This map of the University Endowment Lands' boundaries is not accurate as it includes UBC, a separate municipality (see official sources: https://gis.metrovancouver.org/mvmaps/eaa and https://www2.gov.bc.ca/assets/gov/british-columbians-our-governments/local-governments/governance-powers/uel_final_report.pdf). Source-level image reproduction (300 dpi, 2436 x 3476 pixels) instead of the current version (1,138 × 1,644 pixels, ~145 dpi) which was probably exported using pdftoppm from Poppler (because I tried and was surprised by its limitation). Note that the new image will still have inherent JPEG artifacts (detailed file changes):

Higher-resolution (300 dpi) photo. Artifacts are inherent from the source, as the image is composed of two layers: a base two-level black-and-white JBIG2 image and half-resolution grayscale (with quarter-resolution alpha) JPEG image.
