Hi. Could you please use the version of the map that doesn't claim that the Russian-controlled areas have any choice in the matter? We could have 100% of polities in Japan issuing certificates, covering 100% of the population of Japan, yet still have white areas on the map because they're in Russia. They shouldn't be either white or blue. I left them as bare outlines, but they could be grey or something else if you prefer. Kwamikagami (talk) 01:49, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
- I don't know if you're keeping a DB of jurisdictions. How easy would it be for you to generate the % of the population who have access to certificates when you update the map?
