Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: Both of these users have been adding deletion tags to File:Semafor wjazdowy do stacji Wałbrzych Szczawienko.jpg: [1], [2], [3], [4]. Choojvdoopie then posted on COM:AN: "I've been waiting for almost a month for someone to delete this photo". The first time Choojvdoopie interacted with this image was August 28, so how can they have been waiting for almost a month?

Also, while their Commons contributions do not overlap in timespan, this is not a proper w:WP:CLEANSTART because Choojvdoopie has contributions to Polish Wikipedia that predate Mmedstereast's latest edit on Commons. If that happens, it's fine if you create a new account and disclose the link e.g. on your user page. However, you were using this account in July 16, long before you stopped using the other account, and you did not disclose anything. Mmedstereast vel Choojvdoopie is a plwiki troll who has been using dozens of accounts and IPs since many years for disruptive editing in rail transport related topics as well as harrasing other users. Account Choojvdoopie should be blocked for breaking username policy as it has already been done on plwiki - Chooj|v|doopie means literally Dick|in|ass in Polish. Choojvdoopie reports for deletion the public domain images, claiming that these were copied from the websites. In fact these websites took these images from Wikimedia first. He also claims that it is up to administration to verify all of it, he will be just reporting, no matter if it is based or not. When I sent him a message that he should verifiy it more carefully he started to harass and insult me on my talk page, saying things that I am mentally ill and even compare me to some "controversial" political party.
