Be bold contributing here and assume good faith for the intentions of others. This is a wiki ‒ it is really easy. More information is available at the Community Portal. There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Sculpture
[edit]Are you sure it's in public domain? The fact that it's in a public place doesn't mean the sculpture is in public domain! There's a great difference! --TwoWings * to talk or not to talk... 14:39, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- well, I'm not certain. But it has been in newspapers all over the country. How do I make certain?
- Did the newspapers say it was in public domain? Read that for more informations about public domain. --TwoWings * to talk or not to talk... 14:43, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- So? Can you confirm it's in the public domain or not? Because if you don't I'll have to add the copyvio template on the other pictures of the sculpture you uploaded. --TwoWings * to talk or not to talk... 16:32, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- Can't confirm it yet. I'll ask the author. In the meantime, do what you must or are urged to.Crapai 17:39, 9 February 2008 (UTC)Crapai
- OK so I must add the copyvio template so that it'll be deleted. If later you obtain the information that it's in the public domain, you might ask for undeletion here. Thanks for your understanding. Regards. --TwoWings * to talk or not to talk... 01:52, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
