It should be noted that according to local discussions on Chinese Wikipedia and some cases of deletion requests (1, 2, 3, 4), If a material that China News Service has extracted copyright from under CC BY can be clearly found to be a complete match with the original source of another third party and the copyright has not been extracted in the same way, it should be considered as authorization limited to fair use by the third party to China News Service, and China News Service's authorization statement cannot be established. Only authorization of materials collected entirely by China News Service itself meets the authorization statement. This is similar to the copyright statement of Voice of America. ({{PD-USGov-VOA}})
