Wrong timings

Hi! In closing the DR Commons:Deletion requests/Wrong timings you noted that the file File:Lalit Pandit at Dara Singh's funeral 19.jpg is being used on en.wiki and hence you didn't delete it. I have removed it from en.wiki and have replaced it with a better image now. Πράδο - Γκόγια

Καλημέρα! Βλέπω ότι στην Ιστοσελίδα του Museo del Prado υπάρχουν υψηλής ανάλυσης εικόνες χαρακτικών του Γκόγια. Οι εικόνες που είναι διαθέσιμες στο Wikimedia commons είναι αρκετά μικρότερης ανάλυσης. Απ' ότι βλέπω η εικόνα του έργου Ο Κρόνος καταβροχθίζει τον γιο του, του Σκύλου, του έργου Η οικογένεια του Καρόλου Δ΄ και άλλες εικόνες έχουν ληφθεί από το site του Πράδο. Μπορώ να ανεβάσω τις εικόνες των χαρακτικών από τον ιστότοπο του Πράδο στο Wikimedia commons ή υπάρχει περιορισμός λόγω copyright; Επειδή δεν καταλαβαίνω τι ακριβώς ισχύει στo εν λόγω site όσον αφορά τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα, αν σου είναι εύκολο, ρίξε μια ματιά και πες μου.--NNeilAlieNN (talk) 01:55, 3 March 2013 (UTC)

Γεια σου NNeilAlieNN! Συγχαρητήρια, καταρχήν, για την ενασχόλησή σου με τον Γκόγια. Μπορείς να ανεβάσεις τις εικόνες στα Commons - δεν υπάρει πρόβλημα εφόσον ο ζωγράφος έχει πεθάνει αιώνες πριν. Το σάιτ του Πράδο έχει την γνωστή απαγόρευση αναπαραγωγής όλου ή μέρους του περιεχομένου, όμως στα Commons είναι δεκτές απλές αναπαραγωγές έργων τέχνης "απ' όπου κι αν προέρχονται" :). Απλά σιγουρέψου ότι η εικόνα σε αυτή την ανάλυση όντως δεν υπάρχει στα Commons.

Αν σε ενδιαφέρει λιγο το νομικίστικο background, στο αγγλικό δίκαιο υπάρχει η έννοια του "ιδρώτα του προσώπου" που λέει ότι το σάιτ και ο φωτογράφος έχουν πνευματικά δικαιώματα στην αναπαραγωγή επειδή έκαναν έξοδα, ειδικές διαρρυθμίσεις, δοκιμές εξοπλισμό κλπ για τη φωτογράφηση. Ωστόσο τακτική και θέση του Ιδρύματος Wikimedia είναι ότι απλές αναπαραγωγές έργων τέχνης δεν καλύπτονται από copyright, με βάση τον αμερικάνικο νόμο και συγκεκριμένα την υπόθεση Bridgeman εναντίον Corel. Θεωρώντας, μάλιστα, το αντίθετο ως επίθεση στην έννοια του κοινού κτήματος. Σταματώ μιας και μπορείς να διαβάσεις περισσότερα ενδιαφέροντα στο Commons:When to use the PD-Art tag. Εγώ σ' ευχαριστώ για τα uploads. Είχα την τύχη να δω αυτά τα χαρακτικά από κοντά, όταν είχαν έρθει στην Πινακοθήκη, και μου τα ξαναθύμισες. Τα uploads σου είναι μια χαρά, μπορώ να πω άψογα οργανωμένα. Το μόνο παραπάνω που θα μπορούσες να κάνεις, είναι (αν έχεις φυσικά την όρεξη και χρόνο να το κάνεις σε μελλοντικά uploads) τα διάφορα υπο-προτυπάκια του Template:Artwork, όπως τα {{Technique}}, {{Size}} που προσφέρουν αυτόματη μετάφραση για τεχνικές κλπ. This year will be the eighth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. The 2013 Picture of the Year competition has ended and we are pleased to announce the results: We shattered participation records this year — more people voted in Picture of the Year 2013 than ever before. In both rounds, 4070 different people voted for their favorite images. Additionally, there were more image candidates (featured pictures) in the contest than ever before (962 images total).

