Monument IDs in Luxembourg

Hi Platonides,

The plain facts are that there are no official unique identification numbers in Luxembourg. So we had two choices: Make them completely up or put some placeholders there (i.e. continuous number per page). We did the latter.

How did we manage in WLM? Well we simply asked contributors to use a precise description (in file name and on the description page), so that the pictures could be attributed to specific monuments without problems.

De momento las he categorizado en Category:Eugenio Verdú Guardiola para tenerlas reunidas, pero pienso que, aun con permiso, deberían borrarse, ni siquiera tienen todas la misma licencia: Un par de ellas con {{FAL}}, otras CC autoría propia y otras CC simplemente. ¿Es necesario OTRS?

Hola Platonides, tengo unas dudas sobre unas imágenes que aún no he subido. Te las comento:

Estoy colaborando con un grupo de trabajo (Dives Gallaecia) de mi Instituto (IES) que trabaja sobre la presencia romana en Galicia. Colaboro sobre todo haciendo fotos, y enseñando a trabajar en las Wikipedias o a subir imágenes.

Los participantes en el grupo de trabajo desean hacer unos artículos en la Galipedia y subir unas imágenes que he hecho yo y de las que tenemos permiso oral y/o escrito para su publicación con licencia en el dominio libre.

Las primeras son fotos de dos obras de teatro (tengo permiso oral de la directora, Susana Verdú y su correo electrónico). Las fotos están subidas a Flickr (a la página del Instituto, aquí.

Las segundas son del museo provincial de Pontevedra (tengo el correo electrónico). En su momento, pedimos permiso para hacer fotos y nos dieron encantados permiso por escrito sin condiciones, aunque he perdido los papeles de ese permiso. ¿Necesito seguir los procedimientos de OTRS? El autor de las fotos soy yo.

Si necesito OTRS, sería porque se entiende que son obras derivadas y porque es igual que las suba desde Flickr, pero ¿cómo hago el mensaje?, pues los modelos de mensajes de Commons:Modelos de mensajes no son válidos para este caso. Si tengo que subir las fotos antes a Commons, ¿puedo etiquetarlas con {{subst:OP}} antes de solicitar el permiso, ya que son muchas y su subida sería en días diferentes?

¿Sería adecuado este mensaje que escribo a continuación para OTRS?

Base de monumentos

Comprovando Commons:Monuments database/Statistics hay algunas cosas que no entiendo. En la tabla "es-vc_(ca)" salen 2196 monumentos y 2195 con nombre. Comprovando la consulta enlazada, veo que el que le falta el nombre está en Biar, que sale con 4 monumentos en [[Biar]] más 19 en Biar (sin enlace). Sin embargo no me cuadra con ca:Llista de monuments de l'Alt Vinalopó donde hay 20 para Biar, a no ser que sean datos de agosto 2011 cuando se estava modificando. ¿Es posible que sea necesario refrescar los datos de la tabla entera? --V.Riullop (talk) 09:11, 26 June 2012 (UTC)

Correcto, me sobran los 4 de [[Biar]] para que cuadre, sin embargo deben haber más casos. Según mis cuentas a dia de hoy (ca:Viquiprojecte:Monuments/Llistes), en total deberían haber 2207 y en cambio salen 2224. Algo parecido ocurre con la tabla "es_(ca)" donde aparece uno persistentemente en ca:Usuari:Multichill/Unused BIC que se trata de un error en el código que se corrigió hace meses. De alguna forma se deberían poder limpiar esos casos "desaparecidos" o duplicados, sea por datos provisionales cuando se estaban elaborando o por correcciones posteriores, aunque sean raras. Bueno, algun problema ha habido, pero confio en que volveran a aparecer. Una cosa más, se lo conté a Joancreus pero no se atrevió a tocar. Para la tabla es-ct hay un cambio de plantilla, ahora es ca:Plantilla:Filera IPA en lugar de ca:Plantilla:Filera BCIN y el parámetro para el código ahora es "id" en lugar de "bic". Era necesario para evitar confusiones entre BIC/BCIN y la ampliación de BCIL. La migración está terminada. Lo anoté en su momento en la página del 2011. --V.Riullop (talk) 10:02, 28 June 2012 (UTC)

El hecho de tener tres tablas es-xx-(ca), según me explicó Multichill, es porque en origen son tres plantillas diferentes. Si se pueden unificar las tablas, por mi parte no le veo inconveniente. De hecho el código sigue siendo único. Solo se ha cambiado la plantilla para Catalunya. La novedad es el parámetro commonscat utilizado en las diferentes plantilles. No está puesto en la sintaxis de la plantilla porque lo añade un bot. Está pensado para facilitar la categorización, en la categoria propia del monumento si existe, o en la categoria por defecto de la lista que además está recogida en ca:Plantilla:Filera IPA/Commonscat y equivalentes. --V.Riullop (talk) 23:16, 28 June 2012 (UTC)

