This file was initially tagged by D7CY689 as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: The Logo of 中新視頻 is clearly shown at the to left of the video. The source is from Youtube, and there is no proof that the license of Creative Commons CC BY 3.0 is granted. AntiCompositeNumber (talk) 23:24, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
- @AntiCompositeNumber: , Keep, no sense for such deleting. "中新视频/中国新闻网" (Chinese News) is the exact uploader and CC3.0 Contributor on Youtube. I have fully-provided the permission information on this Commons files. In addition, I need to clarify that such political news would be annoying for such criminals' supporters - who will continue to use IP/new accounts to delete these documents. - Speedy keep. Obviously, the video was uploaded to YouTube with a CC license by the author.—Njzjz (talk) 21:51, 31 August 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per above. The video is marked with a Creative Commons CC BY license in YouTube. --SCP-2000 16:25, 23 September 2020 (UTC)
- Delete: 0:32 to 0:36, 0:44 to 0:47 and 1:39 to 2:04 seems to be part of a third-party material with copyright. (mosaic can be seen on these clip parts) --№.N (talk) 02:14, 18 October 2020 (UTC)
- Info: The mark on YouTube can be a mistake. We may need to contact the video provider. According to the legal statement of ChinaNews, (1) any video with the mark "中新视频" shall not be used by other websites without written permission, and (b) even with their written permissions, only the contents from their feeds service (but not their YouTube channel) can be used. Moreover, they reserve the rights to modify the contents or delete part of the contents after being used by other websites (which may contradict the requirement from Wikimedia). - There is a legal statement at the bottom of the video [1], saying 'the copyright of 中新视频 belongs to China News Service. If (any person) use (this resource) without written permission, the news agency will pursue (his) legal liabilities according to law.' --Yangwenbo99 (talk) 02:38, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
- Comment: Per Commons:License_revocation, the license cannot be canceled even if they made a mistake.--Njzjz (talk) 13:55, 4 January 2021 (UTC)
- While the license is irrevocable, the irrevocability only applies when the copyright owner has been willing to release his work under this license. If the mark of 'CC-BY-SA' was due to technical problem or human mistake, no permission would be granted. --Yangwenbo99 (talk) 10:02, 29 January 2021 (UTC)

- Keep. The end of this video also shows "版权所有,未经许可请勿转载" (English translation: Copyright owned (or reserved), please do not reprint without permission), but that's not conflict with CC-BY license. When China News Service official account uploaded a video marked with Youtube CC license (see Template:China_News_Service), they declared that people have the permission to reprint the video, make a screenshot or edit it. --ClayM300 (talk) 09:10, 5 January 2021 (UTC)
