Hi Noclador, If you have time, could you develop an updated version of File:Australia Land Forces 2012.png? As you may know, the Australian Army is most of the way through a fairly major change to its structure, and that diagram is now outdated. Hi Noclador, it's me again. 5th and 8th Brigades have changed structures. All units in 8 brigade, except for UNSWR have transferred over to 5 brigade. All 6 university Regiments have transferred into 8 Brigade. 8 Brigade is now known as a "training brigade". This change is currently in effect.
Also, as of January 2018 all the Light Batteries in the reserve will be transferred into a new unit 9th Regiment RAA and be under the direct command of the 2nd Division.

One question though: will some of the former units of the 8th Brigade disband, or merge with units of the 5th? like the two Signal squadrons? or the two engineer regiments? Been talking to a few people from 5th brigade to find out what the go is for the units within. 8ER will be deactivated and have all it's personnel transfer into 5ER. 8 CSSB is the same deal. 12/16 HRL will have one squadron transfer into 11 BDE (B Sqn if I remember correctly) and A Sqn will remain in 5 BDE. Unsure where Regimental HQ will sit. Don't have any information about the signal squadrons as of yet. The battalions of the RAR have been converted back from standard light infantry battalions back to Mechanised and motorised battalions. They are as follows:

We really want a cup-type thing, and the monthly award for a long time has been the WikiChevrons. We just want to combine the two, but lack the skills to come up with anything legit. hello, Noclador! Could you tell me, which software do you use to create all these orders of battle?
I would like to try and create an order of battle for the Ukrainian army after all the changes in the recent years.

also, according to other sources, by 2017 "King Mindaugas" and "Grand Duchess Birutė" battalions as well as a logistics btn will become part of the "Iron Wolf" brigade. "Žemaitija" Brigade will recieve 1 additional infantry and 1 artillery btn as well as logistics, recon and signal coy

Hi Noclador. Long time fan here. I am doing some editions due to yet another reorg in the Spanish Army that means that your beautiful org chart is slowly becoming obsolete. I have noticed that your org charts are not exactly compliant with APP-6, e.g.:
Use of color to denote branch.
Use of stars instead of crosses for brigades and higher units.
Use of an ellipse instead of a semicircle-capped rectangle for armored units.
Hi Aracali, thanks for being a fan. As to your questions:
I started from a graphic I got from the Italian military and they used this color scheme to distinguish their many corpses (i.e. infantry is divided into Alpini, Bersaglieri, Fanteria di Linea, Granatieri, Lagunari, Paracadutisti corpses) and I stuck to this color scheme.
The stars came from that beginning too, but I am starting to replace the stars with the crosses for higher units. Slowly but steadily, although for some armies I will retain them as the stars correspond to the rank of the commanding general.
the ellipse I created over 10 years ago and changing it on all 100+ graphics would be too much work
as for the Spanish Army... I have an update of the org chart nearly ready too, but can't finish it, as it is once again it's unclear which regiments have two battalions, which just one, which numbers the battalions have and such... I always update the charts and try to keep them as neat as possible, but Spain's habit to put an extra level between battalions and brigades makes creating neat graphics a chore. If you happen to have information as to which battalions with what number and what equipment come under which regiment, please let me know, so we may update the chart and also the corresponding English wiki article. After looking at my data again, I assume that the in the Castillejos Division, the lower numbered regiments in each brigade (Tercio «Don Juan de Austria», 3º, Regimiento de Infantería »Nápoles» n.º 4, de Paracaidistas and Regimiento de Infantería «Príncipe» n.º 3) will have 2x battalions. The higher numbered regiments (Tercio «Alejandro Farnesio», 4º, Regimiento de Infantería «Zaragoza» n.º 5 and Regimiento de Infantería «Isabel la Católica» n.º 29) will have 1x battalion. Also I assume that the lower numbered regiments will get wheeled APC's, while the higher numbered regiments will be light infantry. Is that correct? Noclador (talk) 06:02, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for the explanations, Noclador. I really like your use of color, even if it is not APP6 compliant. Anyway, there is no need to use color to denote intent in org charts, as everybody is supposed to be friendly - intraservice rivalries excepted - and colorless org charts are rather dreary and more difficult to read. I found your color legend at File:OrBat Colors.png, perhaps you should link to it in your user page so people can find it more easily. With respect to stars, a possibility could be to use crosses for field (or fieldable) formations and stars for bureaucratic commands. One thing that surprised me is that APP6 does not have a parachute symbol, so it is not easy to tell an air-portable unit from an air-assault unit and from a parachute unit, but I see that it is still widely used. The Spanish Army is a moving target right now, as it is in the process of reorganizing and there is transfer of units and equipment going on. Spanish Army - unclear units
Below I listed the units which are at this moment unclear as to what battalions they will contain. The battalions in Italics (I/4th, II/4th, II/10th, II/16th and II/61st) are definitely active. But for the I/4th I can't find information as to what it's equipment will be... but I suspect it will be Pizarro IFVs.
I assume that the the 4x Armored Regiments will each contain 1x Armored Cavalry Group with Leopard 2E tanks and maybe also 1x Mechanized Battalion with Pizarro IFVs.
The infantry regiments will probably each field 1x infantry battalion with Pegaso BMR wheeled APCs
As to how the Parachute Banderas will be divided and equipped, I have no idea...

