More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

دوست من الان عکس‌های هادی چوپان رو که در مسترالمپیا مقام آورد رو شما گرفتین؟ شما تصاویر جواد قارایی که متعلق به تسنیم بود در بخش پدید آور نام کاربری خودتون رو زده بودید (که البته نام عکاس واقعی عکس رو طبق تصاویر براتون اصلاح کردم) عکس نوید محمدزاده هم متعلق به تسنیم نیست و این خبرگزاری از تصویر متفرقه استفاده کرده، اون عکس‌هایی که اصلاح لازم داشته براتون انجام دادم، اونایی که مشکل داشتن نامزد حذف شدند. تصویر

سلام و وقت بخیر بنده ۳ تصویر در ویکی‌انبار بارگذاری کرده‌ام و کاملا اطلاعات رو دقیق وارد کردم. هر ۳ تصویر مطعلق به خودم بوده. ۲ تصویر امضا هست و ۱ تصویر پرتره که توسط خودم گرفته شده. با این حال شما به آنها برچسب حذف مدت دار زدید.

من باید چه کاری انجام بدهم که تصاویر خذف نشوند. ۲ تصویر امضا هست و ۱ تصویر پرتره ذکر هم کردم که تصاویر متعلق به خودم هست.

من اگر تصاویر حذف بشوند باز هم به صورت صحیح تر آنها رو بارگذاری خواهم کرد. در برچسب شما گفته شده از منبع استفاده کنم و من در خود جعبه اطلاعات گفته‌ام که تصویر کاملا به خودم تعلق دارد. همچنین برای ۲ امضا بنده پرونده امضا‌های اشخاص دیگر که توسط کاربران دیگر بارگذاری شده بود رو نگاه کردم و آنها نیز منبعی نداشتند و متعلق به خودشان بود.

Recent contributions

Greetings, CaesarIran. This comment may be difficult to understand owing to the language barrier (as you claimed in a conversation on your talkpage in English Wikipedia that you "don't fully understand English"), but I hope that the meaning is not lost as a result.

I'm writing to comment on some of your recent contributions, in which you added the template "No license since" to various photographs; please don't add such template to files that already have a source. If the source does not clearly display the license, you can, in good faith, add the template "No permission since" or initiate a deletion request instead. You can also instead add the template "Copyvio" stating that the license is not on the source; however, if you take this option, you should proceed with caution.

You should also be cautious about which files you add templates to. For example, you applied the "No source since" template to the files "Lee Byung-hun.png" and "Gong yoo.png," which do not qualify because they have a source and even have acceptable licenses. These files were posted as screenshots from YouTube videos that have a "Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported" license, which you should be able to check out in the video description where a text in blue states it. We even have a template for this type of file called "YouTube CC-BY" because YouTube is frequently used as a way to upload images, videos, etc. However, if you suspect the files are the result of license laundering or other copyright infringement, you can make a deletion request as normal.

Also, as a suggestion, instead of adding "no license since" to files that have metadata (the thing that states that camara was used, the F-number, etc. at the end of the page), add "no permission since" or start a deletion request, but only if you find something that may contradict the upload, such as a file uploaded to Wikimedia Commons in 2022 but found on another website in 2019 but without metadata. Please assume good faith and that the uploader is also the file's author.
