I'm finally back with a strong candidate. Today, I have the pleasure to be nominating Okki. He is a respected fr.wikipedia administrator. He has shown that he is responsible with the tools, and isn't new to the extra buttons either. I think it's time we let Okki help our project with the extra buttons. He is doing a good job with speedy deleting, and he is very active. After my review with the candidate I'm suprised that no-one has noticed his need for the sysop bit before. Giving the buttons to Okki will just be helping our community. The admin tools will enable him to further contribute to Commons for the benefit of the project. The buttons will also now let him review deleted contributions. That can be particulary helpful for Okki. By reviewing deleted contribs, he can then help verify image licensing and as such on fr.wikipedia/commons. That is one of the benefits of having a cross-wiki project admin. He is experienced with copyvio tagging, and a bit with deletion requests. Okki has been here since 2005, with a total edit count of 13634 (948 deleted). He is responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and an asset to this project. Not to mention fluent in french.
