I nominate Regasterios as candidate for administrator. He is administrator in hu.wiki, so he knows, what does it mean. He often participates in Commons maintenance work, nominating copyright violations for speedy and regular deletion. He has quite good understanding about copyright.

His main language is Hungarian. Our only current Hungarian-speaking administrator Grin has made 36 edits during last 15 months, while Regasterios has made more than 1000 edits during last month.

Regasterios worries about his English skills. I have read deletion requests created by him and his English is enough good for administrator.

@Tæ: do you mean when may I upload a picture from the Internet? For example somebody take a photograph about a painting by Gauguin (without frame) and upload to Internet: I can upload it to Commons based on {{PD-Art}}. Or I may upload this photo taken by Gyula Jelfy (1863–1945) in 1905 if the first publication not by the museum despite {{Cc-by-nc-sa-4.0}} given by them. --Regasterios (talk) 15:50, 19 November 2019 (UTC)
