Obrigada por ajudar na marcação de imagens que violam direitos de autor. Posso pedir-lhe que, quando encontrar uma imagem que seja uma clara VDA, a marque com {{copyvio|razão}}? Assim, ela será eliminada por eliminação rápida; usar {{delete}} cria uma página de discussão que não é necessária quando se trata de VDAs evidentes. Can you please explain why this image is copyright violation? Consider that on the given homepage-source, this photo cannot be found. So if you tag files as copyvios, then be more precise. Se me explicar como provar que a imagem é minha, eu até entendo! Fosse ou não de meus interesses, não percebi ainda como provar que as imagens são, de facto, minhas. Numa imagem (também de minha autoria) que eliminaram há uns tempos escreveram:

A permissão por parte da Agência que cuida dessas e doutras questões para Larissa Riquelme já foi solicitada, concedida e submetida ao pessoal competente, como reportado abaixo. Andrew c (talk) perguntou-me "Can you explain why I cannot find where you uploaded the file?" e eu me lembrei que a exclusão do arquivo foi providenciada por você. You may be happy to know, in the pt. queue, there are only 16 e-mails in front of yours (but some of those are quite old). I don't know much about the pt queue, as I don't speak Portuguese, but I know that we generally answer e-mails in the order they were received. Prezado senhor Yanguas, Gostaria de saber o que há de errado com a fotografia da cantora Maysa, excluída sumária e arbitrariamente do Commons. Não é a primeira vez que o senhor faz isso com minhas edições (qualquer que seja) sobre a cantora Maysa. Sempre tenho um imenso trabalho e cuidado em minhas edições, pois já procuro identificar e explicar todas as fontes, querendo evitar uma atitude arbitraria de sua parte, mas parece que isso é impossível! Quanto a foto, ratifiquei todas as fontes, O fotográfo, e a retratada já faleceram, e a seguinte revista (O Cruzeiro) em que a foto foi publicada, já foi extinta a mais de 30 anos. Fiz o possível e o impossível, tudo dentro dos tramites do Commons, mas o senhor parece ignorar. Imploro, para que reveja, e ainda peço sua orientação para fazer com que o ficheiro esteja de acordo com a wikipédia e evite sua remoção. Por favor, me ajude ao invés de desprezar quem tenta contribuir.

Olá! Talvez eu tenha errado na identificação da imagem (categoria, source, licença, enfim); estou estudando e revendo o que fazer - por favor, preciso de boas dicas, aliás, caso se disponha. Mas não é violação, creio, reproduzir cartaz ou notícia publicada em jornal para registrar fatos na Wikipedia. Sobre esse tipo de material (aberto, publicado em jornais de grande circulação etc.), ainda não consegui enquadrar bem nas opções do Commons. Tem dica?

Olá (long time no see) :D

Então, a questão é assim: O Martin fala um Inglês perfeito (nunca tive problemas para falar com ele) mas nesse caso nem precisei de recorrer a ele, porque ele está certo.

As imagens que carregaste são CC-BY-NC (O "NC" significa não comercial) ou seja, as imagens não podem ser usadas comercialmente, e portanto não podem estar cá no Commons :( Para mais info por favor vê esse guia explicativo e este que ensina como evitar carregar VDA vindo do Flickr.

Desculpa não poder muito, mas nesse caso não posso restaurar os ficheiros. Mas sempre podes pedir para eles mudarem a licença.
