Thanks for uploading File:Sandyleahlima ((OTRS Pending)).png. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Sandyleahlima ((OTRS Pending)).png]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |

@Magog the Ogre: The autor (Francisco Cepeda) already send an e-mail to permissions-commons-pt@wikimedia.org, is a matter of time until they see the authorization. Thank you.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons, and Commons:Image casebook for some specific examples. Some other Wikimedia projects have different licensing policies. For example, the English Wikipedia allows fair use of sounds and photographs. This is not the case on Wikimedia Commons; "fair use" materials are not acceptable here.
Please make sure that you only upload educational content you have created yourself, those which are out of copyright, or those for which you have the required permission for the work to be used in all the ways described above. Please note that derivative works of copyrighted material are also considered copyrighted. Again, please read through Commons:Licensing, which is quite crucial, to understanding how Wikimedia Commons works. Thanks for your contribution, and please do leave me a message if you have further questions. And also:

Flickr2Commons
[edit]I have just come across a few images you have recently uploaded from Flickr. I would appreciate it if in the future, you used the Flickr2Commons tool. This tool allows images to be moved to Commons from Flickr without having to download the images to your own computer. It also brings in the largest resolution of the image, as well making sure to list the correct license and url, making it easy for the automated Flickr Review system. Also, it is fairly easy to categorize images with this tool. Elisfkc (talk) 19:51, 26 June 2017 (UTC)
Alright, thanks! Can I reupload those images without the watermark? (in "upload a new version of this file") --Rodriguesnetoh (talk) 22:00, 26 June 2017 (UTC)
Wikimedia Commons does not accept derivative works of non-free works such as File:Vittar Não Para Não Tour 3.jpg. It only accepts free content, which is images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Reproductions of copyrighted works are also subject to the same copyright, and therefore this file must unfortunately be considered non-free. For more information, please read Commons:Derivative works and Commons:Freedom of panorama. You can ask questions about Commons policies in Commons:Help desk.
The file you added has been deleted. If you believe that this file was not a derivative work of a non-free work, you may request undeletion.

This file should be deleted too, it is a derivative work: (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sandy_Multishow_2.jpg) Sorry, I wasn't aware of that rule, despite being somehow obvious.
I wonder if this file should be deleted too (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sandy_e_Junior_em_2001_04.png). This particular photo is authored by Rede Globo (at 3:22), the owner of Multishow channel, where it appeared. Is this enough for it to stay or should it be deleted too? If so, ok. Thanks for your time.
--Rhodes00 (talk) 15:00, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
- I'm inclined to let the screencaps from Skype calls stand: this looks like a professional show and I'd give it the benefit of the doubt that they cleared the copyright with guessed that called into the show. It's footage specifically created for the show and not material that would fall under a fair use rationale. The two files I nominated for deletion where by someone in the audience recording a display, they definitely didn't have a way of clearing the footage of the performer. It's the type of footage event photographers also sometimes upload to Commons without realizing it's DW. File:Sandy Multishow 2.jpg looks like a press photo they'd also be using under fair use if it was a guest. It's hard to judge the 2001 photo, especially with a language barrier. Maybe a discussion in a Deletion Request is in order? Keep up the good work 👍 Vera (talk) 19:54, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
