There is FOP indeed in the United Kingdom, but this seems to be either a giant photo of a team member or a projection. Either way both are 2D works: UK FOP does not cover two-dimensional graphic works. More so, if this is indeed a televised projection, this may violate COM:SCREENSHOT. - In my closer inspection of this, it seems to be a photo after all. Nevertheless it does not fall under the three allowed types of works under COM:FOP UK: architecture, sculptures, and works of artistic craftsmanship. Rather it is a 2D graphic work. - Die Cover etc. wurden stets mit Zustimmung und Unterstuetzung der Urheber in WP eingefuegt. Sonst wuerde es sie dort ueberhaupt nicht geben. Dafuer sprechen sowohl die Medien selbst, der Kontext als auch die Einstellzeit! Sie werden somit weder jetzt noch in der Zukunft zu urheberrechtlichen Problemen fuehren. Das ist ganz gewiss!
- Ungeachtet dessen hoffe und wuensche ich mir vor diesem Hintergrund in der Tat etwas mehr kollegiales Vertrauen oder besser einen moderaten Vertrauensvorschuss, auf den wohl jeder einen Anspruch haben sollte.
- Diese Objekte (exkl. Peter_Schuetz.jpg, Beitrag wurde nach Diskussion entfernt) veranschaulichen und bereichern die Artikel und sollten keinesfalls entfernt werden. Durch so einen Kahlschlag verarmen nicht nur die Artikel, sondern nicht zuletzt WP (siehe dazu auch die Diskussion um die EU-Richtlinie!) --Jostes (talk) 14:22, 28 June 2015 (UTC)
- Der "moderate Vertrauensvorschuss" und das "kollegiale Vertrauen" ist IMHO dann mehr oder weniger dahin, wenn man Werke, die man nicht selber erstellt hat, als "eigenes Werk" deklariert, unabhängig vom Urheberrechtsstatus einfach frei lizensiert und sich erst jetzt "genötigt" fühlt, für oben zitierte Werke von den jeweiligen Urhebern schriftlich die Erlaubnis zu erlangen. Das geschieht in der WP und hier über COM:OTRS. Sollten entsprechende Genehmigungen (von ÖTZ-NLP&NLPt, Luca Sand, Springer Fachmedien Wiesbaden GmbH, Ernst Reinhardt Verlag, Markus Bormann, Klaus Thomas, Telefonseelsorge Berlin e.V., Jörg Kandziora, usw.) bereits vorliegen, so leite diese doch bitte per E-Mail an das OTRS-Team weiter. Sollten die Dateien zwischenzeitlich gelöscht worden sein, können diese nach Prüfung der jeweiligen Genehmigung auch wieder hergestellt werden. Gunnex (talk) 15:53, 28 June 2015 (UTC)
- Das alles habe ich seinerzeit wirklich redlich versucht, bin jedoch, warum auch immer, an der Technik gescheitert. Ich konnte die uebliche Prozedur weder anfangs noch spaeter zum Abschluss bringen, obwohl ich ein geduldiger Mensch bin. Irgendwann kam stets ein Time out oder aehnliches, ich weiss es nicht mehr! Darum habe ich die von dir erwaehnte Abkuerzung gewaehlt. Aus der Not heraus, aber sicher nicht, um mich mit fremden Federn zu schmuecken. Jedenfalls hat auf diesem Wege der Upload sofort und prima funktioniert. Ich fuehre hier kein WP Archiv und erinnere nach dieser langen Zeit nicht mehr, was ich wann mit wem besprochen oder bekommen habe. Da ich die Visualisierung und so weiter wichtig finde, werde ich erneut die Zeit investieren und im Anschluss daran in den von dir erwaehnten Faellen einen zweiten Anlauf versuchen. Dafuer bitte ich um Geduld (Ferienzeit) und Vertrauen in das, was ich dazu geschrieben habe. Ich bemuehe mich jedenfalls, das so zeitnah wie moeglich erneut auf den Weg zu bringen. Уважаемые, не путайте историческую Аварию с современным Аваристаном! В Аваристан входят все исконно аварские земли, т.е. как указано в статье часть Дагестана, Грузии и Азербайджана. На основании чего вы решили отделить андийские и цезские народы от аварцев? Они часть аварского этноса, это подтверждает перепись и многочисленные источники. И вообще этот запрос как и самого ALDKL не стоит воспринимать всерьез. Он болен национализмом, весь его вклад в Википедии связан с удалением всего аварского из статей. This person Maria0333(i dont know if it is a man or a women) claims that pashto is not the majority in districts, Nowshera, Buner, Shnagla, Karak, Torghar, Tank, swabi etc, even when every pakistani or a person who "Majored" in languages should know that these districts are majority pashto speaking. A support and propagation of such an invalid map might shows some exterior motives, whom i think is sockpuppet. Here are the link of language maps of northern and southern Khyber pukhtunkhwa by Ethnologue and tell me whether it is supporting my point of view or not (http://www.ethnologue.com/map/PK_n and http://www.ethnologue.com/map/PK_s) 14 is pashto and it is clearly showing Torghar, Battagram, Western Manshera, Swabi, Shangla, Buner, karak and tank as pashto speaking. You can also see the Saraiki Speakers in southern Kyber Pukhtunkhwa in this link http://www.ethnologue.com/map/PK_s. According to ethnologue hindko is spoken in "Hazara division, Mansehra and Abbotabad districts, Indus and Kaghan valleys and Indus valley tributaries, NWFP." I propose the changing of the existing map (Map of Languages of Kyber-Pakhtunkha Province of Pakistan) with (Languages of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa), which is a more accurate and a better looking map. The exisiting map seems like it was made by crayons.
