Comment, en matière de droit d'auteur ce ne serait pas une raison suffisante en raison de la licence, le CC-BY-SA aurait pu permettre jusqu'à présent que n'importe qui sur Internet exporte la photo et la diffuse ailleurs que sur Commons avec la même licence. Idem le droit à l'image et les demandes de la part de la personne prise en photo n'aboutissent pas toujours à une suppression (il y a déjà eu des cas où la demande soit refusée, en particulier quand la source de la demande n'est pas vérifiable). Mais comme c'est l'auteur de la photo qui fait la demande, elle peut être acceptée par le droit de retrait, à la condition que la photo ne soit pas utilisée ailleurs sur Internet (c'est la base du principe de droit de retrait...). - Peu importe ce qu'il considère lui. Je vois mal comment un juge pourrait ici considérer qu'il y a atteinte à la vie privée de M. Minne, personnalité publique photographiée sur son lieu de travail et dans un contexte public (il n'est pas en train d'embrasser sa compagne, par exemple). - Ben euh... la photo est sous licence double GNU et CC-BY-SA, et donc dans ces deux licences on peut (c'est marqué sous la photo): respectivement copier, distribuer, modifier pour GNU, partager et adapter pour CC-BY-SA. Donc éviter qu'elle soit copiée alors qu'elle est sous une licence où on peut copier, c'est un peu comme reprendre un cadeau qu'on a offert à Noël^^ en gros... Je ne sais pas si c'est possible. - @Wmpearl: The license of the photograph isn't in question, so you're fine on that front. However, since the photograph essentially recreates the oil painting, the copyright owner of the painting can assert their rights to the photograph as well, so we need to know who created the painting and who owns the rights to it. The only thing I know is that it was unveiled in 2017 when the library opened. If it was created for the library, then it's recent enough to be under copyright. But if the painting was created during Abigail Campbell's lifetime, then it's old enough to be in public domain. Do you have additional information about the painting? - Keep: The yellow sign in this picture is impossible to read, but it's clearly not the same yellow sign as is shown in sv:Skyddsobjekt, since the only symbol on it is a warning triangle on the left. There can always be a chance of someone reusing it. Any image which comes in public domain (as in this case) loses its copyright. The still was actually a screenshot from the film which was converted into a jpeg file. After finding a similar image, I indicated that as my source being unaware of how to indicate the source of this file. If required, the source can be changed to something like screenshot from the 1958 film Dilli Ka Thug but then no link can be provided (as in this case, the image opens in a different link). Weak Keep for File:Yuni sukowati.jpg, it is an official photo belong to the Indonesian government, similar to File:Gubernur NTB Zulkieflimansyah.png, File:Wakil Gubernur NTB Sitti Rohmi Djalillah.png etc. Indonesian government photos of office-holding politicians are released to the public domain. - I don't think there is individual copyright as those pictures are made with strict instructions about lighting, degree angle, distance, focal length in the shooting guide. This is not about UEFA Cup as a work of art. This is about UEFA Cup as a trophy for winning the tournament called UEFA Cup. In the context of those pictures the trophy serves exclusively to information purposes: to inform that this particular player has one the trophy for the particular tournament (UEFA Cup). You cannot use this trophy as a work of art for any other purpose as it is completely impossible (insufficient resolution, not in focus poor quality, important part covered by the player). You can use this picture for any purpose as COM:L requires, but the trophy can hardly be used for any purpose than informative.