Noclador, check pages 69, 70, and 73 of this [1]. The tanks will be in the infantry battalion of the armored regiment, and the Pizarros will be in one of the battalions of one of the infantry regiments. This [2] shows in the appendix (pages 1437-1440) a listing that includes artillery and other units, but not the battalions of the combat regiments. Aracali (talk) 02:44, 28 January 2016 (UTC)

I like how you are "bleaching" the infantry color for the "lejías". The other units in the Legión Brigade are also legionarios, and perhaps also the members of the Parachute Brigade (caballeros legionarios paracaidistas, the real "lejías" may disagree). The "Regulares" may, slowly, also demand their own color (or a little cape added to their box).
The new Armored Regiments of the heavy brigades are combined-arms: Infantry and Cavalry (a new invention in the Spanish Army as far as I know). Perhaps the background color should reflect that.
The Artillery regiment/groups of the brigades are supposed to include also an air defense component (pages 69&70, [4]).
As far as I understand the Cavalry Regiments in Ceuta and Melilla will each have 2x tank companies and 2x Pizzaro companies - that is the same configuration as the US's armies combined arms battalions. So I took the same App-6a symbol for them. As for the color - they belong to the cavalry (the names of regiment and battalion are both "Cavalry") so I took the color for cavalry.
I had the legion units all in the same bleached color before. With the current colors (artillery in yellow, engineers in light grey) one instantly sees that the 3x Castillejos brigades are exactly the same. Therefore I choose to not use the bleached color to highlight this aspect. But we could revert it back to the bleached color. Do the men in these units (artillery, engineers, logistics, cavalry) wear the same uniforms as the Legionnaires? I also based my decision on the fact that in the ministry's publication these combat support units are not called Bandera anymore.
Yes, the Armored regiments made up of Cavalry reconnaissance and tanks... I am not happy with the symbol I choose. It's the one for mechanized infantry... because the "tank" or "armored recon" symbols didn't really fit. As for the colors: to what corps do these regiments belong now? Infantry Corps? or Cavalry Corps? That's a key factor to choose the right color.
Question: are the anti-air artillery units part of the artillery corps? If yes, should we do them in yellow? Please let me know, what you think. Noclador (talk) 21:10, 28 January 2016 (UTC)

