Bug when reporting Users
[edit]When reporting accounts from the talk page, the section created on an comes out as User:User Talk:Foo in the title and in the user 3 template, rather than User:Foo in the title and just Foo in user3. While currently reporting users to AN, the tool creates an auto-edit summary saying, "(User:username has been reported)" It makes navigation difficult by creating a section heading "Block request for User:Username". I'm saying this because, I am not able to directly reach to the section in one-click (via my watchlist) and have to always scroll down a lot to find such reports at the end of the page. I'd appreciate if a harmony is created and these edit-summaries are harmonised. @Alachuckthebuck: do you think I'm making any sense here? Regards, Aafi (talk) 18:02, 7 November 2024 (UTC)

- Hey @Aafi, thanks for bringing this up! I don't currently hold UI admin rights here, but I can create a patch for this and ask someone else to update the gadget code.

- For non-admins RFA is necessary, for admins, a request at COM:BN is sufficient. See COM:IA. I can seek IA to help here, if/when needed. Regards, Aafi (talk) 18:17, 7 November 2024 (UTC)

also, when i browse the website at 133% zoom, it's a struggle to move my cursor to the adiutor dropdown menu because it tries to disappear before i reach it. RoyZuo (talk) 14:35, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- I've had a lot of issues with that dropdown, and have given up on using the mouse on that menu, and just use tab. A fix would be greatly appreciated. All the Best -- Chuck Talk 04:36, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
