Vietnamese SCP Wiki

Oh yeah, I was already familiar with the Vietnamese SCP Wiki, but this link you shared with me is just an absolutely fantastic incorporation of my idea. Also, I like the fact that the seal they use (the Heirloom Seal of the Southern Realm) is the image which I commissioned at "Commons:Graphic Lab/Illustration workshop" (see "Commons:Graphic Lab/Illustration workshop/Archive/2021#Seals of the Nguyễn Lords and the Nguyễn Dynasty"), thanks to my research and the wonderful skills of user "Lệ Xuân" (麗春). This just shows how much influence we have at Wikimedia websites to make the internet a better place. 😊 --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 19:00, 5 September 2024 (UTC)

Well that's surprising. I also more surprised to know there's a whole "workshop" for the purpose of illustrating flag/emblem for Wikipedia (thought every user just did their project individually). Very appreciate for both of your hardwork! – Daeva Trạc (talk) 19:58, 5 September 2024 (UTC)
It's very useful if you have images and need someone with more technical skills to add a better image to use on Wikipedia. Many flags, several coats of arms, and basically all SVG seals of the Nguyễn Dynasty are among the things that I've requested. Though due to some issues IRL I unfortunately haven't found the time to write the accompanying articles. I am currently trying to teach myself how to make these images as well using tools like "Inkscape". I'd basically invite you to just be curious and click on every link you see to see what is behind there and sometimes you can find cool places like that. As you have amazing map making skills maybe you could help illustrate maps for others over at the page "Commons:Graphic Lab/Map workshop". 🙂🙂🙂 (And this is how you make a request there.) --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 15:08, 11 September 2024 (UTC)

File:“Mi’kmaw History Month” (poster in Charlottetown, PEI).jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Also, you can add these on your talk page to have an easy link to these discussions. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 15:08, 11 September 2024 (UTC)
