English: Hebrew point hataf hiriq, reduced hiriq, hataf chirik, or reduced chirik. This diacritic is used to mark the reduced vowel /i/, and composed with the Hebrew point sheva or schwa (U+05B0) on the bottom right (representing hataf, i.e. a reduced sound), followed by the Hebrew point hiriq (U+05B8) or chirik on the bottom left. It is not encoded in Unicode as a separate diacritic and must be composed. It is rarely used in Massoretic manuscripts of the Hebrew Bible, and not used in modern Hebrew.
