Шановний Patrick Rogel Доброго дня (вечора?))! сподіваюсь я правильно користуюсь вашим посіланням. Стосовно авторства. Вибачте але саме ці памятники штампували в СРСР десятками на заводах. Так я розумію що якись первинний авток теоретично мав бути, але навряд че можна зараз розшукати хочаб якісь відомості. Принаймі на рмоєму рівні звичайного фотографа-любителя тобто користувача. При всій повазі до авторського права. І потім може я не докінця розумію і проблема тількі в назві зі словом "скульптура" ? це можна виправити. І знов ж таки питаня - я не перший раз завантажую фото. тематика завжди однакова. чому тоді раніше ніхто з ваших коллег не ставив це питання до мене? чи це тому що раніше я завантажував в рамках конкурсу а тепер вирішив просто так? І головне як тоді завантажили подібні фото (а їх багато, я бачив) інші фотографи? З повагою до праці і людей. Дякую за спілкування і сподіваюсь на порозуміння. Кирило.

@Барвенковский: As you can see here these files have not been deleted yet. I've made a mistake with the files from kremlin.ru and mil.ru (which are OK) and this mistake has been corrected since. On the contrary files from mid.ru are not released under a CC license. Please explai in the above mentionned section why you think they are OK. The autor (Marek Dziurkowski) know about the files, they are in contact, they work together. I've asked him to send this email with given template, I hope he will. May I ask why this is needed if file is not published anywhere, If I have the file from camera with good resolution it mean that I have permission to publish it. Or maybe it's because someone think that I could steal the camera and publish old owner photos. What about if I have file 24 Mega Pixels and online it was published with small internet size, doesn't it mean that I have permission if I have big resolution file (owner give my the original file). @Jcubic: Hi again. It's much simpler: it's the standard Commons procedure to ask for a permission of the copyright holder each time the license can't be verified online. It's why alternatively image may be posted on http://tedxkatowice.pl/ and website may add a valid license on the footer. Besides even a hi-re image may be transfered from a computer to another one and owning a copy of the same picture doesn't mean person is the copyright holder. Photo from congressmember

Hi! I saw you tagged a photograph taken by Terri Sewell as requiring permissions. It actually doesn't – Sewell is a US Congressmember and any photographs taken by her and published by her on her social media and website is public domain while she is a representative in the federal government and no permission is required. That is not true. If they are published by a federal employee – I used to be one – they are public domain, even if their Flickr accounts are mis-licensed. Those are their official federal accounts. Almost every active Congressperson has one. She even has an account that was used prior to when she was running, and that includes files that are not allowed to be uploaded because she was not a federal representative. Here is the license: "This United States Congress image is in the public domain. This may be because it was taken by an employee of the Congress as part of that person’s official duties, or because it has been released into the public domain and posted on the official websites of a member of Congress. Hello there. You are nominating files uploaded by me for deletion, but in each and every case Creative commons 4.0 license is visible at the source websites. Namely, Ranko Munitić images are under free licence by will of his widow Zorica Jevremović-Munitić which runs his foundation. And pictures from Project Rastko are from site which has partnership with Wikipedia since 2004. Here is a group photo of Jimbo Wales visiting their offices in 2005: [[1]]. I'd like to suggest that from here, you leave this case to the Dutch-speaking members of the community. (but feel free to keep an eye on progress and make sure it won't end up stranded) This is tough, even for a native. Linguistic intricacies and the background of the relationship between Beeld en Geluid, Dutch government, public broadcasters, production companies and Wikimedia are virtually impossible to grasp for an outsider. Document Download Licenses

Hello, I have some doubts about posting some files on Wikimedia Commons. I have documents relating to my uncle's stay and death in the Dachau and Buchenwald concentration campsː letters, photo and the memorial my grandmother received after the war for him. How can I upload each of these documents to the Wikimedia Commons?

• Letters - He wrote the letters himself, and since more than 70 years have passed since his death (probably 1945), can I treat them under the optionː "First published before 1925 and the author died more than 70 years ago"
• Memorial - The memorial is a state document (former Yugoslavia), but I do not see that there is an option to upload documents other than the US Government
• Photo - The photo is a portrait of a document (like a passport), probably taken in the camp itself. It was probably taken by an official camp photographer or some soldier in charge. I suppose my uncle sent it to his mother in a letter.

I tried to ask people with expertise in copyright and licenses here, but their answers were not very accurate and convincing (from a legal standpoint). Thank you.--BuhaM (talk) 08:25, 13 February 2020 (UTC)

درود . دوست عزیز . کلیه تصاویر و مجسمه ها و نقاشی ها مربوط به شخص استاد فرهادی میباشد و به دشت ایشان تولید شده اند. بنده بیش از 20 سال شاگر ایشان بوده ام. و هیچ تصویری از اینترنت دانلود نشده و همه تصاویر مربوط به گالری شخصی ایشان است. ایشان سایت دارند و توضیحات و کارها مشخص است. چطور شما اقدام به حذف تصاویر ایشان نمودین .

En la política se indica que la foto debe tener un fin "educativo". En la versión en español no se indica ni la falta de relevancia ni la necesidad de un artículo para que la imagen permanezca.

Te solicito una vez más que copies y pegues la frase donde dice lo que me indicas. Reitero: en la versión en español se menciona el fin "educativo". La imagen de una escritora con más de tres libros publicados tiene un fin "educativo".

Por otra parte, si consulto es para aprender. Y tú, como más experimentado, debieras atender las consultas. Creo que debieras ampliar lo que dices. La politique indique que la photo doit avoir un objectif "éducatif". La version espagnole n'indique pas le manque de pertinence ou la nécessité d'un article pour que l'image reste.

Je vous demande encore une fois de copier et coller la phrase où elle dit ce que vous me dites. Reitero: dans la version espagnole le but "éducatif" est mentionné. L'image d'un écrivain avec plus de trois livres publiés a un but "éducatif".

Par contre, si je consulte, c'est pour apprendre. Et vous, en tant qu'expérimenté, devez répondre aux questions. Je pense que vous devriez élargir ce que vous dites. Image is hosted here, on Commons, not on Spanish Wikipedia and you have the Commons reason why the image can't be hosted here. If you have a problem too with the article on Spanish Wikipedia you should contact them there but it seems it has already been done (es:Wikipedia:Tablón de anuncios de los bibliotecarios/Portal/Archivo/Solicitudes de restauración/Actual). Si me ejemplificas, no tengo inconvenientes en enviar a borrado directo ambas imágenes.

Pero para eso preciso saber muy bien en qué caso no se está respetando la política.

Deseo aprender. Soy respetuoso de las políticas. No encuentro la violación.

Si estoy equivocado, no quiero que me vuelva a pasar. Por eso ruego que me expliques.

Estoy interesado en hacer el mismo trabajo con la imagen que dejo a continuación.

Si edito esa imagen, ¿la propondrás para borrado?

J'attends vos réponses, si possible, larges et avec le texte de la politique, afin de développer une défense formelle sur la page supprimée.

Si vous me montrez exactement où vous me le dites, je n'ai aucun problème à envoyer les deux images directement à l'effacement.

Mais pour cela, je dois expliquer en détail ma faute.

Je veux apprendre Je respecte les politiques. Je ne trouve pas la violation.
