Do we have any actual proof this is her signature ?, I can only find this image however this image is only available on Ebay (it's not hard to duplicate Ebay listings nor is it hard to photoshop!),
I've managed to find this image but again it's not hard to photoshop,
Another concern is that it states "own work" which would be incorrect - I believe the image was illegally taken from this image and obviously photoshopped,

Sorry. Error. It has been built in 1950's. But it's a very standard type of bridge without any originality of an architect (and I doubt that we could know his name!).Roland45 (talk) 20:49, 21 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Kept, @Roland45: , the bridge was built in 1959. I could not find architect's name and usually this complicates things. That case generally 50 years are given for architect to die and most works, where architect died in 2009, are still copyrighted. But Iranian law makes an exception: if the work belongs to legal entity. No indication of permission from the photographer or from the publisher of the magazine.The uploader claims it as "own work", but also claimed on his/her talk-page to be 61 in 2016. This is not the work of a seven-year-old. I don't know if a photograph used on the cover of a magazine counts as a "simple photograph" or an "intellectual work with creative characteristics" under Italian copyright law, but suspect it is the latter. The concern here is the included logo, which is the primary focus of the image, but for the inclusion of the said logo on box sign, this would otherwise be a photo of a 2D design, which isn't covered by freedom of panorama in the UK. Additionaly (see a previous DR), I had concerns about the relevant logo, being above Threshold of Originality.

CommentFile:Cabbit.jpg was uploaded in 2010 and that link you offer seems to be 2014-dated. Anyway, it's a likely copyvio. If content's creator is really keen to host the image here, as that IP-edit mildly suggests (now file description is not totally clear on that (This is not a real animal and has been mistakenly updated for public domain. This work should not be used without permission.), is that a CC BY-SA because she supposedly gave permission writing that? is that all rights reserved unless you ask her and she gives you permission?), an OTRS permission is needed, since «anonymous-editing-claiming-I-am-that-pal» is not considered a valid way to license stuff. The assigned license is also wrong. According to the Chilean Intellectual Property Law (see here), copyright status (70 years after death) depend on when the surviving wife died (Lynch actually died in 1936). We don't know when such spouse died. On the other hand, memoriachilena.cl states that their images can belong to two categories (see here): images in the Common Cultural Heritage (not protected) and protected images. Finally, the page where the image has been taken from (here) clearly states Propiedad intelectual: Obra protegida (Intellectual property (status): Protected work). Thus, the image, as far as we know, is still protected and therefore is not valid according to Commons policies. The work is signed “Hang Young Joon”. Since there are no Google hits on that name, it seems likely that the work is out of scope as a personal work of art by a non-notable artist. So, in order to keep it on Commons, it must first be proven that the artist is notable. That is usually done by citing a WP article.

Thank you for your revision I didn't get the mean of your comment as a spam-not within project scope, I draw this logo by my self and I registered it a brand logo. we are a registered company in Romania and we started to work in the field of clothes production and this logo was our idea as a logo for our products and we even registered it as copyrighted logo for our company.
Hello there Ahmad, and thank you for your contribution to Wikimedia Commons. As part of the project scope, files hosted on commons must meet certain criteria. One of those criteria being that the media must be realistically useful for an educational purpose - which in this case, that isn't met as there is no apparent use for this logo on any of the Wikimedia projects, as the brand isn't well-known. As such, the file does not fall within the project scope. Comment Better link to discussion is this where 3 support and 1 oppose in adding ticket number in OTRS template. How it can be implemented is another question. I'm disappointed to see OTRS leaders have an adamant behavior. It is expectable as OTRS is a private project and not under a community review. Depuis des années, l'EdC fait n'importe quoi avec ses imports de photos sur commons ; quand on fait des remarques, EdC promet de se mettre en conformité, mais EdC ne tient pas ses engagements…
Ces expériences prouvent qu'il n'est pas raisonnable de faire confiance aux services de cette école (informatique ? communication ?), qui semblent ne pas prendre très au sérieux le respect de la législation sur les droits des auteurs.