I have tried to talk about the incorrect map being used with everyone, but no one has been able to provide any rationale on why the districts such as Battagram, toorghar, Shangla, Buner, Tank (http://115.186.137.115/C1A4742A-D735-43D2-A620-F246CC35724A/FinalDownload/DownloadId-AD800248E881C2793751DEE61764C212/C1A4742A-D735-43D2-A620-F246CC35724A/reports/hfa/kpk/HFA-Tank.pdf) , Karak, etc are shown as Hindko and saraiki speaking when the text states that most of the population their speaks pashto. And also this is a matter of general knowledge that most of the population in the above mentioned districts speaks pashto. Moroever, due to this incorrect and biased map there is a contraditcion between the text and the map being used on the same articale. Therefore, i have replaced this incorrect map with a more accurate one. This will not only make the page more representative of the reallity but will also make wikipedia more reliable. Map being used in various articles pertaining to languages of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa is incorrect and biased. It is showing tank as Seraiki speaking which is incorrect as majority of people in Tank speak Pashto. It is showing Karak as Hindko speaking while we know that almost 99% of the population of Karak is Pashto speaking Khattak. It is showing battagram as hindko speaking while we all know that most of the people in Battagram speak Pashto. Similarly, it is showing Shangla as hindko speaking, which is incorrect as most of the people their also speak Pashto. Finally, it is showing Toorghar district as Hindko speaking while we know most of the people their also speak Pashto. I think all this show biasness or incompetence on the part of the person who included that Map. Furthermore, it should also be noted that the map fails to show that most of the people on western side of Mansehra and Haripur speak Pashto, while most on western side of D.I.Khan also speak Pashto. Now we know that most of the people in chitral speaks Kho, while northern corner of swat and most of Kohistan is Kohistani people. While in south western parts of kohistan (swat Kohistan) close to battagram , Shangla and Swat pashto is spoken. So basically your map is baseless and based on your fantasies. Like i said earlier, Hindko is a significant majority language in two districts and barelly a mojority in one (Mansehra, where Ogai Tehsil is Majority Pashto, Masehra City is Mixed and most of Northern Mansehra Tehsil (Battal, Baffa, Chattar plains, Shinkiari etc) is Pashto speaking. Also i am not asking you to do me any favors, go ahead and divide pashto into three dialects but let the map represent the area of the language correctly, whichever dialect it is. So if Northern Pashto is spoken in Buner, SHangla, Torghar, Ogai, Battrgram etc let The map show that ather than Hindko. Similalry if southern pashto is spoken in Tank, Karak, and Kohat let the map reprsent that. Most of my sources are Governemnt sources, while the other option is to take your word for it!!!, I have included multiple sources for each district while you are a known sockpuppet. Have you included any source at all? just this book that can not be found any where.. also while i have included sources for governemnt of pakistan, government of Khyber pukhtunkhwa, Newspaper artciles (news papers that have wide circulation around the country. Few blogs of people who are most likely against pashtunkhwa, and are propoenents of hazara province, such as yourself. In the North western parts of the province Chitral district has 12 languages but Khowar is spoken by 80 %. In the North eastern parts of province, Hazara division and bordering tehsils except Kohistan has Hindko (Punjabi dialect) majority. Hindko is the language of Peshawer, Kohat, Noshera city centrals and Central district's Tehsils bordering Punjab has Hinko Dialect near 40 to 50 % which is natural due to proximity with Punjab. Kohistani is the language of both Indus Kohistan district and Swat Kohistan Tehsil. - Ms. Tiger, quality of this Map is perfect. Toorghar and Ogai Tehsil was part of Mansehra district at the time of 1998 Census and that census shows Majority of Hindko speakers in Mansehra district. Battagram and Buner are a mix of Pashto, Hindko, Kohistani and Gujri populations are colored accordingly with partial colourings. Karak is partially coloured Saraiki in Tehsil bordering Punjab. Bonjour, Ce titre est absolument n'importe quoi. Cette photo est celle d'un membre de ma famille, j'en descends en droite ligne, et je peux vous certifier qu'il n'est nullement de Plonivel (bourg de la commune de Plobannalec-Lesconil), ni même de