• In the first round, 2852 people voted for all 962 files
• In the second round, 2919 people voted for the 50 finalists (the top 30 overall and top 2 in each category)

Καλημέρα Spiros790. Ζητώ συγγνώμη για τη μεγάλη καθυστέρηση στην απάντηση. Δεν νομίζω ότι υπάρχουν χωρίς τους αριθμούς ανεβασμένες. Κάπου θα τις έχω, αλλά έχουν περάσει πια τόσα χρόνια, ούτε θυμάμαι πού. Το ευκολότερο είναι να φτιαχτούν από τις αριθμημένες, μάλιστα αν θυμάμαι καλά έχω βάλει και τους αριθμούς σε ξεχωριστή στρώση για εύκολη αφαίρεση. Αν μου πεις τι χρειάζεσαι θα το φτιάξω το επόμενο διάστημα, μπορείς και εσύ βέβαια αν βιάζεσαι πολύ, με inkscape ή κάτι παρόμοιο ή στον επεξεργαστή κειμένου αν θες χαρντκορίλες :) - Badseed ^talk 22:55, 28 July 2015 (UTC)

ένα layer βλέπω στο GIMP, στο οποίο έχω καρβουνιάσει επαρκώς λόγω ανάπτυξης ιστοσελίδων και άλλων εργασιών, αλλά δεν πειράζει. Θέλω να χρησιμοποιήσω τους χάρτες σε infoboxes για νομούς καθώς και στις σχετικές κατηγορίες. Αλλά δεν βιάζομαι καθόλου, θα κάτσω να τα φτιάξω κάααααποια στιγμή μέσα στο 2015. Τον τελευταίο καιρό έχω καταπιαστεί με άλλα κι άλλα μέσα στην ΒΠ, χτίζω και τις μεταφράσεις για 5-6 πελώρια λήμματα, οπότε αρκεί... O Gimpος είναι πολύ καλός για ράστερ γραφικά, αλλά για διανυσματικά χρειάζεσαι το en:Inkscape. Με τα Κόμμονς αξίζει να ασχοληθείς, είναι πραγματικά καλή φάση! Όποτε είναι να ξεκινήσεις με λες. Καλή συνέχεια! - Badseed ^talk 22:08, 2 August 2015 (UTC)

Spiros790 δες αυτό εδώ: http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/, δεν ξέρω αν θα σε βολέψει ή αν είναι ενημερωμένο πρόσφατα, πάντως εγώ με αυτό έμαθα. Υπάρχουν και στη σελίδα του inkscape κάποιοι σύνδεσμοι. Δεν είναι τραγικο το "χειροκίνητο" svg, ίσα ίσα μεταξύ αρκετών βεκτοράδων των Κόμμονς θεωρείται τίτλος τιμής :) Τώρα για το τι μπορείς να κάνεις, υπάρχουν αρχεία που χρειάζονται διανυσματοποίηση, μπορεί ωστόσο να σε ενδιαφέρει περισσότερο το άθλημα (σε ορισμένα αρχεία παίζει και ως κοντρίτσα μεταξύ των χρηστών) της σμίκρυνσης μεγέθους ενός svg αρχείου με περικοπή του κώδικα. Και η απλή μετάφραση διαγραμμάτων στα ελληνικά πάντως καλή είναι. Όσο για τη φωτογραφία, δεν νομιζω πως υπάρχει εδώ! - Badseed ^talk 23:56, 18 September 2015 (UTC)

Μετάφραση interface

Γλαύκε δεν γνωρίζω. Υπάρχει στα δικαιώματα χρήστη το "διαχειριστής μετάφρασης", δεν ξέρω αν είναι αυτό (μάλλον όχι), αλλά αλλάζει από γραφειοκράτη, ίσως θα μπορούσες να ρωτησεις στο COM:BN. Θα τα περάσω πάντως εγώ ένα χεράκι, αύριο αν έχω χρόνο. Δεν υπάρχουν στο translatewiki αυτά; - Badseed ^talk 02:16, 19 November 2015 (UTC)

