All of these files are taken from https://indianarmy.nic.in and licensed based upon this copyright notice. This copyright license, however, is not acceptable for Commons because it does not allow unrestricted use. The copyright license states that the website's content may only be used "subject to the material being reproduced accurately and not being used in a derogatory manner or in a misleading context". Commons require that all images be able to be used in any manner, including what may be interpreted by some as derogatory or offensive. Similar files uploaded from this site under this same licensing have already been deleted per Commons:Deletion requests/File:Field marshal SHFJ Manekshaw.jpg by Jameslwoodward, and others are currently being discussed at Commons:Deletion requests/Indian Army Photos. After discussing this at User talk:Jameslwoodward#Indian military photos, Jameslwoodward reaffirmed that this licensing is unacceptable for Commons and advised that all of these files be nominated for deletion.
