on various Wikimedia sites including en.voy, but if we're not warned about deletions, files get removed from our site for no good reason, just because we're depending on Commons for hosting and blithely going about our business. And please don't give me an annoyed response that lack of commercial FOP isn't no good reason - I know it's de rigueur on Commons. You see that's not the point I'm making. Keep Tineye shows no versions not derived from File:Wikimediarod.jpg (2015) and File:Roddy567.jpg (2018), which were previously deleted without a discussion. Not all old photos are COM:DW of other people. The fact that we are getting progressively higher-resolution scans with no evidence of upsampling suggests, at the very least, that they are in physical possession of a print. After attempting to encourage them to upload normal images for several times I haven't found a single educational image uploaded by them. They're (definitely) not here to help us with our mission, such a shame as we could have used more images of Bangladesh. According to French Wikipedia, it was completed in 1982. In most countries, all paintings, sculpture, architecture, text, and other creative works have copyrights which last for a certain period of time after the death of the creator (be it the last-surviving architect, engineer, designer, sculptor, engraver, or painter). An image of a work that is still under copyright is a derivative work, and infringes on the copyright so that we cannot usually keep the image on Commons. In some countries, there is a special exception to the copyright law which allows such images under certain circumstances. We call that exception Commons:Freedom of panorama (FoP). Sadly, Cameroon has no Commons-applicable FoP. Its FOP is not sufficient (noncommercial only). Two of the most used files here can be transferred to both enwiki and frwiki. One for enwiki (with warning tag "FoP-USonly) and one for frwiki (under their relevant tag).

Delete The license disclaimer says contents "pubblicati" that means published, not every content on the server. And this pic it not actually published in open.luiss.it website. It appears in the google search result because is in the metadata of https://open.luiss.it/post-author/alessandro-orsini/ but not, again, published. Moreover, even if the photo has been released by the photographer in CC BY SA 3, the author's name, which is not the Luiss, a university, i.e. the photographer's name should be known and specified by us in the picture description; in the opposite case the license is not valid. Finally, it is the Luiss license itself that is dubious given that the site is written by various authors but Luiss, even if in CC BY SA, reserves the copyright for itself. If you want to release or reuse a content in CC BY SA, it's not enough to say "CC-BY-SA" especially if you add "copyright mine and reserved", because you must have content that is CC-BY-SA, you must share it in the same license, SA and you must cite the author: BY. Which is the author? No author no license. Luiss reserves all copyright for itself. This make void the CC BY SA disclaimer.
