Appears to be a derivative of http://www.hamaraphotos.com/photo_-1335376.html . There is a watermark but no copyright statement at that site. But they don't own the content according to http://www.hamaraphotos.com/disclaimer.html which states, "The content on this website is provided by third party agencies who receive compensation for their services." It is not derivative Geniac because i have clicked this photograph and it is my own work. This photograph was also clicked by many other people so it is posted on different sites. One site i know where this picture is posted is Bollywood Hungama. http://www.bollywoodhungama.com/more/photos/view/stills/parties-and-events/id/4922368 this is the link where the similar picture is found.The point is that i have clicked this picture and uploaded in wikipedia and have not violated the copyright violation because i uploaded in my own work. I also have issues with the other files uploaded by this user: Special:ListFiles/Wifotoki and the associated sock puppet accounts. The tend to be low resolution, without metadata and appear to be taken off car selling websites (hence a reverse image search is ineffectual as the original links would no longer exist).
Pictures are typically of the Australian and appear to taken at random from states right across Australia: I have seen license plates from Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, and Victoria. This suggests that the photos are taken from the internet at random. Some of these accounts have been linked as sock puppets at en.wiki.
I have provided some evidence below of copyright violation. Because of the large number of violations, I believe all photos should be deleted due to doubtfulness of valid licenses.

Compare with this where the purpose of the depicted screenshot was to display how a website used images. - It is enough for me to support her request. Let me explain: Among the 10000+ pictures I have provided here so far are many of people to illustrate their biographies or articles related to them (of which this is the third or fourth case since the beginnings of Commons where the one depicted wants to see it deleted). I do this because I like and support the idea and the ideals of Wikipedia. But equally important, in certain regards even more important to me, it is not to embarass or in other ways treat the people I take pictures of with disrespect. First and foremost out of respect to them. And second also because it may cause troubles when I ask for accreditations or the permission to take photos for Wikipedia/Commons in the future.
- As much as I enjoy taking pictures, especially of people, I've learned and accepted long ago that it can be better to miss a picture in a biography than to have one that does not do justice to the one depicted. I didn't intend to provide such a photo. But if the one concerned perceives it that way I would be happy if the image gets deleted. --Tsui (talk) 22:40, 12 March 2015 (UTC)

Dass nun auch eine rechtliche Drohung dazukommt ist zwar einigermaßen irritierend, aber durchaus auch nachvollziehbar, wenn Betroffene keine andere Möglichkeit haben hier Gehör zu finden. - As mentioned above: I, as the photographer, support the deletion request; simply because of respect for the people I take pictures of. That there's an additional legal threat now is irritating, but also comprehensible somehow, when somebody concerned by a photo of hers is not heard here. - Thank you for starting the discussion. The publishers however have granted me full use of the cover and permissions have been sent both in January and also now in March, to prove this permission. I noted that om the 9th of March Jeevan Jose at Wiki Commons sent a request for confirmation about the permissions sent in January to Visto förlag. Keep the quality of the image is very good, it is of a high resolution and the if it is tilted, which is in my view a typical element of photos about tourism, this could be easily be fixed. This photograph is within the project scope as many other photos of people with beach wear in the related category. There many significantly worse ones.

- “We” do neither — it depends on the case. (And no: {{Duplicate}} is only for exact or downscaled duplicates.) In this case, the cropped version has a purpose (I’m the “cropper”, b.t.w.): to better frame the plant, cuting off the one stone with a yellowish hue and the sliver of visible chicken wire, keeping only purple flowers on grey stone. This was felt to be more useful for some possible reuses, such as ornamental backgrounds or book covers. It was done as a version fork and not as a simple crop of irrelevant incidentals, minding COM:Overwrite, because the original is an artistic photo and not longer available at the source. -- Tuválkin ✉ 04:58, 13 March 2015 (UTC)

