I think your repeatedly relisting this shortly after it has been closed as kept is inappropriate getting to be abusive. Speedy delete When I uploaded this photo I did not wanted to release this photo as public domain. Nothing warned me that picture will be public. NOTHING. In the beginning this year I found this image was public and I don't want that. Also in Hungary license plates are personal data. - @Ivonole: Repeatedly raising deletion requests without giving new reasons for deletion is disruptive and is very unlikely to lead to the file being deleted. The Wikimedia Foundation terms of use says (section 7e):

No freedom of panorama in the phils and no permission from the ARCHITECTS and not the owners or church administration. This bldg is a 2002 architecture and replacement of WW2 period bldg as proven by the iscription at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:FvfApalitBaliuag0077_07.JPG copyright is not equate to ownership and not affected by the so called law of church deed as claimed by the former judge floro. The IP CODE of the phils doesnt even have a say on the judges claims. Note the interior artworks like altars and saintly icons and figures

Manually reviewing the case of this building. In the plaque itself, while the church has been existing since 1941, it underwent a major expansion from 1999 and was inaugurated in May 2002. Likely same as the case of Malacañang Palace, in which the expansion has altered its original architecture. Fails {{PD-Philippines-artistic work}}, freedom of panorama is not yet provided in the copyright law, and regular rules of obtaining permission from the architect still apply. Reviewing this architectural object here. According to edukasyon.ph, the institution incepted in 1983, but the first batch of high school graduates was in 1992 (most likely the year when this building was completed or built). There is still no FOP in the Philippines, and authorization from the architect for the uploader's use of commercial licensing is required.

C. Jurisprudence on the specific issue of Uploading in Commons, Flickr etc on FOP c) DOJ Secretary Opinion on FOP if not declined d) IPO New Director Opinion on my 2 Letters if ever issued e) secondary authority from CA here or USA S.C. - Comment @Judgefloro: the discussion you pointed out has been concluded since November 23 (5 days ago as of this writing), and has not changed the current status of freedom of panorama in the Philippines (COM:FOP Philippines). Please do avoid creating headings that could only generate crude table of contents. On the church, while the Wikipedia article w:Basilica Minore of Our Lady of Charity did indeed stated that it began in 1578, the first church was demolished in 1975, probably after decades of deteriorating structure that was aggravated by the 1892 earthquake. A replacement (I can't be sure if it was rebuilt using the same design or with some distinct design) was then built that same year and completed in 1978. While donations were indeed used to fund the construction of the church, the article mentions a certain Architect Ignacio Bautista Palma as the church's architect (or perhaps the designer). The IP Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) seems silent over the copyright of copyrightable religious buildings and artworks in the Philippines, if whether architects and the artists still maintain their copyright or if they did transferred copyright via what you mentioned before as the "Canon Law of the Deed" (if I can remember it right). The copyright law itself has no mention of the said canon law under the Part IV ("The Law on Copyright"), suggesting that the artists and architects or their heirs may have retained the copyright of their works (e.g. church buildings, church sculptures, frescoes, and other artwork), and that copyright lasts for 50 years after the death of the last-surviving architect or artist. Thorough search of the IPOPHL document of the Republic Act No. 8293 using the keywords "canon" and "church" yields no target highlights (or search results). [edit]While the bill amending the copyright law is still pending, regular rules will still apply according to IPOPHL-BCRR: a need of permission and license from the copyright holder applies. For this case, while the parish dates to Spanish-era, the current church was actually a 1975 replacement designed by Arch. Ignacio Palma Bautista and completed in 1978. Thus permission and consent for uploaders' choice of licensing from him or his heirs is required for these freely-licensed images to be retained here. Any canon law of deed is only relevant between the parish and the architect, but doesn't affect architect's hold of copyright of the architectural work for non-religious purposes like commercial use of images of this church building.

There is a watermark on the left bottom side clearly stating it is from leader.ir -- which means, khamenei.ir does not hold the copyright of the image to release it under CC BY. The author is Komala (which is a dissident political party in Iran). A permission statement should be provided by the copyright holder using the OTRS system. - This photo was included in the company's press kit, which was distributed widely and used in many articles about the company and the NoteStation. As far as I know, they claimed no copyright and encouraged use. Also, the company went bankrupt in 1999 and the name of product is no longer in use. There is FOP for 2D works in public places. The Place des Arts Métro station where the mural is located is a public place, so the deletion is NOT warranted.
- @Emdx: no, there is no FOP for 2D works of art that have no craftsmanship properties, even those situated on the streets/plazas/parks. Canadian FOP only covers 3D artworks (like buildings and sculptures) and also the 2D "works of artistic craftsmanship." See Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Canada#Freedom of panorama. Unless you have explicit authorization from the mural artist him/herself to release your image of his/her artwork under free and commercially-usable licensing (Commons:Licensing#Acceptable licenses), your image will be treated as violating the artist's copyright and needs to be deleted. - Hockei, das ist vielleicht etwas missverständlich formuliert. Theoretisch denkbar wäre z. B., dass jemand eine bearbeitete Version deines Fotos auf seine Website (oder auf eine der zahlreichen Sites, die freie Bilder anbieten,) hochlädt. Anstelle dessen soll die bearbeitete Version separat hochgeladen und diese entsprechend verlinkt werden. Das hat nichts mit außerhalb von Wikimedia zu tun. Der Kontext ist entscheidend. Im Übrigen haben sehr viele Leute gleiche oder ähnliche Bedingungen formuliert, die auf das gleiche hinauslaufen. Diese haben mit der Lizenz überhaupt nichts zu tun. Ich habe keine Probleme mit Keep, der Knackpunkt ist wohl die "Zwangskategorisierung" Die Kategorie Images by Hockei ist bei der anderen Version hinzuzufügen., die man durchaus als zusätzliche Bedingung auffassen kann, so man denn will. --Achim (talk) 14:14, 28 November 2020 (UTC)

While I would normally speedy Getty-sourced images, this one might merit some discussion due to Getty's rather vague description: their caption says taken in 1951, whereas their description says 1953. If the former then it's likely PD, if the latter it's likely copyrighted. - Comment Well, COM:FONT an en:Intellectual property protection of typefaces, right? (And 1962 files in Category:Typeface samples not including subcategories.) I don’t know of any relevant court case in the Czech Republic which would have definitely resolved the mode of IP protection of typefaces/fonts. Usually, people abide by the US interpretation of fonts as computer software, so no copying of font definitions, but (proper, licensed) use of typeface to create a book, leaflet, image, … is not further restricted by the typeface creator’s copyright. Even though the definition of font as a piece of software is quite strained from the continental copyright view, I guess, the practical aspects seem to be apt. Then, you have people (esp. typeface designers) who claim a typeface is copyrighted just as any other piece of visual arts, even though it’s difficult to understand what exactly would that mean in the practical sense (does it mean every book using a typeface includes the typeface author’s copyright?). A summary work claims while the protection of typeface design is warranted, in most cases, there would be no copyright protection of typeface designs.