Webmestre de l'École des chartes, je travaille au service communication. Il y a quelques années, nous avons versé des photos sur la page de l'École des chartes avec quelques négligences ou erreurs sur les licences demandées.
Quelques mois, voire années plus tard, Wikipédia a supprimé les photos concernées, puis bloqué notre compte, de sorte que nous ne pouvions même plus répondre sur les pages de discussion. Bref, nous nous sommes renseignés auprès d'un administrateur qui nous a conseillé de créer un compte du type "prénom - nom de l'institution" pour personnaliser le compte. Ce que j'ai fait sous le nom "École des chartes - Utilisateur David".
J'ai depuis téléchargé deux images dont nous avons bien récupéré les droits demandés auprès du photographe et transmis à l'adresse permissions-fr@wikimedia.org. Pour la première, d'ailleurs, permissions-fr@wikimedia.org m'a aussi demandé de récupérer auprès des ayant les droits des architectes du bâtiment datant de 1929.
Quoiqu'il en soit, le ton accusatoire, voire diffamatoire, de votre message ne se justifie en rien et est préjudiciable à toute discussion constructive. Il serait plus respectueux pour discuter, et comme Wikipédia semble y encourager, de m'interpeller plus directement. Nous avons certes commis des erreurs, mais ne doutez pas que l'École nationale des chartes prenne au sérieux le respect de la législation sur les droits des auteurs. Le photographe a déjà envoyé l'autorisation que nous avons transmise à permissions-fr@wikimedia.org, je ne comprends plus pourquoi vous souhaitez la supprimer ! How can a crop or re-drawing of a presumably copyrighted logo be under a free license? English Wikipedia has en:File:Metrolink new logo.jpg as "fair use".

