Ola de novo. En Commons:Licenzas indícase (está inda sen traducir ese anaco) que non están permitidos en Commons os símbolos e os logos con copyright, e non se poden empregar nin en gl.wp (Wikipedia galega) nin en es.wp, por mor da lexislación vixente. Agora ben, se reparas nas imaxes presentes nas subcategorías de Category:Vehicles by brand, podes facerte unha idea da fronteira entre o que é esa prohibición e o que é a liberdade de panorama, observa por exemplo Image:Opel Zafira 08-7-2005 silver vl.jpg, o logotipo está presente, pero non é o centro de atención, é dicir, a finalidade da imaxe non é o logotipo. Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Hola Elisardojm, creía que había dejado un mensaje sobre el asunto este, pero por lo visto no terminé de guardar los cambios. Como es un tema complejo y no tengo formación en Derecho tampoco sé decirte algo más concreto a lo que ya sabes sobre la postura de la Fundación. Más de eso apenas puedo concretarte que la postura de la Fundación viene sustentada si no recuerdo mal por el caso Corel de la legislación estadounidense y que, hasta donde yo sé siendo lego en la materia, no conozco jurisprudencia al respecto en España.Lobo (howl?) 04:33, 24 May 2011 (UTC) PD:Aquí se menciona justo el asunto, que en España las fotografías de reproducción fiel están sujetas a la protección local del copyright:

Y te amplío más información sobre un caso similar en Reino Unido, de la National Portrait Gallery contra Wikimedia: User:Dcoetzee/NPG_legal_threat User:Dcoetzee/NPG_legal_threat/Coverage. Por esto mismo creo que si quieres asegurarte no hay más remedio que consultar algún experto en Derecho de España... Ola Elisardojm. Sei facer o que dis ou iso creo, pero a imaxe non é miña, subina eu desde Flickr: Se reparas no autor, este é Ramon Piñeiro.

Fixen algo semellante cos cables desta imaxe, quedou así, pero cando o fondo é o ceo resulta fácil.

Os programas ideais son Adobe Photoshop e Gimp (este último gratuíto). Son programas moi complexos. Algo tamén se pode facer con Adobe lightroom, pero malamente. Se tes algún deses programas, pódoche dar unhas curtas indicacións para lograr eliminar un pequeno obxecto da imaxe. Consiste en copiar pequenos anacos próximos encima ata facelo desaparecer. Pode levar tempo ter un bo resultado. A ferramenta a usar débese chamar algo así como clonar; con todo, hai outros sistemas que, para min, resultan máis complexos.

Non sei como non entendín á primeira. A verdade é que non lembraba que lle quitei a marca de auga a moitas fotos.

Estaba pensando en facer e enviarche un PDF coa explicación, menos mal que encontrei unha páxina que explica cómo se fai.

Quizais che chegue só con isto:

1. Carga a imaxe
2. Activa o botón "clonar", o cal ten un carimbo ("cuño") como imaxe (isto non se di na explicación). Se te pos sobre os botóns, aparece un texto aclaratorio do uso dos botóns.
3. Para marcar o cacho de foto que queres copiar noutro sitio, fai click sobre a imaxe mantendo premida a tecla control (eu uso Mac, se non funcionase con control, proba con alt).
4. Inmediatamente calca no sitio da imaxe que queres que desapareza e arrastra mantendo premido o botón esquerdo se desexas estender a clonación.

Con todo recoméndoche que lle botes unha ollada á ligazón anterior pois explica moitos detalles e posibles variacións da ferramenta, ademais de dar algún consello.

Por certo, o marco retireino case sempre recortando a imaxe. Para o mesmo, co primeiro botón, o de seleccionar (un rectángulo) seleccionas a parte da imaxe que queres salvar. Despois vas a Menú "imagen" e seleccionas "recortar a la selección".--Miguel Bugallo 11:13, 30 July 2011 (UTC)

A partir de hoje, a organização do Wiki Loves Monuments alargou o âmbito do concurso de cerca 5000 monumentos (classificados/protegidos) para cerca de 30000, fruto da parceria com o SIPA - Sistema de Informação para o Património Arquitectónico. A densidade de monumentos perto de si agora é bastante superior, pelo que recomendamos que saia de casa sempre com a máquina pois é bem possível cruzar-se com vários imóveis válidos para o concurso. Procure na lista quais calham em caminho!

Lingua/nacionalidade

Elisardo, penso eu que non hai que mudar Category:Galician poets por Category:Poets from Galicia (Spain). Poden ser complementarias. Ou non. A primeira fai referencia a lingua e a segunda ó lugar. Pode haber poetas que escriban en galego que non sexan galegos, igual que hai poetas galegos que escriben so en castelán, ou en inglés ... non?