Those Pizarros in Ceuta y Melilla are called VCCs, not VCIs [5], and the unit is a purebreed, not a crossbreed.
Fine with me, but up to now they were called legionarios too and dressed as such: [6] pp. 13-14.
Good question. The Pavía keeps the name of the former cavalry unit, while the other three are former infantry regiments. There is no Armored Corps in Spain, so I don't think that there is a "correct" Waffenfarbe in that sense. Perhaps you could show the colors quartered, or just use the "armored" color. As for the symbol, perhaps you could use something similar to the "combined" symbol, but with just the recce diagonal (and use it also for the Ceuta y Melilla regiments).
AAA is part of the artillery, in the same way that the mountain troops or the inmemoriales are formally part of the infantry. I am fine with keeping them the way they are.
excellent work! And I see you have even better details for the various combat battalions than me. A few questions:
Brigada Orgánica Polivalente del modelo 1: As far as I understood the 3x infantry battalions will all be equipped with 8x8 APCs. You have listed an MRAP battalion there. Will that battalion stay this way or will it get changed to a 8x8 APC unit too?
Brigada Orgánica Polivalente del modelo 2: One of the infantry battalions gets Pizarro IFVs, what equipment does the other get? What is TOA? And will it stay this way? I put for now a symbol for wheeled APC there... but if you know that those 2nd battalions will also have tracked vehicles, I will change this. As per the cavalry text linked further above the Cavalry units in the this type of brigade will have also some Leopard 2E, therefore I choose to not use the wheeled symbol as you did. Thanks, Noclador. What I am showing is the equipment in the short term, before the new 8x8 VCI (Vehículo de Combate de Infantería, IFV) is commissioned. TOA is the Spanish denomination for the M-113 family (Transporte Oruga Acorazado). I still want to add to the BOP article and show the "final" configuration too, but the 8x8 program is not moving very fast. There will be a light (airportable) infantry battalion in every brigade, equipped with light vehicles, not with the 8x8 VCI. The second battalion of the type 2 BOPs will get the 8x8 VCI, for a total of one tank, one Pizarro, one 8x8 VCI, and one light battalion per BOP-2. It seems to me that there are not enough Leopard-2Es to go around, perhaps the cavalry units that get them - in the type 2 BOPs - will get the second-hand Leopard-2A4 that Spain has in storage, and that also equip the Ceuta/Melilla groups. I'll change the engineering battalion in the type 2 to be armored. By the way, I just noticed that you have the symbols for the NBQ and MICC battalions switched in your ET orbat. Gave the light Infantry battalions the air-transportable modifier, added symbols to all the regiments (and did a new one - mixed cavalry/tanks for the Armored regiments) and uploaded it all just now. In the case of the Aragón brigade it seems that the Barcelona battalion will be the light battalion, and the Galicia will be a mountain protected-infantry unit with Bv 206 vehicles. Cheers Aracali (talk) 01:51, 31 January 2016 (UTC)

Hi, I am completing the articles of all the European armed forces on my native tongue wikipedia and rightnow I am doing the Croatian one. I noticed some minor outdated info on the graphic and just wanted to let you know:
the Special Operations Battalion is now Special Forces Command commanded by a Colonel, once again under direct GS control
the Military Intelligence Battalion of the Army has been merged with the ELINT Center into a battalion-sized Intelligence center under direct GS control
the Military Police Regiment (Pukovnija vojne policije) is also under direct GS control since December 1, 2014, centralizing all MP activities, so there aren't MP units in the LF, AF and Navy.
the Military Academy is now called „Dr. Franjo Tuđman“ (Hrvatsko vojno učilište „Dr. Franjo Tuđman“) and is commanded by a three star general officer (general-pukovnik Slavko Barić)
the Ground Forces (Hrvatska kopnena vojska) are commanded by a two star general, equal to the commanders of the Air Force and the Navy.