Это очень интересный кейс. Во первых в открытых источниках ищется, кем работали ваш отец и дед. Отец точно был невыездным во времена СССР - в этом нет никаких сомнений, а уж в разные страны точно не мог ездить чтобы фотографировать Олимпийские игры в Канаде, например, которые присутствуют на вот этой фото - File:Aleksandr Potapov 470sailing.jpg , или в Хельсинки в 1955 году, вот тут - File:Russ 1955 sail team.jpg. Я учился в том заведении, где он работал и точно знаю, что такое "первый отдел" и всё что с ним связано... Во вторых вы не единственный ребёнок в семье и даже если фото в архиве сделаны всё же вашими родственниками, а не другими фотографами, то нужно разрешение и от других родственников., оформленное через систему ВП:ДОБРО. Далее. Структура фото сильно неоднородна, ищется в интернете более половина фото. В нескольких местах указано, откуда они. Ну вот "из личного архива И. П. Матвеева", "Из личного архива Сергея Перфильева" (этот сайт имеет странную неиндексируемую структуру и недавно её менял - может оттуда и дата.), вот ещё архив "Потапов Виктор Яковлевич - из личных архивов". Ну ещё можно найти фото из вами приведённых и немало. Но не все. Нигде нет авторства этих фото = "Из личного архива Антипова". Нет и всё. Складывается впечатление, что вы имеете доступ к этим фото где то в Федерации. Например в связи с тем, что сейчас как раз идёт [7] сбор материалов для онлайн музея. Но вот что то мне не верится совсем, что их конкретно делали ваш отец и дед и что вы можете обогатить Википедию этими фото на законных основаниях. Поэтому прошу коллег Sealle, Dogad75, Krassotkin поучаствовать в этом кейсе. Во первых я не знаю английский, чтобы общаться с англоязычными админами, во вторых я готов по запросу на википочту предоставить некие интересные данные, которые не могу огласить публично во избежание разглашения ЛД, в третьих я конечно в конфликте с участником и могу быть не совсем нейтрален. Он был на олимпиаде летней 1976 года в Монреале и на воде делал фото гонки с другой яхты самостоятельно? Какие домыслы то? В приведённом источнике фотография имеет характерное название - "21_ol.igry_kanada_aleksandr_i_viktor_potapovy_590. jpg" , так же есть ещё статьи, где она используется в качестве иллюстрации этих Олимпийских игр. Keep. In terms of copyright law, these are recordings of traditional music, not music compositions. Uday Shankar was a dancer and choregrapher, not a composer. Ravi Shankar, aged 17 at the time of the recordings (1937), was merely an interpret. Pre 1972 sound recordings are not protected by copyright in the US. According to Indian law (which in my opinion should not apply here), the duration of copyright on sound recordings is 60 years. Please note these files are coming from Gallica, which not only assesses they are in the public domain, but has published on its blog an article on their exceptional educatonal value written by Audrey Viault, an archivist specialized in sound recordings (see here). It is very unlikely Bibliothèque nationale de France would draw the public's attention on these holdings without checking carefully its assessment of their copyright status. The same blog article by Audrey Viault on Gallica's web site mentions 2 other famous recordings assessed by BNF to be in the public domain, one of traditional Japanese music and one of traditional African music (some of which I have uploaded on Commons). Another case is the collection of Philippe Stern's recordings of traditional African music during the 1931 Colonial exhibition, assessed by BNF to be in the public domain, presented here and on BNF's paper periodic (Chroniques, n° 79, p. 30 [10]), some of which I have also uploaded on Commons. Closer to our case (but not as famous as the previous ones), there is also a PD recording from the 30s of traditional Indian music here and another undated PD recording of Indian music here. In 2009, Cordereix stated here BNF had about 1000 sound documents in the public domain, 40% of which was "world music". — Racconish ☎09:52, 21 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Delete I think the discussion above has ignored the fact that Ravi Shankar had a copyright in his performance. That is separate from the copyright for the recording, which lasts sixty years after creation. Such copyrights apparently last for fifty years after the performance if the performance was in India (1957 Act at Section 38). However, if the performance was outside India, which is likely according to Ravi Shankar, then it would probably last 70 years pma. I think that there is a significant doubt here. . Jim . . . Comment Not sure what you mean. There is no composer copyright on traditional music and there are no claims of composition of these pieces by Ravi Shankar. If you mean the performer's right, it is not a statutory right in the USA, where the performance was recorded [11], for pre 1972 recordings. There is no such thing as a 70 years pma performer's right, even in Europe [12]. I suppose one could argue there could have been a 50 years performer's right derivated from the TRIPS agreement which would have been assigned to the US publisher of the record, but this right is not opposable any more. — Racconish ☎15:01, 28 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Keep The shapes and colours of these ties are way too simple to be under copyright, They are the same shapes and colours that Metrolink uses on it's trams which also have 2D designs on them, I can't see all Metrolink trams being deleted, so can't see why an image of a tie would not be covered by FoP because it is the wrong kind of object. Refferal, as in the course of some off-wiki researches, it transpired that the BR logo, prominently featured in these was still a trademark, and nominally owned by the Department of Transport (in the UK). (On a related note it would appear that Rail Alphabet as a typeface may may also be owned.)
I am perfectly willing to withdraw this if someone else, preferably from OTRS or GLAM is able to get an official clarification or permission from the Department of Transport on logo inclusions like this. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 11:29, 21 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Comment As uploader of three of the above photos, I am neutral on whether they are kept or not, as long as the outcome is consistent with relevant contemporaneous DRs like Commons:Deletion requests/File:National Rail logo.svg. Since that discussion appears to be attracting a higher volume of comments than this one, maybe this DR can be folded into that one if possible? Since the underlying issue appears to be the same. I am the author, so I guess I am all for Keep. Please consider [[13]] and [[14]]. Look at the Google Chrome logo. It has very simple shapes and a few gradients. Just like the BRF logo. If content's creator is really keen to host the image here, as that IP-edit mildly suggests (now file description is not totally clear on that (This is not a real animal and has been mistakenly updated for public domain. This work should not be used without permission.), is that a CC BY-SA because she supposedly gave permission writing that? is that all rights reserved unless you ask her and she gives you permission?), an OTRS permission is needed, since «anonymous-editing-claiming-I-am-that-pal» is not considered a valid way to license stuff.