Olla Category:Poets by language.

Do mesmo xeito hai, por exemplo, Category:Writers by country‎ e Category:Writers by language etc.

Le he dejado una nota, pero... hay tantas fotos mías en Internet que no respetan la licencia que tendría que crear una empresa para seguirlas y denunciarlas. Tal como declarou na Galipedia, Xesús Constela, Roger222 e gl:Usuario:Kirita22 son a mesma persoa. Se ve que a ese administrador de Commons lle resultaron sospeitosas e non se cree a autoría propia, tendo en conta que subiu unhas portadas de libros, e iso na maioría dos casos das publicacións modernas non se pode facer...

Digo eu que sería por iso.

Se comprobas o historial de File:As humanas Proporcións - Xesús Constela Doce.JPG verás que eu xa fixera antes o mesmo ca ti (a imaxe foi sacada de aquí).

Se ve que outros usuarios consideran que o deseñador da portada non engadiu elementos orixinais dabondo para engadirlle dereitos propios de obra derivada, so algún pequeno elemento (o texto do título e o logo de Galaxia nunha resolución moi baixa, que podería considerarse de minimis). A lo menos hai 13 fotos en Category:Ramón Conde, que cargaches ti, que penso que habería que borrar. A obra orixinal ten copyright, o autor non morreu fai máis de 80 anos, a obra non está permanentemente expostas na vía pública...

Xa sabes que non hai problema. De todas, deixoche a referencia que penso que é a principal neste caso. Estívena revpasando de novo e metendo nun cadriño para tela a man na miña páxina de usuario:

As contribucións de Ostiudo son un pouco "desastrosas". Carga varias versións dos svg con nomes diferentes. E ultimamente volve cargar, tamén, versións en png das fotografías que xa subira en jpg. Tentei falar con el e non hai maneira. Douno por imposible. En calquera caso, non te preocupes, só marca para borrar imaxes repetidas. Os administradores tampouco as borrarían se non fora así. --. Hola, Elisardo, no veo ningún problema en revisar lo que uno mismo ha subido. No encuentro ninguna contraindicación y, en todo caso, el método se basa en la confianza. Esto es, pensamos que un revisor no lo es para evadir al sistema. Ten en cuenta que no se trata de imágenes tuyas, sino de imágenes con licencias asignadas por otros. En tu petición, sin embargo, yo trataría de argumentar por qué serías un buen revisor, aludiendo a tu experiencia, tanto aquí como en la gestión de imágenes en galipedia, así como en la frecuencia con la que subes material de medios ajenos (como Praza Pública, por poner un ejemplo). Respecto a Praza Pública yo creo que es una fuente problemática. Mira lo que ha pasado con la imagen de Vanesa Veiga. Es que, aunque no creo que la imagen sea de foroatletismo, en foroatletismo aparece con una (c). Ten cuidado con ello (te recomiendo el Search by Image de Google y que te instales un EXIF Viewer en tu navegador, para verificar que las imágenes no tienen información EXIF indicando su origen real). Tienes razón. Es una mejora muy moderna de la que no era consciente. Por cierto, he nominado para borrado esto. La image de Juana de Ibarbourou fue borrada y, según eso, habría que borrar también el collage. Hola Elisardo, la verdad es que se me había pasado tu mensaje... Perdona. Creo que, lamentablemente, está bien borrado. Verás, coincidirás conmigo en que la imagen de la televisión está protegida por el copyright. Desde ese punto de vista, para ver si se considera obra derivada, lo que hay que considerar es Commons:De minimis. Ahí exponen criterios para el análisis. En este caso aplica claramente Copyrighted work X is the central part of the subject (eg it is the reason for taking the photo). Removing it would make the derivative work useless. Por lo tanto, claramente es una obra derivada e infringía los derechos de autor del propietario de los derechos (porque una cosa es que pongan la tele fuera para que los periodistas puedan verlo y otra es que cedan los derechos de dicha emisión, algo que debe hacerse de forma explícita). Tomo nota, aunque sabe un poco mal hacerlo si ya hay alguien que hizo un retrato. ¿Sabes si se pueden encontrar registros en vídeo del autor? Eso va muy bien a los ilustradores para no captar sólo de fotos. E igual estaría bien hacer un conjunto de "escritores/as gallegos" para dar coherencia al encargo. Solemos hacer un pack de 7 de los que elijen 5.