Έκανα λίγο ακόμα, θα το τελειώσω αύριο και θα τα ξαναδώ όλα από την αρχή για διορθώσεις. Αν χρειάζεσαι εσύ ή ο Geraki κάτι επείγον να περαστεί στο Mediawiki namespace μου λες. Πάντως ελπίζω να υπάρχει τρόπος να γίνονται με gtranslator αυτά τα κείμενα, αυτή η διεπαφή με πεθαίνει κανονικά. Έγινε ένας χαμός στο σημειωματάριο των γραφειοκρατών. Τελικά μου τα έδωσαν τα δικαιώματα, αλλά και πάλι δεν μπορώ να μεταφράσω interface γιατί αυτά τα μηνύματα είναι στον ονοματοχώρο mediawiki, όπου μπορούν να παρέμβουν μόνο διαχειριστές . I remember that I had done some work on the vectorization in '12, but not completed it, as other things got in the way. Let me find the file and see if there is anything that can be uploaded. Dear Domdomegg! Apologies for the delayed response. I found the file, but it's in SVG 1.0 and Commons won't let me upload because of non-https links, non-acceptable namespace e.t.c. I have a really ancient version of Inkscape here and likely won't be able to fix it (soon). It looks like I had done ~75% of the linear work of the left part. So if the file will save you time or you want it anyway, please email me and i'll email back with the file. If you just want to start from scratch, that's all fine with me! Hello Ruthven and apologies for the late reply. The site states that use is free if the source (a.k.a. the site) is mentioned. That would suffice for keeping the image, however with a little more research I discovered that in the FAQ section of the site they say that whoever has photographic material can send it to the site and they'll post it. So it would be better to write them again and ask them to clarify if the photo is theirs and, if it is not, if they have the explicit permission from the photographer for making it available for the aforementioned free use. In case you believe that's difficult, or you receive a negative reply, please delete the image. - Badseed ^talk 23:14, 18 March 2017 (UTC)

Καλησπέρα. Ο Τάσος μου πρότεινε να σε ενοχλήσω για μια κατάσταση που προέκυψε. Έχω φορτώσει εδώ και καιρό τα παρακάτω αρχεία στα Commons:

1.Εξώφυλλα βιβλίων, 2.διάφορα σλάιντς, 3.εξώφυλλο βιβλίου, 4.Αφίσα ταινίας, 5.γραμματόσημο

Επειδή όμως δεν είχα προσθέσει σωστές πληροφορίες και άδειες, κάποια από αυτά κινδυνεύουν με διαγραφή. Πρόσθεσα τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόταν αλλά δεν είμαι σίγουρος για τις άδειες, ειδικά για το γραμματόσημο. Τα πρώτα τέσσερα, σαν έργα έχουν ξεπεράσει τα 75 χρόνια ισχύς των πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων (1914, 1927). Αλλά για το τελευταίο ποια άδεια θα ήταν κατάλληλη? Είναι κρίμα να διαγραφούν καθώς χρησιμοποιούνται ήδη σε διάφορα wiki. Πες μου τι άλλο χρειάζεται να κάνω για να τα σώσω. Σε ευχαριστώ.---KCharitakis (Talk) 17:47, 28 March 2017 (UTC)

Γεια σου KCharitakis. Θα προσπαθήσω να βοηθήσω όσο μπορώ. Νομίζω ότι τα 1,2 και 4, μετά και από παρέμβαση του Ah3kal έχουν πλέον τη σωστή άδεια (παρεμπιπτόντως, όταν υπάρχει συζήτηση για διαγραφή καλύτερα είναι να μην αφαιρείς το πρότυπο από το αρχείο, δεν είναι μεγάλο λάθος, το λέω για την επόμενη φορά :) ). Το 3 νομίζω ότι θα μπορούσε να περάσει και αυτο σαν κοινό κτήμα, όπως λες. Τώρα για το γραμματόσημο είναι λίγο δύσκολα τα πράγματα, άλλες χώρες τα διαθέτουν σαν κοινό κτήμα και άλλες κρατουν τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα, νομίζω ότι η Εσθονία ανήκει στις δεύτερες, οπως αναφέρεται και στο Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Stamp_Estonia1993Scott244.jpg.