Hi Noclador, ein Gruss aus Guatemala (von Empar/BS), Du erinnerst Dich vielleicht. Da ich unveraendert zu dumm fuer Grafiken bin, wollte ich schauen, ob ich Dich noch um einen Gefallen bitten kann. Im Artikel de:Flughafen Rom-Fiumicino befindet sich die mehrfarbige Terminalskizze Fiumicino terminal map.jpg, auf die im Artikel die Terminalbeschreibung ausgerichtet ist. Die Erweiterung des Terminals 3 (blau) in den (weissen, zwischen braun rechts und rot links) Vorfeldbereich ist praktisch fertig (in einem aelteren Stadium auf google maps zu sehen, im Artikel zT auch in der Skizze darunter, Fiumicino Airport map OSM he.svg). Auf dieser Disk ist auf dem ersten Bild zu erkennen um was es geht. Bei der Erweiterung handelt es sich einerseits um eine bauliche Erweiterung des alten Terminalgebaeudes rechts/nordoestlich des blauen Ovals auf Fiumicino terminal map.jpg (neue Boarding Area E) und andererseits um einen neuen Pier mit 14 Fluggastbruecken noerdlich des Ovals (neue Boarding Area F). Ich waere Dir wirklich sehr dankbar, wenn Du in der Skizze das Terminal 3 in blauer Farbe (vielleicht etwas heller, aber nicht ganz so hell wie die Boarding Area H) entsprechend ergaenzen koenntest. Es sind hier viele Worte, aber eigentlich es ist wirklich nicht viel, das Terminal 3 rechts des Ovals um einen Streifen nach oben ausdehnen und ab dem Oval nach oben ein Rechteck (wie das braune) in den weissen freien Raum - das Vorfeld - malen. Den Ersteller der Skizze Fiumicino terminal map.jpg habe ich schon vor einiger Zeit um diese Ergaenzung gebeten, aber keine Antwort erhalten, vielleicht auch, weil er nur sehr selten auf commons aktiv ist. Falls Du es nicht machen moechtest, auch ohne weitere Kommentare, werde ich das selbstverstaendlich akzeptieren, wie koennte es auch anders sein. Yes, just the one did in 2015. The other two have not and If they haven't by now then I suspect there are no plans to do so.
Late to the party, but thought I would explain. As the US Army reduced its strength from 42 BCTs to 30 BCTs, some regiments were eliminated from the force structure. 2-320 FAR was reflagged in order to keep a unit from the 32 FAR on active duty in the Army. An infantry battalion, 1-26 IR, was also assigned to the 101st, even though it, too, is a traditionally 1st ID unit, so that the regiment has a battalion on active duty. Thought you might want to know- the 3d Cav Reg, (a Brigade sized unit, despite the name) was shifted from the 1st Cavalry Div to return to a III Corps asset.

Ho visto che hai modificato lo stemma del btg t. rivoltando le teste dei quattro mori. Ma la posizione corretta era quella precedente, infatti la descrizione dello stemma parla di Quattro mori aragonesi rivolti a sinistra e, in araldica, rivolti a sinistra significa che sono rivolti versoi il lato destro dell'osservatore (del resto lo stesso termine rivolti vuol dire che sono in posizione opposta rispetto al normale, dove per normale si intende verso la destra dello scudo e la sinistra dell'osservatore). --Massimop (talk) 13:08, 7 January 2018 (UTC)

