Kargah Buddha in Gilgit-Baltistan. Estimated to have been completed in the 7th century, the carved figure is believed by locals to depict a Yakshini, and is called Yashani in the local Shina language.

I'm Finn Rindahl, born 1971, living in Nesna in Norway . I have mainly been contributing on Norwegian (bokmål) wikipedia, but I also have a few edits in English and Norwegian (nynorsk). At times I'm rather busy in "real life", so I may be absent from here for shorter or longer periods occasionally.