Reasons for deletion request: Inaccurate, misleading map. It states that Iran is included in South Asia by the UN which is simply not true. They can get a full explanation as well as see numerous cited sources if they read the page South Asia on the English Wikipedia (sorry, I am no good at inter-wiki wiki-linking). The UN does define Iran as part of the Southern Asia subregions. Look here http://millenniumindicators.un.org/unsd/methods/m49/m49regin.htm, "Iran (Islamic Republic of)" is listed under Southern Asia. And if you look at the South Asia page, you will see citations indicating that numerous South Asian studies programs including Tibet and (to a lesser extent) Burma/Myanmar. Simply a very wrong and inaccurate map. The user has created this map without knowing precisely what he/she was doing. The United Nations has many departments, of which the UNSD is one. This "definition" he meant is only supported by the UNSD department of the UN. They (the UNSD) even note personally that it's only purely for statistical convenience and doesn't imply any coherence or bonding between the nations or regions grouped by them. [14] All other UN departments (the UN has many) such as UNICEF [15] or the WHP don't put it in South Asia, but West Asia.[16] On top of that, the UN has never released maps that show Iran in South Asia. The only maps they have ever released on behalf of Iran put it in West Asia. This is the official map for South Asia by the UN, [17] and this one for West Asia. [18]. And here the link for the official cartographic center of the UN where the maps are from :[19]
I have demonstrated here that this map is therefore totally wrong. The UN as a whole has never put Iran into South Asia for any reason or whatsoever, nor has it ever released an official map that does so. On the contrary, it's put by them in West Asia on their official maps (!), where it historically, geo-politically, and geographically belongs. It totally contradicts the official two maps on behalf of South Asian and West Asia that the UN has released as well. On the points and facts I demonstrated above, this erranously created map must be deleted, or have "Iran included also by the UN" deleted from it, because as it's presented now, it's totally wrong per the sources, and what the UN publishes themselves in terms of cartography. - It's not about what is misleading (I didn't even mention that here!) It's wrong and false per what the UN has published and released themselves. It's a wrong creation per the sources. Their own cartographic center puts it in West Asia on their official maps, not South Asia. Look at the officially published UN maps above. - Sorry, but you either need to be ignorant or have vision problems if you can't see that both maps are taken from the official cartographic UN center. They are the official maps released by the UN for the region. Go to [22] and then click on the maps for South Asia and West Asia. These are the ones respectively that you'll get when clicking them both (South Asia) [23] and this one for West Asia [24]. The map in question here is therefore already wrong per that only, as it's the official UN map for the regions.

- I never said they imply anything except showing the regions of West Asia and South Asia. - However, it remains that both maps are official UN maps for the regions from the official UN's cartographic center. So using strawman arguments per the words they have provided to make the legitimacy of the maps look "less" is not really an advanced move.

- You get the point I'm making. The legenda is wrong. Most UN departments classify it as Middle East / Near East, or mention it as West Asia in their documents and book publications (for example [27], etc) The legenda on the image in question erroneously implies that the UN in it's whole with all it's departments mentions it to be South Asia which is plain wrong. Thats why the map in question has to get deleted, or its legenda adjusted.

Also in this one: https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andorra_la_Vella and many others, as File:Escut Andorra la Vella.png is the standard one, with white background.
The file File:Andorra la Vella Escut.png is used in this other article: https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maria_Rosa_Ferrer_Obiols as the Spanish wikipedia changes the colors. The point is that if we use the first published one (Paint did not let me preserve any transparency once I finished creating the Arms), it won't suit well into the tags.

[edit]A discussion is needed. Spanish laws state that a work does not enter into the public domain until 80 years pma. For this two files to be compatible, any of the following two conditions should be met: it's the original 1932 logo (if anonymous, it could have entered into the public domain by 2012); it's considered simple enough and {{PD-textlogo}} applies.

- Yes, its a good question. Maybe I should have started the discussion before uploading the files. I believe that the conditions are met and there is a secondary issue, which is that, despite being the trademarked logo of a private corporation, CIFESA has been closed since 1961, so at least there isn't any possible economical damage.--Coentor (talk) 09:25, 13 March 2015 (UTC)

The only "not simple" image in that logo is the "Micalet de la Seu" shape, and is a quite simple representation of an old enough building. It could fit.--Coentor (talk) 14:28, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