Thank you for the compliment and I am glad to hear that my work is appreciated. Bulgaria? Puh, that was about five years ago. A Bulgarian user left a message with the structure of the army on my talkpage and we translated it together then put it into the en:Bulgarian Land Forces#Structure article and I created the graphic based on that information. Most of the info came from Bulgarian military sites, a government 5-year plan on the development of the Armed Forces, and some local news sites. I wish Bulgaria would post its army structure online (as most NATO armies do), so the sourcing and updating would be easier. Isn't "Cdo" short for Command in Italian? I think it should be "Cmd" in English.
In the Bulgarian Army mechanised infantry is called just mechanised. So all the Mech. Infantry Btn. should be just Mech. Btn.
In the 61st MechBde the 1st and the 3rd Mech Btns are in Karlovo, the 2nd is in Kazanlak.
The 3rd and the 10th are Independent Mech. Btns. This is important and needs an explanation. The 3rd Independent Mechanised Battalion is the last remnant of the 3rd Motor Rifle Division. The 10th Independent Mechanised Battalion is a new formation, that was stood up in 2014 without being subordinated to a brigade-level HQ. The 2nd MechBde is a successor of the 2nd Motor Rifle Division and its MechBtns are successors of its MRRs. In the Bulgarian People's Army the MRRs had their unique nummeration. The TankBdes on the other hand (and the 61st MechBde is a succesor of the 11th TankBde) did not have unique nummericals of their subordinated units. The core units (ie the tank battalions of the 11th TankBde) were 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and then the other units carried the number of the brigade - the 11th Motor Rifle Battalion, the 11th SP Artillery Battalion, the 11th AD Battalion, 11th Engineer Battalion, etc.). This is how the 4th MechBtn in Pleven is also the 4th as it is a remnant of the 5th MechBde, which itself is a successor of the 5th TankBde. So, you see that the 61st disbanded its 4th core battalion long ago, at the time when it was still a tank brigade and it is not a problem to have 1st, 2nd and 3rd MechBtns under the 61st MechBde and a 4th MechBtn under the former 5th MechBde and now under the JCIT, since this causes no confusion. However you have a 3rd MechBtn in Karlovo and a 3rd MechBtn in Blagoevgrad, so it is important to list the one in Blagoevgrad as the 3rd INDEPENDENT Mechanised Battalion as opposed to the 3rd (simply) Mechanised Battalion in Karlovo. The BA makes that distinction officially. The 10th in Vratsa is also an Independent MechBtn. The rest are just MechBtns.
The 101st Mountain Troops Regiment should be 101st Alpine Regiment (101ви Алпийски Полк, official designation) and its tactical symbol should actually be the standard mountain infantry symbol modified by an R for "ranger". While the 68th Special Forces Brigade has its own autonomous missions, the Alpine Regiment is planned to become a special operations unit directly supporting the operations of conventional forces. Maybe the Swedish 193rd Jaeger Battalion is a fitting analogy for an unconventional unit integrated in the conventional forces.
The Commander of the Land Forces is a two-star billet, not a three-star, ever since 2010, when it was decided to disband the 5th, 9th and 13th brigades and to leave it with th 2nd and 61st as its last conventional combined arms formations.
Maybe you should place the JCIT in Pleven right after the Brigade Command Blagoevgrad. Also change its symbol to mechanised infantry and also add another symbol (regular infantry) listed "Training Units". The center retains its training functions, but the 4th and 29th MechBtns are operational units, not training units themselves. The initial training of recruits is carried out within the center itself, but the two MechBtns are officially part of it and not just attached. 101st Alpine Regiment - used an icon as you suggested. Normally Ranger units have not the alpine, but an airborne modifier - let me know if the icon needs to be changed.
Moved the JCIT next to the Blagoevgrad Cmd, and changed the icons, added the training units... but one question: the two mechanized battalions under JCIT - are they independent too?
The chart looks good. Only the 3rd and the 10th are officially Independent Mechanised Battalions. As I told you, this has to do merely with their origin. It's not like the Russian Army for example, where "independent" basically means reinforced with units, that you normally find one level up the chain. In our army Independent Mechanised Battalion simply shows, that the unit was formed from the ground up outside of brigade subordination. You see, the 4th and the 29th MechBns are remains of brigades, that got disbanded. This is why they do not have "Independent" officially in their designation, even though those brigades are no more. There was also a brigade in Vratsa, it was disbanded and its only active mechanised battalion remained after that, but this is where the difference comes from. This battalion remained for some time and then also got disbanded. So the "line of succession" so to speak was broken and when a new mechanised battalion was stood up from the ground up in the end of 2014 it was not put under a brigade, but directly under the Land Forces Command, hence the 10th Independent Mechanised Battalion. The same thing goes to the 3rd Independent Mechanised Battalion. Both were stood up outside of brigade structures. The other 8 mechanised battalions were stood up (or still are) within brigades, therefore no Independent in their designations. And your overall chart of the armed forces is inaccurate. The Land Forces and the Naval Forces are OK, but the Air Forces aren't. The 3rd and the 24th Air Base are brigade equivalents (one star commands). The Command, Control and Surveillance Base and the Missile Air Defence Base are regimental equivalents, same as the 16th Forward Deployment Air Base and the Training Air Base. The special forces formation - the 68th is a Brigade, not a regiment. There are on and off plans to demote it to a regiment, the same way how the artillery, engineer and logistics brigades of the LF were demoted to regiments, but the 68th remained a brigade and now that it was reassigned directly under the Chief of Defence these plans were scrapped entirely. On the contrary, there are vague plans for the formation of a two-star Special Forces Component Command to completely equal their status to the two-star LF, AF and NF commands, but nothing concrete at the moment, so I am not sure if these plans will be put into action and if they do whether that component command will be put under the Joint Forces Command or under the Defence Staff. The 68th SF Brigade as it is on the chart under the JFC is incorrect. Then the JFC as a four-star command is also incorrect. The only active four-star officer within the BA is the Chief of Defence. The JFC is a three-star billet. And you miss some important formations, because you do not include the MoD and the Defence Staff on your chart. These are directly subordinated to the Minister of Defence:

National Defence University "Vasil Levski" (Национален Военен Университет "Васил Левски") (headed by a Brigadier General, I know that you are reluctant to include educational institutions in your charts and this is no longer a wartime divisional headquarters like during the Cold War, but the armed forces have three main missions - national defence, overseas military operations under NATO, EU, UN and crisis emergency response in support of the population and the university is directly involved in the third. I actually reside less than a kilometer away from it, so I know when stuff like that happens. There are several dozen Emergency Response Modules dispersed around the territory embedded in military units. As there are no operational units in 80+ km. radius around Veliko Tarnovo the university provides two such modules. From time to time the spring snow meltdown causes floods in the lower part of the city - the Old Town and the university react with its BTR-60MD-3s. Three years ago there were torrent rains in a town nearby and the modules were activated again. They also react when summer wildfires run out of hand, when heavy snowfall causes traffic accidents at the Republic Pass in central Stara Planina and normally send tracked medium artillery tracktors to tow foreign semi-trailer trucks, travelling to or from Turkey... On 31 December 2016 such modules from the Burgas Naval Base Location were activated with their MT-LB tracked APCs to provide assistance to stranded citizen on Trakia highway after it was blocked due to heavy snowfall. It might seem strange that a purely educational institution and a naval base keep APC on strength, but this is part of the armed forces' non-combat mission and it should be included.)

I.e. the "16th Forward Deployment Air Base" - is that the Air Transport Group at Sofia Airport? and per the English wiki en:Bulgarian Air Force the 22nd Forward Deployment Air Base has an active squadron? And in your last sentence: "One level down is the Joint Forces Command (three-star) with the LFC, AFC, NFC (each a two-star), Logistical Brigade, Movement Control Command (regimental equivalent)" - Logistical Brigade???? which one? Movement Control Command?? Huh? Never heard of it. Please do me a favor and go to en:Bulgarian Air Force#Structure, en:Bulgarian Land Forces#Structure and en:Bulgarian Navy#Structure and update them as best you can with all units and locations that exist today. The information at en:Bulgarian Armed Forces#Organization is too much for a chart that is supposed to show operational units - but the services and commands you listed above I will add, and if there are units/positions under these that need to be listed, please copy them here below so I do not have to change the graphic x-times until we have all the changes needed. Like:

3rd Air Base (3та Авиационна База) is the former 3rd Fighter Air Base in Graf Ignatievo. The Air Training Group was subordinated to it, and then later detached to become a separate unit.
24th Air Base (24та Авиационна База) is the former 24th Helicopter Air Base in Krumovo. The 16th Transport Air Base in Vrazhdebna was transformed to the 16th Transport Air Group and subordinated to the 24th Air Base, while remaining in Vrazhdebna (the military part of Sofia IAP)

