This photograph of Eugene Lion is in the possession of Jo Leshay, Eugene Lion's widow. The photograph was taken at a meeting at the Washington Square Methodist Church in New York, NY, USA in 1968, when the church was harboring Vietnam War draft resisters. No copyright was ever registered. The photographer is unknown. The photograph was taken and then given as a gift to Eugene Lion. The background of the original has two identifiable people, so the photograph has been cropped to exclude them. The photograph has not been published. The photograph has been in Eugene Lion's possession since it was taken. His widow "inherited" the photograph and all of his papers. Jo Leshay has given permission to put the photograph in the entry, in creative commons. Lion's archives will be at the Performing Arts Archives of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. This photograph is not part of his archives. It belongs to Jo Leshay.

Only AP12goodship.png ist partly restored zu Apollo 12 (15012100809).jpg. But where is the scope of the unrestored version? - This is a bit of a complex issue, my copyvio tag was before I uncovered it so I agree with Yann that it needs a discussion (I removed the copyvio tag from another similar file pending this discussion as well as that at here. The issue at hand is that a state government in India has "usurped" the copyright of certain books and has released them under CC-BY-SA-1.0. However, en:Copyright law of India is a central/federal subject and not a concurrent one with the states. So in effect such actions will have to be legislated by them. Should we take the state governments usurping and release of copyright at face value or should we evaluate how that is done? I'm not entirely sure myself, but I'm inclined to think that unless such actions are legislated by parliament they aren't legal by Indian copyright law. That said, it's a muddled up situation and I'm not really sure what the deal should be. - Delete If this is a voluntary program, or if the copyright is purchased and the author or publisher is happy with the result, then I think we must treat this as a proper CC-0. However, the word "nationalize" in English implies that the action was taken over the author's objection. Since copyright is a national, not state, right, it's not clear that the state government can do this over the author's objection. - Tamil Nadu state government offered a lump sum for a number of authors or their heirs to buy the copyrights of all their works. Many of them accepted the offer and some (Poet Kannadasan family, Sundara ramaswamy family etc) did not. So clearly this was not done over any objections. But the particular book cover seems a recent edition, that is after TN government 'nationalized'. - Thank you for that explanation as that clarifies matters in a way that the license notice does not. If this is the case then I think we probably ought to create a template {{cc-zero-TamilVirtualAcademy}} that can work similar to {{Cc-by-3.0-BollywoodHungama}} in that it will have to be confirmed as a valid copy of the eligible book by an image reviewer or an admin. I think that may be the best solution if newer versions (especially cover art and modifications) can't be covered under this license. Just pinging Jameslwoodward, Yann, Ravidreams (in case they don't have this page on watchlist) to see if this can be a reasonable solution to this, we'll likely have a lot of such items to review in the immediate future but it should make life easier like it did in the case of Bollywood Hungama images. —SpacemanSpiff 16:08, 18 June 2016 (UTC)

XIX, but in 1982 his color portrait done in oil on canvas by Antonio Calzada Urquiza term picture is currently taking as seen in black and white. Erstens, die Karte zeigt das Gebiet Georgiens ohne Abchasien und sog. Südossetien und ist damit eindeutlich parteiisch; diese zwei Gebiete gehören völkerrechtlich zu Georgien. Zweitens, die Adscharier sind irgendwie von den übrigen Georgiern getrennt, mit anderer Farbe gezeigt und damit als eine unabhängige Nation dargestellt. Unglaubliche Sinnlosigkeit! Außerdem zeigt die Karte, dass in einigen südlichen Munizipalitäten Georgiens nur Armenier und Aserbeidschaner wohnen, was auch ein Fehler ist: in diesen Gebieten wohnen die Georgier, Aserbeidschaner, Armenier Griechen nebeneinander mit variabler Mehrheit. It would be great if the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs would adopt Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 for all of its websites, as Kremlin.ru, Government.ru, Premier.gov.ru, Mil.ru, etc have but until that happens unfortunately this valuable photo needs to be deleted. Oppose: First should galleries not be confused with categories, and second a cross-namespace "merging" a gallery into a category doesn't make sense.
