- Hello. I certify being the photographer of the picture taken.
- The sculpture depicted is By Kusama.
- I have forwarded the information to the Kusama Studio in Japan who has lended the sculpture in order for them to give license. but as the woman is 94 it might take time.....

- Hi Simon Lamuniere. You probably should log in to your Commons account, and then post something similar at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Y.Kusama LeMuy.jpg. However, you should understand that the noone is questioning you
'recopyright ownership over the photo you took; it's the copyright status of the work you photographed that is the issue because there's no freedom of panorama for publicly displayed works of art in France per COM:FOP France. Your photograph is considered a COM:DW which means there are two copyrights that Commons is concerned with: the copyright status of the photo itself and the copyright status of the photographed work. Commons needs both to be released under an acceptable license in order to keep the photo. -- Marchjuly (talk) 02:48, 19 December 2023 (UTC); post edited. -- 04:05, 16 December 2024 (UTC)