1st Missile Air Defence Base (Зенитно-ракетна База) - around the year 2005 the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Missile Air Defence Brigades were unified in the 1st MADBde. In 2012 it was transformed from a brigade to a regimental equivalent.
1st Command, Control and Surveillance Base (1ва База за командване, управление и наблюдение) was formed around the same time from the 1st Radiotechnical Brigade, which itself absorbed the radiotechnical regiment in Eastern Bulgaria in the beginning of the 2000s.
Air Force Training Base "Georgi Benkovski" (Военновъздушна учебна база „Георги Бенковски”) - the former 12th Training Air Base in Kamenets. It was relocated to Dolna Mitropoliya, then demoted to the 12th Training Air Group and subordinated to the 3rd Air Base. On July 6, 2017 it was taken out of the structure of the 3rd Air Base and became the Air Force Training Base "Georgi Benkovski".
Special Equipment Base (База за специална техника) is in essence the logistical regiment of the Air Force.
Forward Deployment Base Bezmer (База за Предно Разполагане Безмер) is the successor of the 22nd Ground Attack Air Base. Unlike the 3rd and 24th Air Bases and the 16th Transport Air Group, which retained the nummericals in their official designations the unit does not include a numerical in its official designation. It is at the same time an air force base (the Su-25 squadron), a police aviation base (the Border Police Helicopter Squadron) and a NATO (mostly US) forward operating location.

Yes, I've seen it. There are several issues:
the naval special forces unit is the 65th Detachment, not the 63rd. That's my bad. Sorry! I overlooked that one.
the 30th Movement Control HQ (30ти Щаб за Контрол на Придвижването), not the 30th Movement Control Group. Four groups are its subordinated units (in Sofia-Iliyantsi suburb, Plovdiv, Burgas and Gorna Oryahovitsa), headed by Majors, so basically company equivalents, but of platoon strength. NATO is also building a logistical center in near Ruse in the Nikolovo suburb in connection to the US forward presence around Constanta, Romania, but this is not a fifth movement control group, merely a staging point where US servicemen can rest and where Bulgarian 30th MovConHQ and Military Police personnel can meet up and take charge to pilot the convoys through Bulgarian territory. I think that you don't need to add the MovCon groups to the chart.
The National Defence University "Vasil Levski" is in Veliko Tarnovo, not in Sofia. It is the successor to the former Higher Combined Arms Military School "Vasil Levski". It absorbed two former higher military schools, which used to be independent, but today are faculties, subordinated to it, commanded by Colonels. The university includes:
Combined Arms Faculty (Факултет "Общовойскови") in Veliko Tarnovo, the actual successor to the of the former Higher Combined Arms Military School "Vasil Levski". It trains officer cadets for the Land Forces. The Air Forces officer cadets also spend their first year in training here, as well as those in training for the artillery, air defence and signals.
Aviation Faculty (Факултет "Авиационен") in Dolna Mitropoliya, the successor to the former Higher Air Force Military School "Georgi Benkovski" in Dolna Mitropoliya
Artillery, Air Defence and Communications and Information Systems Faculty (Факултет "Артилерия, противовъздушна отбрана и комуникационни и информационни системи") in Shumen, the successor to the former Higher Military School for Artillery and Air Defence "Panayot Volov" in Shumen
Professional Sergeant College ("Професионален Сержантски Колеж") in Veliko Tarnovo. (It has two sections - Land Forces Section and Air Forces Section, naval NCOs are not trained at that college)
The Higher Naval Military School "Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov" is in Varna. It is independent from the National Defence University in Veliko Tarnovo (both are subordinated to the ministry) and it trains officer cadets and NCO cadets for the Navy and civilian students for the merchant marine. Unlike the NDU, which is commanded by a Brigadier General, the HNMS is commanded by a Captain First Rank (equal to an LF or AF Colonel).
the 68th Special Forces Brigade is subordinated to the Chief of Defence and it is OK on the chart, but the organizations in the column to the right (MI, MP, MMA etc.) are subordinated to the minister, not the CHOD, except for the
National Guard Unit, which is commanded by a Brigadier General, so it is a X, not a III and it is subordinated to the President and not to the CHOD or the Minister of Defence, just like the Czech honor guard unit - the Prague Castle Guard, which nominally forms part of the armed forces, but is directly subordinated to the Czech President. The situation with our National Guard Unit is similar.
