@Adeletron 3030 The photo came from a https://poda.gov.ua/news/122681 a portal for the Poltava Oblast Military Administration. It gives a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. The reason you listed:This file is a copyright violation for the following reason: from https://np.pl.ua/2020/08/u-poltavi-vidkryly-dva-voleybol-ni-maydanchyky/. That article credits the photos to the Poltava Regional State Administration, which is the same entity. Ceriy (talk) 19:57, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