Actually, no, as it mentions "wikimedia pages" (so other projects are fine). The file is not free though, that's why it should contain this template (so it can be uploaded on wikis which accept these kind of contents). Regiones en listas cawiki

He incluido en las listas de cawiki los parámetros regió1 y regió2 en las tres plantillas ca:Plantilla:Capçalera IPA, ca:Plantilla:Capçalera BIC y ca:Plantilla:Capçalera BIC Val, con los códigos ISO correspondientes a comunidad y província. Wiki-Bot

Mi consulta se refiere al Wiki-Bot. He notado que el bot incluye las fotografías con plantilla BIC en las categorías «Cultural heritage monuments in the province of ...», sin embargo esas categorías son del tipo «categoría principal» de las que «la mayor cantidad posible de imágenes deberían ser movidas a la sub-categoría correcta». Es cierto que muchas de estas fotos se suben sin categorizar y que es una ayuda el que aparezcan allí para categorizarlas convenientemente, pero otras están bien categorizadas y lo que se necesita es añadir esa categoría a la propia categoría del bien en cuestión. ¿Se podría ordenar al bot que sólo categorice con «Cultural heritage monuments in the province of ...» si el archivo no posee otra categoría? ¿y que categorice con «Cultural heritage monuments in the province of ...» las categorias que deban estarlo y aún no lo están a través de esas imágenes con plantila BIC? --DPC (talk) 06:40, 27 September 2012 (UTC)

I have uploaded images stating "Saurabh Sharan © 2012 All Rights Reserved". But at the same time them under a Creative Commons Attribution Sharealike 3.0 license, which explicitely grants a set of rights. can you remove these licensing as I want it to share on Wiki. OTRS

Y ya que estoy aquí y que he visto que eres voluntario de OTRS te hago una consulta: antes de ayer envié un permiso para poder usar fotografías hechas a elementos cerámicos con derechos de autor, lo envié a a permissions-commons@wikimedia.org e, inmediatamente, le pedí a otro voluntario que lo siguiera. Él me dijo que no encontraba ese correo, que quizá alguien ya lo hubiera gestinado, pero aún no he recibido contestación. ¿Podrías investigar? He visto en la esWiki que el correo allí indicado lleva la coletilla «es» (permissions-commons-es@wikimedia.org), no sé si es eso parte del problema. O quizá es que es aún pronto para preocuparse. Vaya, pues sí que es un caso raro. No está en ca:Llista de monuments de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar ya que no aparece en la información del Consejo Insular. Como está declarado en 2007, veo que en el BOIB la incoación aparece como "jacimiento Sa Punta" en la categoria de "zona arqueológica", en cambio, más tarde en la delimitación del entorno aparece como "monumento Sa Punta". Posiblemente se trate de "RI-55-0000897" en lugar de "RI-51-0000897". La verdad, el registro BIC de Baleares is a PITA. --V.Riullop (talk) 09:32, 28 September 2012 (UTC)

San Vicente en Zarzuela del Monte

Al pinchar en el enlace del BIC de la iglesia de San Vicente en Zarzuela del Monte, aparece este municipio en Valladolid, aquí. No hay ningún municipio en Valladolid que se llame Zarzuela del Monte. En la página de la Junta sólo aparece el de Segovia, sin embargo la página del Ministerio ofrece dos resultados con idéntica denominación y código pero en ambas provincias, aquí radica el error. Processing duplicate files

Hi Platonides, I recently had a look at this abuse filter log which shows this issue only for Commons: If you do not instruct CommonsDelinker to replace one file while deleting as dupe, they will be removed from all pages. Please

1. leave a redirect when processing dupes
2. instruct CommonsDelinker to replace files in use before or while deleting

The easiest way to do so is using the JavaScript "Process Duplicates" in green area of the template.

WLM Germany

Hello Akoopal, sorry this is not the right explanation. The files were uploaded in September, but some uploaders did not add the category "WLM Germany", only "WLM German county". I have done it, but on October 1st. Next year, a bot should do this (for Germany). But the wiki-bot reverted my edits. Last year I have done this in 1.000 cases. The other case was to add the wlm-county-category if the file was already marked as image from WLM-de. So I changed yesterday in about 100 cases categories for images uploaded last weekend. On last Friday I have done it already for about 600 Germany photos. Please understand, in Germany there were 1.000 uploaders and 90 % of them were really newcomers. They don't know what they have to do if they want to contribute to wlm. Some of them, but also old Wikimedians told me that, think that it is enough to write "Cultural heritage monument". I hope that the wiki-bot will not destroy my work today again. This bot can do a good job if its checks not only the date of the last edit, but the first date of uploading the file. This date was in September (in few cases some minutes before/after). Now, after final compiling the right wlm-categories - at least two for every image (in some cases / regional projects also WLM city) - that 1.000 wlm participants uploaded for Germany 33.063 photos. I saw you reviewed 2 of my Wiki Loves Monuments submissions and ruled they were uploaded too late. I wanted to point out, however, that if you look carefully at all the data for these photos (under Summary: Date), you will see that the images themselves were uploaded before the 6:01 contest submission deadline. The final submission with CC permissions and category details included, though, did not process before 6:02.