Plobannalec-Lesconil, mais d'une commune éloignée. Je possède d'ailleurs un tirage d'époque de cette photo. J'ai interrogé ma famille : nul n'a autorisé le photographe de Commons à pirater une de nos photos de famille. Je vois aussi une contradiction : le photographe est donné comme inconnu et juste en dessous on nous dit que ce photographe est mort depuis plus de 70 ans. Tout ça n'est pas sérieux ! The permission on La Moncla website has been changed on November 26 2012. Therefore on November 27 2012 and any later date there was no permission to reuse content from that site no matter when it has been published. This upload is from 2014. My speedy deletion nomination has been rejectd following a comment by the uploader at User_talk:Green_Giant/Archive_2#File:Presidente_Mariano_Rajoy_Brey_2012_-_La_Moncloa_.28Recortada.29.jpg, however, the uploder seems to be unaware that at the time of his upload in 2014 the copyright holder did not longer allow him to copy this file. The start of reuse in 2014 is the relevant date, at that date we became part of a contract (licensee). The provider offered the files under different conditions earlier, but we did not use the file under that conditions so we have no contract under that conditions. Martin H. I understand that the date applies to files uploaded before 26 November 2012 at the Moncloa website (this image is previous to that date). Otherwise, we would have to remove all of Moncloa's website images, since none of them could be reused now if we abide by that argument. Furthermore, the website currently says this: http://www.lamoncloa.gob.es/Paginas/es_AvisoLegal.aspx "Se autoriza la reproducción total o parcial, modificación, distribución y comunicación de la información disponible en este sitio web, con excepción de los contenidos sobre los que existan derechos de propiedad intelectual o industrial por parte de terceros." (Basically it does allows for resuing, either totally or partially, the website information (I figure it includes pictures too) unless it is a copyrighted work by a third-person, which is not the case for these files as these are authored by La Moncloa itself). In any case, I don't know how a license from November 2012 can be applied retroactively to an image uploaded at the Moncloa website on July 2012. We know that the license operating at the time the image was uploaded in that website did fully allow for its reuse, so the image is fully valid, disregarding when was it uploaded in the Commons. Otherwise, were we to abide by a more restrictive interpretation that "on November 27 2012 and any later date there was no permission to reuse content from that site" then this would have to be applied to all images from that website, not just those uploaded in the Commons after 27 November 2012, since the license would operate retroactively for the others too. - Impru, it does not matter when a file was published at La Moncloas website. It only matters when we started reusing the file. So the relevant date is the upload date at Commons, that is the date when we agreed to the terms of service of that time and became licensee in a license contract. At later dates there is no license offered. A license is a contract and a contract always requires two parties to agree. For this file the licensor did not offer a license in 2014, so there is no permission for uploading this file. We assume that the license granted for uploads before November 2012 is irrevocable (although I would disagree that we are still allowed to redistribute the files under free conditions, so in fact I think your right, the license never was a free license, it fails the 3rd point of freedomdefined) --Martin H. Hello everyone.
The current text of the license keeps the authorization to reproduce, modifify and distribute their information, as digmin3 quotes from the Moncloa disclaimer. However, what made the license incompatible with Wikimedia licenses on that 26 November of 2012 was the new clausule:

Indépendamment que j'en sois l'auteur ou non, la source était bien citée et donc ne constitue pas un copyvio. Je demande donc que cette illustration soit rétablie.

Kept: There is no doubt that Ssire is the author of the drawings. As mentioned above, there is a mention that publication is allowed with mention of the source. At least for future uploads, it would be much easier if a general OTRS permission is sent. For the file File:Kl-pir.jpg, we need to know who is the photographer of the picture included in the drawing.
- Il n'y a pas de doute que Ssire est l'auteur des dessins. Comme mentionné ci-dessus, il y a une autorisation que la publication est autorisée avec mention de la source.
