This is a bot for Petros63 to do some mass-uploads of outline maps. List of projects in the queue involving this:

• Replace the old Massachusetts outline maps with new versions including county outlines as well (see Maps of Massachusetts for my previous work);
• Upload Connecticut/Rhode Island outline maps with county outlines;
• Upload Census location maps for CDPs - probably starting in Massachusetts and fanning out around the country.