No acabo de entender la conclusión del hilo anterior, pero creo que el precedente me puede beneficiar, y ya que lo has seguido más de cerca te agradecería tu opinión. A la hora que terminó el concurso tenía el Commonist en marcha y un puñado de imágenes subieron demasiado tarde. Con este precedente, ¿qué imágenes cuentan? ¿la primera que subió después de la hora y que debía de haber empezado a subir antes? ¿O todas las que estaban subiendo en el mismo grupo?--Pere prlpz (talk) 22:12, 2 October 2012 (UTC)

De este puñado. Son demasiado pocas para afectar a las estadísticas y atrapar a los polacos y demasiado malas para ganar un premio, de manera que si la conclusión no es evidente no creo que valga la pena dedicarle tiempo. Por cierto, ¿sabes por qué wiki-bot hace esto? Robot perseverante

Entiendo que la base no puede ser perfecta, pero hasta ahora, cuando el bot ponía una categoria redundante lo revertíamos y ya estaba, pero ahora parece haberse vuelto testarudo. Se llega, pero el camino es largo: Cultural heritage monuments in Sants-Montjuïc, Barcelona > Palau Nacional (Barcelona)‎ > Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya‎ > Collections of the MNAC‎ > Romanesque Art Collection in the MNAC‎ > Paintings from Boí‎ . No, hay otros problemas. Por ejemplo, ha categorizado un montón de imágenes correctamente categorizadas en BIC concretos de Segovia, aunque sin BIC válido, en la categoría de BIC de Zaragoza. He tenido que deshacer más de treinta categorizaciones erróneas del bot (mira las últimas ediciones del bot y las reversiones que he tenido que hacer). Hi, at least four files i've uploaded related to Category:Wiki Loves Monuments 2012 in Switzerland have been marked as Uploaded too late. Wiki Loves Monuments 2012 ch has finished by User:Wiki-Bot ... but they were uploaded p.e. 23:54, 30. Sep. 2012, imho 'in time'. Some more file were uploaded within a hour later, and i'm convinced that not a bot should 'decide', imho a 'personal review' by a human Wikimedian of Category:Wiki Loves Monuments 2012 in Switzerland team should say too late or not ...

btw: before i did those uploads i categorized many many Category:Wiki Loves Monuments 2012 in India related uploads (not my own) by hand, that's way i'm not 'amused' about your bot's unfriendly 'behaviour'. Bot says too late, but it wasn't too late

For Wiki loves monument I loaded on the 30th September, 2012 at 22.32 o'clock pictures to commons high. A few days later this announcement appeared on my observation list in several pictures:

What occurred on 30.09.2012 before 23.59, nevertheless, can not be too late. An Admin informed that the Upload was registered only with 0.32 o'clock on 01.10.2012. There a technical failure or false settings must be the cause. Also on my picture side the Uploads with 22.32 o'clock are given. In it I see a disadvantage in a competition. I ask to reduce the Upload time and to add the files to the competitive contributions, because these were as can be proved Uploads in the validity area. ¡Hola! Veo que tu wiki-bot no para de poner la categoría Cultural heritage monuments in XXX cuando la categoría específica ya la contiene. Por ejemplo, en la imagen 78 Sant Pere de Terrassa.JPG, la categoría Església de Sant Pere de Terrassa ya está clasificada como Cultural heritage monuments in Terrassa. No creo que sea algo aislado y supongo que pasará también con otras imágenes. ¿Sabes a qué es debido? --Enfo (talk) 08:05, 8 October 2012 (UTC)

Tenías razón. Debería haber puesto ejemplos concretos. A ver, si miras las últimas subidas de Wiki-Bot del 12 de octubre, no hay ninguna posibilidad de saber si las fotos se subieron en la fecha correcta. Supongo que, de acuerdo con lo que me has dicho, se trata de un problema de la subida del bot (pero dado que no he sido capaz de encontrar el dichoso grupo de flickr, no puedo ayudar más). WLM in Australia

Hi Platonides, Odder told me that you might be able to offer some assistance in getting lists together for WLM. In Australia, it is the first year that it might be included, and there are several lists (Commonwealth and State) that could be used for the Australian part, but getting them into a useable form is something that would be great to have some assistance with.
