Hi Jeff G. Would you mind taking a look at File:Dick Powell as Richard Diamond, Private Decetive.jpg? The CC license is almost certainly wrong, but there's a possibility that the photo is {{PD-US-not renewed}}. @Atwngirl: Why is this scan such low resolution, only 1.4 megapixels? A scan of a typical 8×10 glossy publicity photo at 300 dpi would be 7.2 megapixels, or 5.1 times that size. See COM:HR. Why did you choose "{{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}}" licensing? Was there anything on the front or back of the photo or accompanying paperwork that indicated the name of the photographer or studio? Punitive expedition

Hi Jeff G. Would you mind taking a look at the license for File:Kojo Soboh.jpg? It's sourced to Flickr where it's licensed as public domain; so, I'm not sure why it's being licensed as "CC-by-sa-4.0". The Flickr account also appears to be the account of the subject of the photo, and the photo looks professionally taken. I'm not sure that matters but the Flickr account was created the same day the file was uploaded to Commons. There are three photos uploaded to that account and they all look professionally taken. Two are licensed as PD and one is licensed as "all rights reserved". FWIW, other photos from what looks to be the same photo shoot can be seen here, here and here. -- Marchjuly (talk) 12:15, 17 July 2023 (UTC)
