A photo of a teenager in a restroom with penis exposed. Various legality issues, from child privacy (a public restroom, while being a public place, is covered by the legal concept of "reasonable expectation of privacy") to child pornography. --Xuz (talk) 20:58, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Clearly a personality rights violation, even without the exposure of genitals. --Túrelio (talk) 21:25, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

incorrect compound name. Higher quality version is available (file:Lyngbyatoxin A.svg). --Charlesy (talk) 07:45, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. The name of the image is no reason to delete. But since this image is low quality in terms of both resolution and non-ideal file format, and there are at least two high quality alternatives, this image is not useful. Edgar181 (talk) 14:10, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This map is extremely wrong and needs to be redone from scratch. See these discussions for more details:

Keep This is the kind of map that many people always will disagree with. You are free to make your own map. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 20:34, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This is not at all about disagreement - I'd fix the map if I could but it is completely wrong to begin with and beyond recovery. Have you had a look at France and the UK? So apparently French people don't speak French? They speak Italian, French, Wallon and Sardinian??? And people don't speak French in Brittany?? Well, I'm from Brittany and I can tell you we speak French over there. How about Wales and Scotland, according to this map they don't even speak English?? That's ridiculous. Honestly, I don't know what the map is supposed to represent with its random mix of regional and national languages. WikiLaurent (talk) 09:38, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There seems to have been a lot of changes made on this file: [2]. It seems it is just a new version of this old map [3]. How inaccurate is it? It seems mostly right to me - it shows Italian spoken in Italy, French spoken in the north of France and Provençal in the south. Basque in the Basque region, French, German and Italian spoken in Switzerland, Irish and English in Ireland... It does show Corsica as Italian though, and it seems the official language there is French. Is it based on census data?— Erin (talk) 04:25, 1 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If I am not mistaken, the source description says "File obtained from the copyright holder", while the author is given as "Unknown". The uploader's claim that "copyright holder of this work allows anyone to use it for any purpose" needs evidence. High on a tree (talk) 16:10, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This propadanda flyer does not reach the Threshold of originality for being protected.--Kresspahl (talk) 22:17, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That's not true. It is definitely a carefully worded text, using stylistic means in order to express a certain intention. If you can read this text, compare it with other propaganda flyers. I am somewhat surprised by this statement that has literally nothing to do with the usual exegesis of copyright laws.--Mautpreller (talk) 09:07, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
