Scalable Vector Graphics are designed to look appropriate at any scale, and SVG images are easier to modify and translate, helping Wikimedia to distribute knowledge to all of the world. Putting a name with @ is not a violation of copyright and the image was not previously published and it is my personal photograph and I put this on the image for the purpose of publishing it only.

Info While your copyright is still retained when you release works under a CC license (but allowing others to use them in accordance to the terms and conditions of that license), end-user restriction is not acceptable here per COM:L (as mentioned before). I previously nominated some files for deletion because the uploader made similar restrictions. In the case of another file that has a specific end-user restriction was also nominated for deletion by me (at here). As I have withdrawn the deletion request, I think an admin will soon come and close the request soon.

I am really amazed at the permanent ban! Knowing that from the date I obtained the powers to this day, this is my first violation!

And I didn't steal any pictures! I am from Palestine, and the photographer mentioned is the one who gave me the picture without a watermark, and I am one of the most prominent Arab contributors to Wiki Commons. By reviewing my contributions, I work on a daily basis to nominate dozens of photos that violate the deletion.

I am very surprised! I have many permissions (in Arabic, English, Spanish and Russian Wikipedia) to block me permanently is not true! You could send me an alert, withdraw permission from me, or block me temporarily. But the ban permanently will prevent me from doing my volunteer work on Wikipedia! I have many contributions, and I have documented all the events that took place in the Middle East, and I have uploaded many non-violating photos, and I have permission to upload the photos, and I have not stolen them at all.

I hope you understand that! I'm really restricted, and the permanent ban will restrict all of my voluntary action.

Kindly provide me with an email to send a full explanation.

Osps7, unblocking (you are not banned and, as I explicitly mentioned, the block is not permanent) requires an understanding of the issue and a credible commitment to discontinue. I do not see that you have not offered either (your contributions on other projects are of no relevance, and your history of copyvios here is significant). As an example of an issue that is not understood, you indicate that you have permission but made no reference whatsoever thereto either in the upload or the Flickwashed source, which would not be expected if the claim were legitimate and the user truthful. In addition to not referencing permission, you went even further and falsely claimed yourself to be the author in each upload. This would not be done by a truthful person. Even having permission is not adequate. We do not accept forwarded permission, or by proxy. Verily, the phrase "If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT" (underline added) appears 19 times (!!!) above. First of all, with regards to the instructions provided to me, I have not ignored them, most of them I got before I got permission on WikiCommons.

Second: I was not sufficiently aware of the policies for uploading pictures (for example, I thought that obtaining permission from the person allowed me to publish his picture, and I did not know that I needed written permission from him), and I was uploading the pictures that I had taken by transferring them via WhatsApp and uploading them to Wikicommons , and this was losing its quality, and it became as if it had been transferred from another place.

Third: I did not lie, but I experienced a misunderstanding, I thought that obtaining permission from a person does not require written consent or attaching his name.

Fourth: I reviewed all the policies, especially how to upload images from Flickr, the requirements for uploading, the instructions for uploading and the conditions for uploading images, and I reviewed the free files policy and types of licenses

Fifth: I will avoid violating any policy, by observing all conditions, and uploading only photos of my photography.
